I thought being a poor sport was a horrible trait to have (within myself) I found in the awkward moments of losing, it drove me to learn and minimize loss. I use to dumb down anger, but I'm grateful for it now because it serves as a defense mechanism. I ask myself a couple questions that I'm still reflecting on. If you have the answer, let me know in the comments. Sometimes before I start anything I've felt I've already lost. I push hard the other way when that frame of mind arrives. Let me know what you think, if it brought value to you, share it, and so much more. I love you.
