Sandra is a Miami native with Cuban and Colombian roots. She’s a multi-disciplinary artist, entrepreneur, and mother of two. Her passion for movement and design led her to create Tappas, a sustainable multi-level container that stores and displays everything from small bites to household items. Drawing inspiration from her artistic background, she wanted to create a product that people can enjoy from home. A statement piece that draws people in to come together, creating community. Sandra earned an AA from the New World School of the Arts, a BFA from the Florida State University, and her MS in Movement Sciences with a concentration in Biomechanics from Barry University
