Welcome to the eagerly anticipated Volume 4 of DLite’s Deep Cuts! For this episode we go back to the origins of the Deep House sound. We go back to the 80’s and 90’s to get a taste of the ever present influences of soul, funk and jazz music. Of course the awesome bass lines remain, and the melodies bring a smooth and stylish vibe to this amazing genre. You can always feel the touches of Chicago house, early disco and the loveable 80’s synths. This was one of my favourite mixes to create so I hope you have as much fun listening as I did in creating.
