Working from home is one thing, but working from home with children in the house 24/7 or elderly relatives to care for is quite another. "We don't know when this is going to end. All of our offices are in a form of lockdown," said Walker. "You need to strike that right balance between creating a sense of fun and engagement when people are working at home disconnected from their team members."
