Confession: I used to despise creating videos.

Yup, it's true, just like so many people, I dreaded watching or hearing myself.  Through the years I've fought through limiting beliefs that would at times cripple me BUT I continued to record anyway and I'm so happy that I did.

So take it from me when I say, I get it. I understand first-hand the things that are holding you back from showing up on camera.

That's why in this episode, I'm going to cover some of the biggest questions regarding video content.

These are questions I used to ask myself and the ones that are most commonly asked during one of my training sessions:

  • What is an ideal length?
  • How often should you post?
  • What time should you post?
  • Should you follow trends?
  • Should you write a short caption or long caption?
  • Does batching content work?
  • If a video performs poorly, should you delete it?

Get ready for some ah-ha moments friend.

My hope is by the end of this episode you feel more confident about showing up on video.

Can't wait to see what you create!
