Speaker 1 (00:02):
Hello Habit Mechanics
.
It's Dr John Finn here.
I hope you're having a greatweek.
I'm walking to the office thismorning, so I'm just doing a
walking pod.
Thank you to everyone who cameto the webinar yesterday.
I really appreciated everyone'sengagement and it was so good
to get people's insights aboutthe wins and challenges they're
(00:26):
facing in the AI era.
And I think the reality of theimpact AI technology is having
on our lives now but will havein the short term and also the
long term, is becoming clearer.
People are losing jobs.
(00:47):
Of course, companies are notsending out press releases
saying they're replacing peoplewith ai, but they are and then
lots of other people's jobs arechanging.
Um, the world economic forumreport is very clear that you
know projections from last yearwhich will be vastly out of date
already, but they're alreadyprojecting that 60 people out of
(01:09):
100 are going to be hugelyimpacted by AI, to the sense
that they're going to have tochange jobs or get significantly
retrained.
I think all the data we'reseeing so far is that the
numbers will be much higher thanthat.
There are data emerging showingthat, in reality, millions of
(01:31):
jobs have already been displaced.
So this is not to be ascaremonger or anything.
We're just talking about thereality of the situation and, I
think, the exciting opportunitythat this brings.
But I think what's emergingmore clearly every day is that,
yeah, ai can do lots of jobsthat people, that human beings,
(01:55):
have been paid to do for a longtime, and they can do those jobs
faster and cheaper andtherefore businesses will use
the technology rather thanhumans.
But they still need humans.
But they don't just need anyold humans.
They need humans who can dothings that ai can't, and the
primary thing that humans can dothat ai can't is what I would
(02:19):
call elite human cognitiveperformance.
So, in habit, mechanic language, it's getting into your high
brain states, high charge brainstates consistently, and if you
can do that, you are a hugelyvaluable asset to any business
or your own business, your ownlife.
The stark reality is mostpeople are not able to do that.
(02:40):
We've seen this huge rise in umpoor cognitive performance,
which is signaled by the bigmental health data sets that
we've seen people reportconstantly that they feel, you
know, brain fog, tired, overwhelmed, can't think clearly
(03:01):
.
They are not signals of elitecognitive performance.
They are signals of beingoverwhelmed, of being, of having
a cross to bear profile and asmuch as someone might understand
the idea of brain stateintelligence and getting a
better balance across theirthree core brain states recharge
(03:24):
, medium charge and high chargeknowing it is one thing, doing
it is different, and people needhelp and that's why, for the
first time ever, after asuccessful pilot, we are now
going to start training peopleto become certified human AI
performance psychology coaches.
(03:46):
I'll say that again, we're goingto start training people after
a successful pilot to becomecertified human ai performance
psychology coaches.
So you've seen me talking, uh,or I've released a few pieces on
human ai performance psychology, a new category of psychology
that we have created.
(04:06):
No one else is even talkingabout this yet, but I think this
will become the dominant formof psychological support for
human beings in the AI era.
It will almost become the LeanSigma-6 of the AI era and, if
you're interested, it's anopportunity to reinvent yourself
(04:29):
to become an ai leader.
It's an opportunity to createan ai era business that's
future-proofed, or it's anopportunity to get your next
pair eyes faster because you canshow your employer that you
(04:50):
have these unique AI era skillsor even carve out a new position
for yourself in the businessthat is completely defendable
and safe against AI technologies.
That's helping other humans tothrive.
As I said in my last podcast, traditional coaching processes
are not working.
They're failing people.
(05:11):
The biggest thing we hear whenpeople ask about our one-to-one
coaching, the biggest concernthey have is well, I've tried
coaching before but it didn'twork.
The person was very nice, butyou know, the stuff they told me
was kind of useless.
That is, I hear that all thetime.
(05:31):
We see that in the big sets ofdata.
So we need a different approachand that's why we've got human
ai performance psychology.
You can learn to become a coach, you can learn to help others
thrive, and there's going to be,let's just say, hundreds of
(05:54):
millions of people, but I thinkthe reality is in the billions
of people that need this kind ofsupport.
No one is able to currently givethat, apart from my very small
team.
So we want to train otherpeople up and just help as many
people as we can.
So, if that's of interest toyou, we will be opening up three
places um, very soon.
(06:18):
They're coming.
They might may be out by thetime you listen to this, but if
that's of interest to you, letus know and we can send you more
details.
So last thing I want to say isthat, yeah, the, the aips can
sound very scary, but I thinkultimately, if you understand
(06:39):
brain states, you can hugelycapitalize on this technology
and it will make it easier foryou to live the kind of life
that you want to live, whetherthat's pivoting to setting up
your own human AI, performance, psychology, coaching, business
or something else.
So let's stay positive andremember you're only ever one
(07:04):
brain state habit away.
