We chat about ways we can reconnect with God, what he's learned about welcoming grief into his life since losing his dad to dementia almost 6 months ago and the challenges (and joys) of parenting older children.
Carlos also shares how he stays young both physically and at heart (it's probably not what you think!) and we discuss something he does better than anyone I know - bridging gaps between people who are divided.
