This one is tender. Raw. Honest.

I’m opening the door — just a little — to share what I’ve learned from the spirit world. Not as a teaching. Not as a promotion. But as truth I’ve lived and witnessed for years as a medium, long before I ever named it.

In this episode, I reflect on the biggest messages spirit has shown me time and time again: that there is no judgment on the other side. That the soul’s work continues. That our loved ones remember what matters — and it’s not status, or stuff, or the things we think define us here. It’s always love. Always.

I’m not offering mediumship as a service right now, but this episode has been nudging me forward — and maybe you, too. If it stirs something in you, I’d love to hear from you. Truly.

About your host, Helen Jacobs

I never set out to work as a psychic, but life had other plans! After a life-altering spirit visitation, I left a career in PR to follow my intuition in creating a platform and community for those who also want to live their true life path. Some 15 years later, I am still using my gifts to mentor, write and speak about the very same.

Stuff You Should Know
Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
