Speaker 1 (00:00):
Shut up and welcome to the Bricks King Podcast, where
I'm gonna binge your ear about Lego, review those amazing
(00:23):
bricks with plastic and discuss what is new and up
and coming around the Lego world.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
On your men, if it goes Matt, let's belt on it.
Welcome in, everybody. Hi you doing today? I'm doing quite lovely.
Really tired of the rain, anybody else? You know, just
kind of done with the rain and the mud and
the muck and the yuck and just nastiness. I'm just
really ready for it to be done. It seems like
(00:49):
it's rained for a damn near a month now at
this point in time. But I know that's not the case.
But you get where I'm coming from. Anyway, believe it
or not. I can't believe it. It was actually snowing
in Montana the last couple of days. It's wild, like
we're in May, Man, It's wild. Anyway. I hope you
guys are doing incredible enough with the weather stuff. I
did that intentionally for some of you out there, because
(01:11):
I know some of you hate the small talk with
the weather. I thought it was kind of funny and silly.
So that's where we are. But today we've got some
things to talk about that have been sitting here for
a minute that I've finally has gotten to the point
where it it just needs to go off of my table,
off of my desk, my studio here. It just got
(01:32):
we got to talk about it. And it's not a
bad thing to talk about it. It's just they're different
from me. And when I say that is because I'm
not the biggest DC Marvel person. I'm not the go
to I'm not the person that somebody's gonna be like, oh, yeah,
you should go talk about it. He definitely knows so
much about Marvel. That's not me or DC. It's not me.
(01:53):
I just don't know the ins and the outs and
stuff like that. I've not even watched all of the
The Avengers movies. I know, shame on me. Maybe one
day goals. Right. Anyway, today we're talking about a couple
different sets. We've got three that we're going to talk about.
Three pretty small sets, good price range for you if
you're looking to pick up maybe a minifig or maybe
(02:16):
it's for just the set, maybe a piece in it,
maybe it's maybe it's on sale. You're like, I just
can't resist this, so let's go ahead and dive into
the first one. The first one that we have is
Batman and Batmobile versus mister Freeze. This is a small set.
It's a four plus set. It is only sixty three pieces.
(02:37):
The set number seven six three zero one, very small.
Comes to two minifigs point defense, a little shooter here,
and then you have your tiny little batmobile, which is
kind of cute in its own right. Your minifigs are
obviously more of the main focal point for an adult.
Here you get your kind of standard Batman idea. Here
we've seen this Batman many many times over, the same
(02:59):
kind of face, same batman face, angry face, kind of
stone mouth face. And then he's got his batmobile cap
where it wipes out his eyes in a dual molded hat.
Here his little head. It comes with the fluffy cape
fabric cape. And then he comes with obviously just all
black Batman with his Batman logo on the front. And
(03:21):
then his belt which goes around the front to the
back as well, that is printed. Mister Freeze. On the
other hand, mister Freeze only has one face because his
head is you know, showing on the back of his
glass dome, which I I guess I'm assuming is super
important at this point in time and mister Freeze's life
or get I don't know anyway. So he's got the
red goggles face just lost, his blaster popped out of
(03:44):
his hand. He's got the line the silver line, gray
metallic line around the back of his head for his goggles.
And then he's got this little glass plastic clear cap
that goes over his head as his helmet. I don't
like it. They've done this a number of times. I'm
just not a fan of it. Honestly. I would honestly
prefer the like the clear motorcycle race car helmet. I've
(04:08):
seen that before. I'd be okay with that. He does
come with a little gem, a little red ruby, and
then he comes with his little white blaster that has
the the I guess you want to call it the
the crystal, the trans blue crystal here for his blaster.
You get two of them in the set. He shoots
(04:29):
those and they're apparently supposed to take out Batman's wheels
or whatever however you want to do it. There's also
we get a blue lollipop here. I guess it's not
lollipop an ice pop and then that can be used
as well. You could pretend to shoot that or throw it,
you know, maybe boomerang style. Maybe it comes back to
you after it does it's damage. And then you get
these two little trans trans clear blue what do you
(04:53):
want to call these little splats? A little splat pieces
that can be shot out of here, you just put
it in and you shove it out with your your
finger cpoo. You know, things goes flying across. Kids lose it,
gets under the coffee table, gets under the couch. You
find it when you vacuum three months later and you're like,
oh my god, Jimmy, where did this come from. I've
been looking for that. They pick it up, they take it,
(05:16):
and then before you know it, it's back under there
again for some other reason. Right the kids, they're hilarious anyway.
Moving on to the batmobile again, super simple build, nothing complex,
It's meant to be very easy for a kid. You
get the standard car base that is used on many
of these four plus sets at this point in time.
(05:36):
Nothing new and different. Here you get bat bat wings
batmobile wings that are built up on the side. Obviously
they are just already done pieces. They're not brick built
or anything like that. And then you get your little
jet flame out of the back. In the front you
do have printed headlights and a grill piece, and then
the Batman emblem in the front is printed as well.
(05:56):
You do get a small little windscreen, which I do
like that right here. I think that's okay. Uh, the
steering wheel at least you haven't and then your spot
to see Batman. It's a nice little dealio. It's it's
not bad. It could be better, yes, but again you
got to remember target demographic here. I knew I was
gonna butcher that and it was not going to record it.
(06:18):
But target demographic here, you've got to think four plus
little kids, you know, gross motor skills are their fine
motor working on it, very much so working on it.
This is a great way to do it. So I
do like that it offers a young kid the opportunity
to be able to jump in, you know, and enjoy
Batman and mister Freeze at a smaller price point, an
(06:42):
easier build. I didn't. I didn't say the price point,
did I No, I did not. I totally skipped over.
It retails for twenty bucks nineteen ninety nine. What do
you think about that. You know, big chunky plastic. Remember
and I always talk about big chunky plastic. We talk
about big chunky money. It's going to follow more plastic,
more money. It's unfortunate, but it happens. So I you know,
(07:07):
it's a thing. It sucks. I know, you know, you
look at it and you're like, oh, this shouldn't be
this much, you know, for what it is, it it
always ends up being more. Anyway, moving on, We're not
going to really give that much of a grade grade
that set at all, just because I don't really feel
much much about it at this point in time. You know,
it's it's a good little set anyway. Moving on, something
(07:28):
a little bit cheaper, believe it or not. We're talking
about Superman. Superman's mech versus Lex Luthor Luthor, Yeah, Lex
Luthor here in the bright green. Really funky. I dig
it this set. We talking about price points fourteen ninety nine,
(07:49):
big difference, but it fits the wheelhouse price for mechs
around this size. You know, these little personal mechs. Originally
these came out with I mean Next O Night was
really big with them. I'm sure they were Mini mechs
were around before then, But next o Knights really took
off with them. Big fan of the way this looks.
(08:10):
Really like the way that this looks. Let's talk about
our minifig of Lex Luthor. Because that's all you get.
You only get him. You don't get any other kind
of defenses. He gets his little blaster, he gets his
little crystal. That's it anyway, Lex Luthor one face does
not have a head covering. Why because he's bald. He
shaves his head like I do. Welcome to the club, Bud,
(08:31):
get your trans green crystal. Here, you get his little blaster.
It's got a little stud shooter that has a transgreen
studded in their transgreen shoulder pads. Love these. I love
when they get shoulder pads that are not just a
solid color. I love when they have this translucent color.
I love it. I love it, love it, love it,
love it anyway. His makeup of his his suit, he's
(08:56):
only got kind of like an angry scorn face. But
his suit. I love it. We gets purple that is
in here. His hands are purple, so that matches as well.
Get his a logo in his chest. He can see
those metallic metallic metal abs. His obviously not metal, but
his mechanical abs is what they look like essentially, and
then you get printing on the back for his spine.
(09:18):
It's kind of cool as well. I don't know a
ton about Lex Luthor. Superman was definitely not a wheelhouse
for me growing up, but I just didn't really seem
to care. I know, please don't yell at me. Just
wasn't wasn't something that I was really really into as
a kid. The mech, the mech pretty much all blue,
except for a few spots where we have red and
(09:40):
or yellowish and gold, which are his belt that color.
But we get some red feet, we get some red
shoulder pads, get some red rocket blasters, and a red cape.
So let's talk about the mech standard, kind of mech
standard when in the sense that we have the locked
knees and locked elbows pieces standard fare at this point
(10:01):
for most mechs of pretty much any size. Very few
mechs have really solid articulation in the elbows any longer.
They do to a certain degree. But I'm thinking of
more upscaled mechs, some of the bigger Ninjago mechs, which
we're gonna end up having to talk about before too long.
(10:23):
But anyway, you've got shoulder joints here, little ball joints,
so you can rotate that around. It's good, good movement.
The wrists you don't have any wrist movement. You just
have the fingers, the little three fingers and the thumb
claw here that can move next to night shields used
yet again on the wrists there, So I like the
way that is done. Your shoulder vambrances I think they're
(10:45):
called vambrances. I don't remember anymore. I've not played enough
medieval games recently to recall this, But that is covering
your shoulders. Those are movable so that you can get
a much bigger movement with the shoulders upward. You can
get those puppies almost completely straight up, so I do
like that. You get some rotation down there at the
(11:09):
waist just above the belt, so that is nice. You
get the big Old Superman, the big Old Superman logo
printed here on a tile in the front and a
triangular tile. You get great movement again here at the
hips for this for these joints, which is big again
locked knees, and then we get down in here to
(11:30):
the foot, the ankle joint. You can rock forward and backward,
more backwards than forward, because obviously forward you don't really
want to go too bad, too far forward. But you
can get this guy in a lot of different poses
with his feet in a bunch of different ways, a
lot of different attack poses, a lot of Honestly, if
he had a Samurai sword, you know the ones that
(11:51):
we have seen with used as tails, used as actual swords,
used as propellers and wings and everything else. If he
had one of those, this would be pretty legit banging.
I would love the way that would look, like, give
me a Superman Samurai, Like, give it to me. That's
what I'm looking for. So that's that's not gonna happen,
but that'd be pretty cool. Just have like a little
(12:13):
army of mini mechs like this with Samurai swords. That'd
be really cool as a display rebel trademark. That's mine.
You can't do it. Nope, I did it. It's mine.
It's coming maybe one day anyway. So moving to the
rear here, you've got his little rocket rocket blasters. You
can rotate those up and down and just broke part
of a piece off because I was a little too rough.
(12:35):
I know, right, you can fan those in behind him.
You can kind of stick them more upright so that
they're blasting backward. You can have him them facing downwards
so he's blasting upward. It's really kind of up to you. Now.
The front of this obviously does open, because that's how
you put your mech in there. You see his little
booty in there. Superman kind of bland kind of plane
(12:57):
right maybe to a certain degree. Does have the red
cap Superman s in the front, not too much in
the back. He does have his printed belt as well.
Got Superman hair, the standard black hair for Superman for
Clark Kent. And then he's got two faces. He's got
his kind of smiley, cheek bony face and then he's
got his red eyed, cheek bony face on the other side.
(13:18):
So nice stuff.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
You know.
Speaker 2 (13:21):
If I were going to give this a grade, I
would say posability of minimechs are always solid. For fifteen dollars,
I think this is probably what you would expect. As
I had said before, this is the minimc wheelhouse price.
It's not changed in a while. I think it's an
okay price. I don't have any issue with it whatsoever.
I think it works just fine. At the end of
(13:43):
the day, you know what you're getting, you know how
solid it's going to be. There's really no deviation from
these kind of builds. Designers don't take on these minims
to say, wait a minute, we have to break the
mold here, we have to do something completely different. The
parts are there, and now the parts are there in
so many different colors, so that they can do these
minimechs in pretty much any form in fashion that they want,
(14:05):
whether it be in a fictional you know, something that's
non canonical, you know, way off the books, or something
that's you know, seen in a show, in a movie,
in anything in a comic book, in a book, a
graphic novel, whatever. So I appreciate that. My grade for this,
like I said, it's it's standard fair. At this point,
(14:27):
I think all mechs, mini mechs are basic, you know,
a basic seven out of ten to start right. It's
just the details that get added on to that that
really kind of give it, you know, bump it up
in a score range if you were going to score something,
you know, having the Superman printed s on the front
kind of nice. You know. The posability of this one,
(14:47):
the feet on this, I will say the feet joints,
the ankle joints on this are much better than a
lot of the mechs, the minimechs that I have done before,
some of them are way worse than this. And there's
not a whole lot of movement. I'd probably say eight
out of ten as a whole. You know, you're not
getting much with lex Luthor just because of what he is.
It's just a minifig. It's just a little small I guess,
(15:09):
not quite an army builder pack. But it's not meant
to be a giant set on its own, So I
guess I guess we can go with an eight out
of ten. I'm solid with that. I think that's good.
But again, next are always gonna ring true with me.
Whether it be big or small doesn't really matter to me. Alrighty,
before we do any more talking, we've got to take
a quick ad break. We'll be back in a moment,
(15:32):
all right, Let's move on to the final set today.
This one is movie inspired. This one Batman Tumbler versus
Two Face and the Joker. The set has four hundred
and twenty nine pieces. The set number is seven six
three zero three and It retails four sixty bucks. This
(15:53):
one comes from Batman The Dark Knight, one of my
top ten movies without a doubt. When I'm one of
those people that if I say I've seen a movie
twenty five times, it's probably fifty times. If I've seen
it one hundred times, it's probably three hundred. And I
know you're gonna say that that's almost impossible. This is
(16:15):
a movie, Well, fifty times is not impossible. I mean
it came out of what two thousand and eight, two
thousand and nine, something like that. This is a movie
that I saw in the movie theater a number of times,
and we had that unfortunate tragedy here in the United States.
I saw this movie multiple times in the theater. I
saw this movie multiple times when it came out on
(16:37):
Blu Ray, and then you know when it hits streaming
services when that really became popular. You know, this is
a movie I can fall asleep to, Like the opening
scene with that kind of that weird kind of music
before they or when they bust out the window, and
you know, in the opening scene, it's just this movie
(16:59):
to me is so calming and chill. It's almost like
watching an F one race. The reason an F one
race is so enjoyable to me is, you know, the
action and stuff like that, but the engines, the sound
of the engines just put me asleep. Not because it's boring,
it's so soothing. It's so chaotic and so not at
(17:19):
the same time. It's a hard hard I really can't
explain it. I really can't. Anyway, I'm getting way off
the topic. I guess that's what happens when it gets
really late in the evening. Anyway, So we're talking about
the tumblr and your minifig pack. That's essentially what you're
getting here. Your minifigs are solid, and honestly, those are
(17:40):
going to be the big reason people pick this up.
I'm without a doubt we've already had a big tumbler.
This is a solid I would say, a solid mini
version of it. I would take it without any hesitation.
Price point maybe maybe a little on the the hefty side.
(18:01):
Four hundred and twenty nine pieces of the lot. You're staying, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Back up the bus, big chunky tires, some big chunky
frame pieces in here. Like I get it, Okay, I
get it, and I see it and I understand why.
Does not mean that I agree with it, but it
is what it is, and if you want it, you
gotta pay for it currently at this price point. If
(18:23):
you wait until a sale comes around, then maybe not
as much. Alrighty, let's talk about the tumblr here, the tumbler.
If you've seen the movie, you understand first off, this
does not make that kind of weird growling sound that
the Tumblr does in the movie. Still don't understand why
that's a thing, but it is a thing. In the front,
we have two wheels here, four year tumbler I believe
(18:46):
did he have one? I don't remember now I'm gonna
have to go back and watch again. Anyway, two smaller
wheels that are in the front. You get to see
the suspension for the wheels, the shocks and everything like that.
That's kind of by the way, this thing is entirely black.
Uses a bunch of different pieces that you probably wouldn't
really expect, some ingot pieces that are attached to pieces
(19:10):
that are clipped to be able to give you different angles,
different feels, different vibes, different textures on this entire thing. Anyway.
So we've got a sticker here in the front for
the front nose, and so that's fine. Got some things
that open up on the side, some little flaps that
open up on the side. They're again meant to be
(19:32):
for texture and stuff like that give this kind of
sleek modernists modern feel, modernistic that I don't think that's
a word, but give it more of a futuristic feel.
Maybe that's what I'm going for here. Anyway, down the side,
some tiling, some kind of griebling that's going on here
with some different pieces used, some studs showing some nods
(19:53):
because of the tiles. It's kind of a weird mix.
I like it. I don't hate it. Originally when this
was built us kind of like, I don't know how
I feel about this, but I definitely don't hate it.
So as we continue down the sides, heading towards the
back behind where the cockpit is, we got these flares
that stick out of the side, and those are essentially
your wheel wells, make up your wheel wells for your
(20:15):
rear tires. There are two on each side. They are
the run flat tires. You can see the insides of them,
the way that they're manufactured. You know, if you've ever
seen like a vehicle, like a military vehicle or a
piece of construction equipment that has these kind of tires
that you know they cannot go flat because they have
no air in them. That's definitely what you're getting here.
(20:36):
It's a very unique feel. And then in the rear
you have your flame that is coming out of the
back of the giant engine. Whatever kind of engine propulsion
is used in this. I've always been fascinated Batman returns.
Definitely not what I thought it would be. It's kind
of different, but still cool. Whatever. Let's go ahead and
(20:57):
look at the cockpit. We've got a little windshield here
that is actually able to be looked out of. It
is split, so there's a kind of a left and
right to it. Because of the little piece there with
the ingot that is sticking up down inside of this thing,
it's really hard to get a feel for it once
once you kind of, you know, play around with it
(21:19):
a little bit. You you obviously when you're building it
you can understand, but you know, it's one of those
things just like I should have made more notes when
I was building this. I didn't realize the access on
this thing was going to be that poor. But it's
still doable down inside. We have some dashlights that are
that are green. You've got your steering wheel that is
(21:40):
dead center on each side of where Batman sits. You've
got your your panels, your little control panels or whatnot,
radars and such and whatever else. Those are stickers on uh,
cheese slopes. The one by twos you do have like
some kind of gear lever handle there. I'm assuming that's
what that's for, or maybe it's to send it into
(22:00):
bike mode, you know, where he sheds the skin of
the thing and it turns into this powerful bike. I
don't know. There's also another rear green trans green. These
are transgreen, by the way, cheese wedge cheese slope piece
that's back there one by one that you have your
batter rang that the Batman uses that is clipped in here. Again.
(22:24):
For years now, four years, you've heard me say it
over and over and over and over. I've always wished
that there was an opportunity to be able to clip
weapons on two vehicles and such. They do it here
yet again, so I'm very grateful for that being the case,
so that you don't lose the darn thing. This has
a giant hatch by the way, opens it's real nice
(22:46):
to be able to get down in there. Feels very
tank esque. I'm glad that the Lego design team really
took that into consideration, because the thing is a giant
tank essentially. So on each side of that, just to
the rear of the the hatch, you have your point
shooters here. You've got a little blaster with some orange
tiles that are in their trans orange tiles, so poopoo.
(23:09):
You know, you've got some ideas that are supposed to
be like lights with the clear tiles. Those are okay.
I'm really waiting for a day where Lego takes and
does the glow in the dark tiles for this kind
of stuff. I really, I really need that to happen
where it's supposed to be like lights or something like that.
It's it's there, it's done. Just do it, you know,
(23:32):
it's it's simple. Come on anyway. So as we move
towards the rear, you kind of get an idea of
some you got some flaps that are there. You can
put them up, maybe do some weird arrow stuff, some
F one style stuff. You have a pantogram. I think
it's it's a panagram panagram panagram. It sounds wrong, panagraph.
I don't remember the little bumper piece that is in
(23:55):
the back here. I guess supposed to be some kind
of engine or exhaust port for it. And you got
some more pieces that are clipped in the rear that
can be used as they can either be rested the
way they're meant to be, or you can pretend, like
you know, you could kind of get this thing into
an aerial pose and get this thing, you know, some air,
get this the front wheels off the ground, you know,
(24:15):
get those flaps move in and control the air going
around the body and stuff. Get do some fun stuff
with it. Honestly, you know, it's all pretend. It's all
meant to be play. It can be for display, but
you know who's just displaying a sixty dollars item, not me.
I gotta play with this thing. I gotta I gotta
run this thing around the floor. I gotta try it outside.
(24:36):
I gotta hit the dirt, you know, all kinds of
different things. Anyway, So let's go ahead and get to
minifigs here before I lose my voice. I am fighting
allergies hard, and I have been for a couple hours now. Anyway, Batman,
we already said. He's got a batter rang it's on
the inside of the vehicle. It comes with another one here,
same batman mask, cowl that we talked about, helmet, head piece,
(24:58):
whatever you want to call it. Came with the last
Batman set that we talked about, the white eyes and
everything like that, same exact face, angry face, you know,
closed mouthface. And then like I said, the battering, he
comes with the rubbery cape. Instead of it being the
flowy type fabric, this comes with the rubbery cape. I
(25:19):
do like that different. Obviously printing on the chest more
so to go along with the movie, the silver printing
with the outlines and stuff, and the goldish belt. So
I like that. Then we move on to two face.
Two faces got his quarter that is same sided quarter.
He's got his funky hair piece here, because obviously, you know,
(25:39):
half his face got burned off. Still don't know how
that's even a thing. I know it's fiction, it's fiction.
But every time I see him, like God, he'd be dead.
He cannot be drinking right now, and the stuff coming
out of his mouth. He there's no way, I know,
I know it's not real. It's not real anyway, He's
(26:00):
got his half hair on his head there, and he
only has one face because of that. But he's got
half like he's got a closed mouth on his one
side and then the other side it's kind of burned up,
which I appreciate Lego sparing the detail here. We don't
need all the kind of nastiness. It's kind of nasty
(26:20):
enough with the coloring that they did with it. But
he's got his mouth kind of hung open there because
he doesn't have any lips. Geez Louise anybody anyway, his
Torso what we have here is you've got his suit
on the one side and then the kind of burnt
up suit on the other side. His hand's not burned though,
it's kind of weird. I know, right, give me a
black like a solid black hand or something like that,
(26:42):
not the not the peach hand or whatever that you're
giving me here. Legs, here's the other problem I have.
I wanted his legs to match his suit, like his Torso, No,
we just get gray. We just get gray. Why why
can we not get what we have up top, you know,
down on the lens.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
Why?
Speaker 2 (27:03):
I just I've never understood that, especially with a character
like that. He still got burned up. He's still half
a half a you know, different guy. Tommy Lee Jones
had different coloring. I don't know. And then we get
to Heath Ledger's character. God, is there a better joker? Seriously?
Is there a better joker in the entire Batman franchise
(27:26):
the whole way back through the sixties. Maybe in comic books.
Never read any in the comics, but I'm serious, I
don't think so. I'm gonna say personally, no, Hell, we
did not get anything better than this. So you get
that kind of two toned kind of face here, you
get the peach head with the very light, very light
sprinkling of white, and I think that works really well.
(27:47):
The really big black eyes. And then you got the
I want to know how I get this? These scars,
you know, that smile with the red lipstick. God, it's great.
The giant green hair perfect I'm digging, the purple suit perfection.
The little uh what they call it, the little vest
underneath is green digging it. Man, he's got his hundred dollars, Bill,
(28:10):
don't even care about the money. Don't even care about
his hundred dollars that he's carrying around. Don't care, does
not matter to me. This rendition perfection. So you get
two faces. You got a closed mouthface, and I can
the thing is with his closed mouthface. I can see
it in the film. I can see it in the
film multiple times. The open mouth. Fine, the closed mouth,
(28:32):
that's where the deviousness is. I love it. I will
say I wish that maybe one one day down the road,
we end up with a nurse version of him. Now
you could make one, you know, get another head like this,
put a little nurse hat on and then the nurse's
you know, find a nurse's uniform, I guess, or get
(28:54):
one printed. That would make it so. Like I said,
buying this for the minifigs, Yes, and no, some people
are gonna say, I don't really hear about the minifigs.
I care about the set. I think the set is
really cool. I'm a collector of Batman. If you're if
you're a you know, collector of Batman from day one
to whatever, whether it be action figures and a lego
or just lego or this is something that you need
(29:17):
because it doesn't take up too much space and it
still gets you three pretty good minifigs. It gets you
three movie Let me use air quotes here accurate figures
two face two face could be done a little bit
better in my opinion. The legs I need the same
color that he's got up top. I just I don't
care what it looks like. Some people are gonna say, oh,
(29:39):
that's stupid, or maybe I don't. Again, I don't remember
specifics in the movie. But give that to me. That's
what I'm asking for. That's really all I'm asking for. Anyway,
Let's great, it shall we I think the figs and
the tumbler itself all together give you a solid I'd
say a good solid eight and a half. The tumblr
(30:01):
I think could be better. Honestly, if I'm paying sixty dollars,
it's it's not bad. It's definitely not what I was expecting.
I think the scaling is pretty good there with Batman,
it could be a little bit better. Like I said,
definitely feels like it's missing some things. The wheels in
the rear. You know, you kind of got that open
(30:23):
tire feel. The feel it just feels kind of odd.
And what I mean by the open tire you can
see the inside, but it's it's the tread. I would
have preferred them to do some kind of like scuff
type tire on it. I think that would have been
cooler without having the tread that is in there. I
guess I should. Yeah, that's what I'm trying to get it. Anyway. Overall,
(30:47):
I would say a good solid eight. I'd give it
an eight point twenty five, maybe eight and a quarter,
but that would probably be it. Oh but by you
said the minifigs. The minifigs are so good, Well, I
need two face to be better. I love that you
get all three of these minifigs. It would have been
cool if two faces. Would it came with maybe something else,
like some gasoline, I don't know, you know, something like that.
(31:10):
The Joker. I love the Joker. The face the minifig
head alone just gives it to me, like it just,
oh God, just sells me so much. I would have
rather not had the one hundred dollars bill. I'd rather
had a duffel bag or him holding like a mask
or something like that, you know, like the opening scene.
I thought that would have been fun. I'm have to
(31:32):
go watch this movie now. I keep talking about it
and I'm just seeing these scenes over and over and
over in my head, and I almost forgot one thing
this does. It's not going to change my score. It
does come with the bat signal that you can put
on top of a roof if you had a Lego city,
for instance, you can throw that puppy up there. It
is a sticker, so not great or whatever, but it
(31:55):
does spends three hundred and sixty degrees itself, and then
the base spins three six as well, So that could
be something you could put on a roof really easy,
add to a city and have some fun. That is
gonna wrap up this episode. I did have a blast
doing this. I did have fun talking about this stuff.
I've been waiting to get to it, and believe it
or not, I'm I'm really thankful that I finally I
(32:15):
had put it off, put it off, put it off,
and I was like, God, I just gotta do this,
I gotta do this. I just couldn't get super excited
for the four plus. I just really couldn't. That was
really something that was kind of dreading to talk about,
just because there's not much to say. You know, it's
so basic. But we did it. We accomplished the goal
(32:36):
right anyway, So I hope you guys enjoyed it. If
you have not picked these up. Think about it. Maybe
it's in your wheelhouse, maybe it's not. Maybe you know
a friend or a family member, you know, a distant
cousin from another mother that might obviously from another mother.
That would be one of those things that they'd be like, oh,
that is really cool. Or maybe you're just a collector
(32:56):
of some things, and you know somebody that's into Batman,
Hey share this with them. Maybe or even Superman. Maybe
a mini mech person is gonna be digging it. I
don't know, So until we meet again, I'm your man.
If he ghost, Matt, let's build on it.
