Kimberly Kane recently undertook a bold project: commissioning the first scientific analysis of working women in Wisconsin to find out where Wisconsin women stood in relation to the national headlines about the  The Great Resignation. Kane covers some alarming statistics and sheds light on what companies  are doing wrong and what they can do to better retain and attract talent.

Kane mentions that they didn’t just want to release statistics, they wanted to give employers informed actionable recommendations that they could deploy in their company to become an employer of choice to retain women and become an employer of choice for women of color.
