It’s Sunday, which means we’re looking ahead and setting goals for the upcoming week. In this episode, I walk you through the weekly goal setting structure I use and teach, one that’s built to help you exceed your goals instead of barely hitting them. This isn’t about setting stretch goals just to fall short. It’s about building confidence and consistency with goals that are realistic, flexible, and forward-moving.
If you’re new to this, start with one goal. One thing you can commit to doing a certain number of times this week. Make it achievable but also meaningful. I’ll share how I use this approach with the six minimum daily actions and how it helps me stay consistent even when life gets unpredictable. This is about getting better at planning and adjusting with intention.
