The Bully Proof Classroom Interviews Diana Clark of YCRC

Diana Clark began Youth Conflict Resolution Center, Inc. (YCRC) in 2003 with several mediators from Dispute Mediation Services in Dallas, Texas. After the untimely passing of Co-Founder, Christine Opsahl in 2005, Diana became the Executive Director of the organization and continued the mission. Today, with a volunteer board, Diana continues to push YCRC forward. Diana teaches conflict resolution in Dallas ISD schools like Franklin Middle School and has been involved in several of the charter schools. She is the creator of the “Be A Buddy, Not A Bully campaign”, where youth are asked to take read aloud a pledge and sign a commitment to not bully.
