Jennie and Jen founders of Nor Cal Women on the Fly stop by the house to talk about the women fly fishing club they created to find women to fish with, learn more about fly fishing, and build a community amongst fellow women fly fishers. Hogan and the ladies talk about the hurdles of getting into fly fishing as a women, where the industry can do better to be more inclusive, and how men and women look for different things from the sport of fly fishing.
