In this Saturday episode of The Daryl Perry Podcast, I’m walking you through the process of reflecting on your week with purpose and setting yourself up for the next one. This is all about building your life from the inside/out using simple, consistent practices. I guide you through how to evaluate your past week with a no-judgment approach, using your results to help you fine-tune your goals for the week ahead.
We talk through the six minimum daily actions that serve as the foundation for the inside/out approach. Four are about your relationship with yourself, including positive self-talk, disconnected time, journaling, and creative pursuits. The other two focus on fitness basics like eating produce and getting in daily movement. These aren’t rigid rules, they’re adaptable starting points you can build on as your routines grow.
This is one of our more tactical check-in episodes, part of a weekly rhythm that includes reflection, planning, and midweek adjustments. Whether you're brand new or you’ve been listening for a while, this is a great place to ground yourself and continue moving forward.
