A few months ago, Brooke joined a friend for something called a “Breathwork” class. After one emotional hour, she was spent, cleansed and felt like she’d discovered a powerful new physical form of meditation that she had to know more about.
The teacher of that class was Jon Paul Crimi who joins Brooke for a profound, emotional conversation about what Breathwork is, how it’s changed his life for the better and how he’s paying it forward to others to help them feel better, free themselves of emotional baggage and live better lives.
JP’s story includes a journey through chemical dependency and recovery, time in Hollywood as well as work as a celebrity personal trainer and sober coach, but – much to his surprise – Breathworks has opened up new vistas for him both personally and professionally.
