James is a Managing Director and Head of the Canadian Communications, Media and Technology Group within RBC’s Investment Banking group. He has 20 years of capital markets experience, primarily focused on M&A, equity and debt financing for technology, media and communications companies. He has led a number of transactions for some of the largest companies in Canada including BCE, TELUS, Corus, Cineplex and Sierra Wireless. Prior to joining RBC, James was a Senior Associate within Bell Canada International’s corporate finance group. James holds an economics degree from McGill University and an MBA from the John Molson School of Business
