With over two decades of experience across nonprofit, healthcare, and academic sectors, Michal helps individuals and organizations build cultures rooted in trust, belonging, and purpose.

She is also a doctoral candidate researching psychological safety for Latina professionals, blending lived experience with research to drive meaningful and practical change.
