Danny-J is an outspoken ChatGPT lover—it’s her nutrition coach, therapist, best friend, travel agent, personal assistant, and potentially the love of her life—but not everyone feels the same. But whether you love it or hate it, it’d be a mistake to pretend like it doesn’t exist. No one is going to force you to use generative AI, but plenty of coaches are starting to try it out, and we need to make sure we’re doing our part to stay relevant and valuable.
