(00:00):
Okay, one more time so it's on the recording.
Brinovich, okay, perfect, just so that I have it.
All right, so I'll count us down and we'll go from there if that sounds good.
Let's do it.
All right, three, two, hey Mario, thank you so much for being on the show today.
Thank you so much Gina for having me, it's pleasure to be here.
(00:21):
Yes, I'm so excited to meet you and to talk with you.
Would you mind just sharing some background information about yourself and how you gotinto this industry?
Hmm.
I was always super passionate about health and wellness.
I always knew that our bodies are made perfect.
(00:41):
Our bodies have this extraordinary innate ability to repair itself, to heal.
And I was always very much passionate about finding ways to assist that natural process inpowerful ways.
So this um led me actually on the...
advertising agency in a production house and I really loved that work.
(01:02):
But my heart was always a bit somewhere else.
So I opened the natural pharmaceutical company where I kind of I helped thousands andthousands of people through it.
I only worked with with products that were really super efficient and that had zero sideeffects.
And it was it was super gratifying when you are helping people and people are reallygetting better.
(01:27):
from something that you're doing.
I really, really, really enjoyed that.
I did that for years and after a while I kind of felt that it's time to maybe move on.
So I sold the entire business to Walgreens.
And after that, I was kind of thinking, okay, I want some, I want to immerse myself insomething that will be truly for the highest good of all.
(01:49):
Something that is good, not only good, but it's great for people, great for animals, greatfor plants.
and great for the environment.
It was really a tall order.
But as universe kind of intervened, I got introduced to Dr.
Clarker, who is the inventor of Alamo water.
(02:10):
And I just immediately fell in love with it.
When you witness such profound changes on basically any level of biology, you just.
can't ignore it.
this is kind of a little bit of a background how I got kind of introduced into the wholeworld of water.
(02:32):
People really don't understand what water is.
No, you're so right.
it's one of the first questions I ask my clients is what type of water are you drinking?
And so many people are just drinking dead water, just tap water, bottled water.
But also I think it's something that people are starting to pay more attention to becauseit's one of the simplest but most impactful things you can do for your health is to change
(02:55):
the type of water that you're drinking.
I agree 100%.
You know, when you look at it, what most people aren't aware, like we're 70 % water inmass.
Like that isn't enough.
What people don't understand is that 99 % of all of our molecules are actually water.
(03:18):
When you look at it, we're a very clever H2O.
So that off the bat tells you there is something really important here.
that people aren't really paying that much attention to.
And I agree with you 100%.
When you change, the water you drink determines the quality of your life.
Even if you do all the other things, if you're really eating healthy and you're exercisingand you're doing everything that you should, but water is the most fundamental level of
(03:46):
our existence.
And if you're not changing that, everything else will be very, hard to change.
And all of our research clearly proved
when you change the water, your entire biology is going to change and short term, midtermand long term.
And we did all kinds of studies, double blind placebo controlled independent studies, which really proved these amazing effects.
(04:14):
Yes, that's incredible.
So can you explain more about how the onalema works exactly?
Like what is it?
How does it work?
Yeah, so interestingly, you know, when we started, actually picked up a whole lab byfamous uh German scientist Dr.
Fritz Albert-Popp.
um He created this technology, very sensitive, very delicate technology that can captureevery single biophoton.
(04:43):
So biophotons are these tiny particles of light that every biological system exudes.
the more biophotons a biological system exudes, the more vitality it has.
Why am I telling this story?
Because very soon into our research, we realized that when you change the water in aprofound way, biological systems start to explode with light.
(05:10):
So we made comparisons.
We realized now to make a...
the segue to water, we realize that water currently exists in what we call a chaoticstate.
It's still H2O.
So when you take a glass of water, it's still H2O here.
But what people don't understand is that H2O molecules in the regular water, any kind ofwater actually that you can take, they're moving chaotically, they're crashing into each
(05:38):
other constantly.
But since all of this is happening on an atomic level,
Nobody's really aware of that chaos.
We realize that we can bring harmony into that chaos.
So when you use an dilemma, what happens is that those same chaotic H2O molecules, colloquially speaking, start to join hands.
(06:00):
So the water enters into a state of unison with itself.
So it starts to move like one, no longer.
separate from each other, no longer chaotic.
It becomes one and through this unique process, water becomes alive.
It actually becomes empowered.
And we truly believe this is the way nature intended water to be.
(06:25):
But I don't know for what reason in the last, I don't know how many decades, all of thisgot out of whack.
We can talk about that as well.
But the key thing is when you bring water,
into this very special state, which we called full spectrum coherent state.
You have these coherent fields within water.
Then true power of water is being unleashed.
(06:46):
And we tested it on humans, we tested it on plants, we tested it on animals, and we testedit even on the environment.
And the results were very consistent and beautiful.
So I'm super excited to share everything with you, all of this science.
yes I think that's so amazing and would you compare it to what natural spring water wouldbe like what what is it similar to does something like that exist in nature?
(07:11):
It actually does, but nowhere near uh where civilization is.
So even if you're drinking uh natural spring water, it's not actually in this very specialstate.
We tested waters from all over the planet.
And the only place where you can actually find this water in this particular wonderfulnatural state is
(07:39):
somewhere remote, far from the civilization.
But even there, if you can imagine, as soon as you take it out, water molecules break andthe water goes back to chaos.
So the only way to actually have the experience is if you would drink it there.
Okay.
(08:01):
So what benefits do you see from drinking this type of water?
Oh, so I'm going to go first, know, how, again, to mention this early work that we didwith plants.
So first, what we saw is that tomatoes that were grown with NLM water, when you compare itto the grown with regular water.
(08:24):
So our tomatoes, they exude up to 200 % more light.
So 200 % more biophotons.
So all of this is just an explosion of life, so to speak.
This is like the early work we did.
Just so you know, this is 15 years in the making, 50 plus scientists over three continentsworking on this project.
(08:49):
it was really, it's truly a labor of love.
So anyhow, I want to make another step back to explain to people when we're going toexplain the first human study.
So we realized that this water is an electromagnetic phenomenon.
So water dramatically, electromagnetically changes when you use the analemma in it.
(09:13):
So we realized, okay, this water is an electromagnetic phenomenon.
What's the most electromagnetic part of human biology that we can very accurately and veryscientifically measure?
It's our brain waves.
Yeah.
So we were thinking, okay, let's do a golden standard study.
So we invited two genetically identical twins.
(09:37):
We put QEEG equipment on their heads and we monitored their brain waves in real time.
So we gave them just two glasses of water to drink.
The doctor administering the water didn't know which one was which.
It was a double blind study and twins didn't know which one was which.
They just took a couple of sips of water inside of the glass.
(09:58):
And as you would expect, the twin that took couple of sips of regular water, there waszero change in the brainwave patterns.
Everything stayed the same.
But this is where it gets interesting.
Almost instantly, as the twin that took couple of sips of NLM water, we saw almost instantbetter connection between the left and the right hemisphere of the brain and almost
(10:21):
instant harmonizing effect on brainwave patterns.
We were super surprised how
fast the change happened.
This was first and very powerful and irrefutable evidence that something biologicallyremarkable happens when people drink this water.
What we did, we repeated the experiment a couple of weeks later, but we gave it a lemonwater to the other twin.
(10:47):
And lo and behold, we saw exactly like you copy paste it exactly the same phenomenon, butnow with the other twin while the
the twin that took regular water, we saw zero uh effect.
So, and also there is this Delta coherence that started happening.
Usually when people meditate or they have a psychedelic experience, this is that kind of,let's say phenomena starts happening.
(11:17):
So what happens is your brainwave patterns become more harmonic.
You start to
connect to yourself in a really profound way.
So this was the first study that proved that the short-term effects are almostinstantaneous.
(11:41):
As soon as you take a couple of sips, you're going to see the difference.
And most people actually perceive the difference uh intuitively, but
95 % almost as soon as they start drinking, they notice the difference in taste.
(12:01):
It's funny, you know, I was interviewed by Dr.
Mindy Peltz.
I love her.
She's an amazing, amazing person.
She's using analemma, of course, and her sister is a very accomplished uh doctor.
And she was like, Mindy, what are you doing?
And she was swirling, she was using her analemma.
(12:22):
And she was like, I don't believe it.
What are you doing?
What is this?
And then Mindy said, let's do a blind taste test.
And five times in a row, her sister was very skeptical.
Five times in row, she said like, this is an animal.
Like, what is happening here?
How can this little one, when you do something through it, how can it so profoundly changethe taste of the same water?
(12:49):
So this is something that people perceive almost instantly.
But of course, the effects on the biology are truly what is important.
And this is where when we kind of went and did all the studies to see.
So it's not that water changed.
Okay, water changed, but what is the effect on our biology?
This is where we actually went really hard in terms of science.
(13:15):
Okay, that's really interesting.
So would you say that most people notice neurological type benefits?
So just feeling more calm, focused, centered, energy, things like that?
receiving thousands of letters every day from people all over the planet.
They're having all kinds of experiences with water.
I would say that it's really very how every single individual is very unique.
(13:40):
Their experience with water is very unique because it goes places which are unique forthat individual.
But you know...
uh
we went, we wanted to see the overarching effects on our all biology.
That's why we went with cellular energy, with NAD, with microbiome.
We went with all of these double-blind placebo controlled studies.
(14:02):
But I just wanted to mention people are having all kinds of, we actually even did a study, even though, you know, we're not going, this is not to treat or cure any, you know, so
just to put a disclaimer there, but you know, we actually did a study on
pretty severe neurological disorder, which was by Western medicine standard incurable.
(14:29):
And this person lost all of her symptoms with only two months of drinking the water.
It was purely brainwaves.
Yeah, but we are not going there.
What we want to say to people, when you drink this water, you are going to change for thebetter.
Okay, that's amazing.
(14:50):
So I would imagine that the type of water that you're using the wand in also makes adifference.
So is there a filtering method that you recommend or what type of water would you?
interesting question and thank you for it.
What people don't know, we're really going deep into, I would say the magic of water.
We realized that water picks up, water is a broadband absorber, receiver and transmitterof energy, frequency and vibration.
(15:18):
And it's therefore at the very heart of life.
Nikola Tesla said this famous, the greatest scientist of all time, if you want to know thesecrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.
and water is very hard of it.
It's very, very hard.
So water is always going to pick up the most dominant frequency of its environment, whatever it is.
(15:42):
So for instance, when people are filtering the water, so a water filtration system isgoing to take out all of the toxins, but the frequency of that toxin still stays in the
water.
So even if you take it out,
the information of it is still inside.
(16:03):
So when you drink the water, you're actually literally introducing that information intoyour system.
This is where Enilema plays an extraordinary role because it creates a clean slate.
It literally vibrationally from the frequency point of view, it brings water in itsoptimum state.
(16:26):
It takes the water in a state that it can receive.
the optimum information from its environment.
And I can tell you one really mind blowing study, which can kind of help uh paint thepicture.
It can tell you how extraordinarily powerful this water is, what a phenomenon it is.
(16:52):
That's why I'm super excited always to tell the story about it because it's.
really crazy when you look at this was one of those studies which were really mindblowing.
So anyhow, we took this tiny pieces of life, we took seeds and we watered some withregular water and some with a lemon water and we monitored the biofoton emissions.
(17:14):
We wanted to see what's going to happen there.
We were playing with plants and with biofotons.
So let's see what happens there.
So the seeds they were watered with regular water.
We saw no real change.
Everything stayed the same.
But almost as soon as we started to water seeds with enalemma water, immediately westarted to notice these peaks and valleys, this sinusoidal shape, like the seed all of a
(17:42):
sudden started to breathe in the light and breathe out the light in very long form.
It was like, what happened there?
We just put a couple of drops of water and immediately there was this very palpable
change, we really couldn't figure out what was happening.
We're connected to other scientists because we wanted to see what is happening here.
(18:05):
And after a while, we all realized that it started to follow the tides.
So when a lemma water connected this tiny, tiny piece of life to the circadian rhythm ofnature, started to flow with the nature.
wasn't disconnected from its larger electromagnetic environment anymore.
(18:32):
It was flowing with it.
So you can imagine the implications of that.
I mean, with the human body, how we're such
We're such complex, extraordinary creatures.
And when you drink this water, not only will you be connected to yourself in a relevantand meaningful way, you're connected to the earth, to everything that is relevant
(19:02):
electromagnetically around you.
And you're flowing with it.
You're not disconnected anymore.
And to me, this is such a profound and beautiful thing.
So it connects you to other people, to nature, to the universe, not only to yourself, which is truly amazing.
(19:23):
Yes, that is amazing.
So can you tell us what it's made of?
Like what is it exactly?
It is water, but it's water brought in this very particular state.
It takes us one full year to bring water in what we call now the mother water state.
One full year.
And as I mentioned, water is always going to pick up the most dominant frequency of itsenvironment.
(19:47):
Okay.
So when you take the analema, which is actually, analema is a crystal vial that is filledwith mother water and it has a holder.
So what happens when you take
this wand and put it inside a glass of water.
What happens is those same, I mentioned chaotic water molecules.
Since water always picks up the most dominant frequency of its environment, then you havethe most dominant positive frequency water there exists.
(20:15):
And you put it inside the glass.
Any H2O molecule that comes into close proximity to the mother water starts to mimic itsexact state and structure.
It's very elegant and it's extraordinary.
You swirl through it and after 30 seconds in an effect, you actually get a glass of motherwater.
(20:37):
And when you drink it, you have all the effects.
Okay, do you have one close to you by any chance?
I just want my YouTube viewers to see it.
It's really beautiful.
So I feel like if you have one close by, you could subscribe.
Okay.
now I went I went to South Africa for a business meeting and I took it.
(20:59):
Let me just check, please.
Just give me a second.
yeah, of course.
Thank
I apologize.
(21:20):
That was the last one I had near.
I have to take it from the warehouse.
I apologize.
No worries.
No, that's okay.
was like, if they could see it, it's really, well, you guys can go to the website.
You guys can check it out.
It's actually very beautiful too.
a beautiful view.
really, uh, we wanted to create a beautiful because, uh, you know, this is something thatpeople are going to use every day.
(21:41):
So we wanted, uh, for it to look beautiful and to have all the effects.
So,
Yeah, it's very beautiful.
So since you know so much about water, I would love to hear your thoughts on hydrogenwater.
I feel like we're hearing so much about that.
So what do you think about hydrogen water?
I mean there are over a thousand studies that prove the effects of hydrogen on ourbiology.
(22:03):
And this is a truly phenomenal thing.
Actually, we're going to our whole quest now is to create the very best H2O on the planet.
So it's going to be actually natural spring water, which is going to be hydrogenated andwhich is going to be put in this extraordinary coherent state.
(22:24):
So I thank you for this question because this is like the Mount Everest of water.
This is like prime, like the best water you can imagine.
And the effects that it will have on every human being is just, I'm super excited aboutthat.
(22:46):
So yeah, there are so many studies, like really over a thousand studies that prove theeffect of hydrogen.
especially when you drink it with water.
Because it's interesting, our digestion is not suited for oxygen.
So our lungs actually extract and are made to extract uh oxygen.
(23:09):
But even because you have this oxygenated water, but very little of that oxygen ends upinto our system.
But when you drink hydrogen water, our digestive system is actually very...
prone to hydrogen, so it absorbs large quantities of it.
That's why we have these beautiful effects.
But as I mentioned, when you put hydrogen and natural spring water and you make itcoherent, then you have something truly, truly extraordinary.
(23:36):
And we're actually going to be coming out with that also very soon, I believe within nextcouple of months.
So that is going to be...
I'm beyond excited about that.
Yes, I can't wait to try it.
So will it just be bottled and you purchase it that way or how does it?
This is the thing, you know, we actually even went down the road.
(23:58):
We wanted to create the very, very best water filtration system, plus making the watercoherent.
But the challenge with that is that every single city has a different level of toxicitywith different toxins.
And we realized that we just can't because, you know, a lot of people are in this spaceare kind of, they're claiming, oh, this is cleaning all.
(24:21):
We kind of, are company with, it's really important for us to tell the truth, the wholetruth and nothing but the truth.
help us God.
So we couldn't go out and say, yeah, this water filtration system is going to filter outeverything, whatever is wrong with your water.
We realized it cannot be done.
We would have to create 12 different water filtration system.
(24:45):
And then we would have to test the water from every single person.
where they are and then we would have to deliver that particular filtration system tothem.
So we realized it's just not practical.
It will be extraordinarily expensive and very hard for us to do it.
That's why we're coming out with all of our technology, which will definitely, even ifyou're drinking tap water, it's going to create a huge change there.
(25:15):
But as I mentioned, our whole quest was to create the very best water on the planet.
That's why we're going to create bottled water, which will be natural spring water, hydrogenated water, and made in coherent state.
I'm so excited about this, I can't wait to try it.
phenomenal.
I agree with you.
(25:35):
It's funny how like when you're in your 20s, you're excited to get like wine or adifferent type of cocktail.
Mine is to go down the water aisle and just try different spring waters and mineral watersand sparkling waters.
So this will be my new fancy water that I try and I can't wait.
And this is what people don't understand.
Water is the magic of life.
People do not know we are water beings and we are living on the water planet.
(26:01):
So the kind of the water we drink, the quality of the water we drink determines thequality of our life.
So it's super, super important.
Maybe I can jump into the next.
human study that we did, really kind of, since we knew and we realized in our earlyresearch on plants, that ah the vitality of the plants go off the chart when you water uh
(26:29):
the plants with inolimum water.
We wanted to see how can we test, what can we do, aah what kind of human tests can we do?
So we decided to measure ATP, adenosine triphosphate, which is the primary energy currencyof the cell.
It's directly responsible for powering the majority of cellular processes inside of ourbody, including muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, biochemical reactions.
(26:54):
Basically every heartbeat, every breath, every cognitive function needs large quantitiesof ATP.
So having high ATP levels is crucial for any level of health.
This is what we decided.
to test.
So we did a double-blind placebo-controlled study where we measured ATP levels in humans.
(27:20):
We deployed luciferase, which is an enzyme that catalyzes light production inbioluminescent organisms.
And due to its extraordinary sensitivity, you can very, very accurately measure ATP levelsin humans.
So this is the test that we deployed.
We took a snapshot of
(27:40):
ATP levels in the participants of the study to see what's the baseline.
Then they drank a liter and a half of unlimited water per day without changing anythingelse in the world.
So they didn't change their exercise regime, they didn't change their diets.
Everything else stayed exactly the same.
The only parameter that changed, the only element that changed is the water they drank.
(28:05):
And then after two months, we took another snapshot to see whether something happened.
And what we saw was more than significant change.
We saw 20 % rise in overall mitochondrial energy of the body over the placebo.
When you take the placebo in, that's like 30%.
And we're not talking about Red Bull energy here.
(28:27):
We're talking about actual mitochondrial energy.
And interestingly, scientists now agree that the key cause of cellular aging is thedecline.
in mitochondrial function.
And we prove that your mitochondrial function improves more than significantly just bydrinking NLM water.
(28:48):
So as I mentioned, ATP is so crucial for any process inside of your body.
That's why we decided, okay, let's go there.
Let's see what happens to our cellular energy when people drink this water.
Just one interesting thing.
uh
People usually don't know this.
(29:09):
What is the biggest spender of ATP inside of our body?
I don't know if you know.
I don't know.
Our brain, if you can imagine, 25%.
Usually ATP is connected to muscle performance and athletic kind of uh output.
Yeah, endurance, all of this.
(29:30):
And of course it has that effect.
So when an athlete drinks this water, people have much more energy and the recovery timeis going to be much better.
But the biggest spender of ATP in every single human is our brain.
25%, if you can imagine, of all of our ATP goes just to feed the brain.
For one neuron to send an impulse to a neighboring cell, it needs to hydrolyze 1 billionATP molecules.
(29:57):
And there are billions of neurons inside of our head.
So people, of course, with higher ATP levels, they have much higher cognitive performanceas well.
So it has that effect as well.
Yeah, that's great.
That's really important that you mentioned that too, because mitochondria has such a hugeimpact on aging as well.
if you're mitochondria, if they're plentiful and functioning, you're going to feel so muchyounger and so much better.
(30:22):
And I really think that that's what slows us down is over time is when we start to losethe power and the amount of mitochondria in our cells.
Yeah.
you mentioned aging.
So we actually connected to glycan age.
I don't know if you're familiar with them.
So they're actually the leaders in glyco science.
They have over 120 published scientific work in the science of glycans.
(30:46):
So they're actually measuring through the state of glycans.
They're measuring your biological age.
What I love about it, it's not just a number.
It's your overall state of health.
You have this...
anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory glycans.
And glycans are really, really phenomenal indicator of the age of your immune system, howyour immune system functions.
(31:08):
So when you take all of this into account, you really get a very accurate biological agereading.
We did a study where we took out again, the long story short, people were...
drinking half of a liter of per day within three months without changing anything else inthe world.
And what we had is uh with most people, anywhere between one and 12 years of biologicalage regeneration within three months of just drinking the water.
(31:40):
So this was another uh study that proved again that your entire system is being optimizedand improved in very significant ways.
And when we're talking about aging again, people in the last couple of years have beentalking about NAD.
NAD levels and NAD as the cellular fountain of youth.
(32:04):
It activates, search remains these enzymes that actually repairing the DNA.
So it's hugely important.
did double-blind placebo controlled NAD study again, where we proved that NAD levels againrise more than significant.
just by drinking NLM.
(32:25):
Yes, that's amazing.
I'm so excited to try it now, especially more after I can't wait to try it.
So the title of the podcast is Healthy in Real Life.
So what's something that you do in your own routine to create a consistent, sustainable, healthy lifestyle for yourself?
So, well, we uh talked about water, so that's hugely important thing.
(32:46):
But if I'm going to...
really say what I believe are the two most important things next to water is whole food.
So eat organic and whole.
And one of the most important things of all is meditation.
(33:12):
If you're entering your day.
in a way that you enter yourself and harmonize yourself and become one with yourself inthe deep way.
Your ability to impact the world in a powerful way changes dramatically.
(33:37):
But the key element is you don't even have to go to the world.
You just feel beautiful inside of yourself.
You just feel happy.
And when you're happy, you know, I always remember there is this quote by Lao too, fromcouple of thousands of years ago.
(33:58):
He said, be content with what you have, rejoice in the way things are.
When you realize that nothing is lacking, the whole world belongs to you.
And the only way to truly perceive and know that it is so,
is to dive deep within you.
(34:19):
There is a place inside of you which
is untouched by anything from the outside world.
And when you dive there, there is nothing in the outside world that can even match it.
So it's a long answer.
Sorry for it.
But, you know, I really believe it's very, very, very important.
(34:45):
If people would start doing it and connecting to themselves in this profound and deep way.
their life would change overnight.
I couldn't agree more.
think that's so powerful.
And also too, it doesn't have to be a big part of your day.
It could be five minutes and it's just enough of a reset.
(35:06):
Yeah.
five minutes, just observing your breath.
If you don't do anything, just sit down and breathe in and breathe out and be withyourself in a meaningful way.
And to do that, I actually like to do this like on an hourly basis.
If you do this on an hourly basis, just a minute, just two minutes in an hour where youcheck in with yourself, where you like, who am I?
(35:32):
What am I feeling?
What am I being in this moment?
How am I showing up in this moment?
Am I part of something good?
Am I part of the solution?
um You know, we are in the room to heal the room.
There is no other reason for us to be there.
So when you're in any conversation, you can be there as a conscious presence and a healingagent, or you can be a part of the problem.
(36:01):
I would say that we should all just, if we just...
And also one thing that I have to make a connection with water.
As I mentioned, water is a broadband absorber, receiver and transmitter of energyfrequency of vibration.
If you are being angry with another person, if you're being resentful with another person, this is a very palpable and powerful form of energy.
(36:26):
Since water is always going to pick up the most dominant frequency of its environment, that energy actually gets absorbed.
in another person.
So you are literally changing the biology of different person that you're sitting acrossby whatever energy you're in.
When you deeply understand that on the soul level, it becomes a responsibility.
(36:54):
It's not even a thing.
You know that how you show up
dramatically changes the world around.
I couldn't agree more.
I think that's so powerful.
And we really are all connected, just like you mentioned before.
(37:14):
We really are.
Yeah.
So I think that's it.
know you we have we look at ourselves our bodies when you go deep inside of our body wehave trillions of cells trillions okay, and Every cell within us can feel isolated
(37:35):
but it's part of the one system.
It's the same thing with us.
We are a part of something much larger than ourselves.
And I can feel isolated or I can feel one.
And if I feel one with everything, then I'm tremendously expanding the sense of my life.
(37:56):
Am I...
a planet Earth, or am I this person?
My consciousness is the only thing I can feel myself as part of the rivers and the landand the sky and the sea.
And I can be a part of that in a very real experiential way.
Or I can feel myself disconnected from everybody.
(38:19):
That's why I mentioned this study with seeds.
When you drink this water, it not only connects you to you,
It connects you to everything.
So you start feeling everything.
You start to sense into everything.
And when you sense into everything, you can see patterns.
(38:41):
You can feel them and you can move with much bigger grace and wisdom.
Yes, I love that so much.
feel so inspired and motivated and that was so powerful.
So thank you.
I hope my listener friends felt the same way.
