In 1997, Bill and his family planted CrossPoint Community Church, a multi-site church outside of Houston that led his denomination in growth for the most of the 2000s- scaling from 7 to 1600 families.

Over the past decade, Bill and his team have been able to help produce new and renewed churches, homeless shelters, mobile medical clinics, mobile food ministries to underserved communities, sports ministries, preschools, single mothers' groups, recovery ministries, coffee shops and more- all of them loving their community in incredible ways.
