With the launch of Team Assessment we are fielding some of the most commonly asked questions and our take on one of our newest events. We also touch on the GRT Reunion coming back to Jax in 2019. 

Dan Bailey is considered one of the best CrossFit Athletes on the planet. He came and hung out at Selection 020 this year and soaked it all in. Lee and Blayne sit down with him to see what he thought about Selection, rucking, our community, and training. 

Lee and Bomber sit down this week and talk about Selection 020, what it takes to cover the events from a marketing side of things, and if 011 is actually a robot.  

A big chunk of the East Coast preps for Hurricane Florence we talk about our experience doing the same down at GORUCK HQ in Jax Beach. Also, Selection is just around the corner, we talk about leading up to the event and what you can expect in the way of coverage. 

We sit down with the face of the GORUCK Polo "Model Mike", GRT, guys guy, and self proclaimed internet star. We chat about how fame has changed his life since becoming the face of a major ad campaign.

We also take a look back at the first 50 episodes and even have a few call-ins from some of the people that got the show where it is today.

Welcome to your first Light, don't bring bad snacks. Jax Beach HTL was another great year with 6 finishers. Bomber and Lee are headed out to support Savages Races all over the country. And the Ruck Clubs are getting a little wet this month.

We're gearing up for the party at the beach this weekend. HTL style. Who's gonna be left standing after 40+ hours and 60+ miles? Who knows, but it's always a lot of fun to watch. 

Lee walks us through his GR1 EDC, some of his favorite things and the stories behind them.

Bomber has an old friend come to town. We launch Kid Rucks. And we talk about running a 5K after a couple dozen beers. Just another week at HQ, it's never normal, but it's usually pretty fun. 

We grab a few beers and chat about upcoming events, kids gear being released, and we talk to Nick about his cross-country trip to make it to this year Ascent! 

Bomber gets back to the office after taking a much needed week off. We sit down and talk about the launch of the Women's Apparel with Emily. Bomber grabs E2 and puts her through 10 rapid fire questions. Lee talks about his plan to tackle the Star Course. 

We get a chance to get back to normal and back in the swing of things. Talking all things GORUCK, gear, events, and people. Ruck Clubs are killing it on their monthly callouts. Women's gear is launching any day now. And Bomber gets a chance to ask Kit as few questions. 

We're all feeling the heat down here in TGIFlorida as we celebrated 4th of July this past week. We got in some trouble and had an old friend came by. Cadre Beaux shows up at HQ for the first time in years and lets us know what he's been up to. Needless to say, it got a little weird. 

Summer is in full swing and it never feels truer than when you're rolling into 4th of July weekend. This week we talk about the latest Ruck Club Callout, HQ 101 w/ Kendra, and what our plans are for another 4th in good ole #TGIFlorida. Have fun this weekend and be safe, no one blow a finger or two off. 

We've talked about the how of the MACV-1 with Paul already. Now we sit down with Rich and talk about the why. Rich is a 30-year Army Special Forces Veteran and these are the best boots he's ever worn. Heading back to Vietnam for the first time in 50 years isn't nothing, this is one story you want to check out. 

The idea of this show is to feel like you're sitting down for a beer (or six) with your friends. This week we did just that. Bomber, Lee, and Cadre Mickey sit down and crack a few cold ones while they talk about the Chicago Star Course, Space Marines, and of course what it's like to finally get some miles in the MACV-1. 

Jason sits down with the Shoe Dog himself, Paul Litchfield, and talk all things MACV-1. How it all started and the journey it took to get these boots done. Not only is this the best story a shoe has ever had, it might be the most fun anyone has ever had making one. Go behind the scenes with the MACV-1 and learn exactly what it takes to make the world's greatest boot. 

We grab every HTL finisher from HQ (and Bomber too) and go through what the HTL meant for them. What was awesome, what was terrible, how they survived, and what was learned along the way. If you're trying to get your bolts anytime soon, you'll want to listen to this one. HTLs are special, but at the end of the day, it's just one long weekend.
