For episode 3 I am joined by Mike Catris. Mike is the owner of Ion Strength & Conditioning as well as Kratos Nutrition. We discuss all things fitness, health and wellbeing and dig deep into Mikes Journey leading upto, and in preparation for, the crossfit games regionals in Berlin as he hits the floor with his team to fight for a spot at the #crossfitgames. We also spend some time discussing the taboo and stigma surrounding mental health and explore why Mike flys the flag so high for mental health awareness. He is a big guy with an even bigger heart as his passion for helping others and making a positive impact on peoples lives really shines though in this episode.
