With a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College and over 300 hours of post-doctoral training in functional nutrition, I blend evidence-based care with intuitive, heart-centered healing. My approach combines chiropractic techniques like the gentle Cox® traction with holistic tools such as fire cupping, reiki, and sound therapy.
My philosophy is simple: the body knows how to heal when we learn how to listen. I create a safe, grounded space for that listening to happen - where your nervous system can regulate, energy can shift, and healing can take root.
