In this episode of The Daryl Perry Podcast I am talking about momentum and why small actions done over and over again are what really separate you. It is easy to get fired up and start something. The real difference shows up when life throws curveballs and you still find a way to show up for yourself even if it is only for ten or fifteen minutes.

I walk you through how this plays out in fitness content creation and life as a whole. We get into pacing yourself taking breaks on purpose instead of out of fear and choosing to see your situation as your advantage instead of a limitation. I also talk about why following someone else plan can be a helpful starting point but will never be enough on its own and how you can turn those best practices into a process that actually fits your life and your personality.

By the end of this episode you will be reminded that your secret sauce is not your circumstances. It is your willingness to keep showing up to take small steps and to adjust as you go. If you see yourself as someone who follows through your actions will eventually match that and the momentum you build will carry into every area of your life.
