Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello Habit Mechanics .
It's Dr John Finn here.
I hope you're well.
Exciting news we have justreleased our AI era leadership
accelerator.
This is going to be a huge partof what we do.
Moving forwards.

(00:28):
The AI revolution presents greatopportunities for people to
accelerate their careers, to dothe thing they actually or set
up the business they actuallywanted to set up, get their next
pair eyes, get their nextpromotion, and in order to do
that, you need to startdeveloping yourself as an AI era
leader or coach, and that'swhat we've set up the AI era
accelerator to do.

(00:49):
It's a monthly program whereeach month, we have a central
mission that we work on.
We have structured training, wehave have bonus training, we
have masterclasses.
We are making all the contentwe've created over the last 25

(01:11):
years that we sell for millionsof pounds available to everybody
for literally pennies.
People using this content arereporting things like getting 70
000 overnight 70 000 dollar payrises, because it's really
making them stand out in the aiera.
So we want to make thatavailable to everybody and we

(01:34):
have a forum on there as wellwhere we can support each other.
We have live sessions.
So there was an email that wentout about this um.
So if you're interested inbecoming an ai era leader, join
the accelerator.
It's gonna be the differencebetween being replaced or being

(01:58):
irreplaceable, and we want tohelp people to become
irreplaceable.
The skills that we get paid fortoday typically will not be the
skills we get paid for in thenext 6 to 12 to 18 months,
because ai is is is developingso quickly.
So we're still going to needhumans, but what we need to get
better at is working with the aiand creating what we call high

(02:21):
performing human ai teams, andthat's what we're going to show
you how to do in the acceleratorhow to create high performing
human AI teams and how to leadthem, and people with those
skills are going to be the mostin demand professionals on the
planet.
So this is a chance to getahead, not next week, not in six

(02:45):
months.
Do it now, because theopportunity to get ahead won't
be there forever.
What we're gonna, what we'regonna be covering and what we
need to think about if we'regoing to become human ai era
leaders so we can lead highperforming human AI teams is we

(03:07):
need to consider the firstprinciples of what drive team
performance the principles.
These principles are often, more often than not considered,
and that's why most behaviorchange fails.
It's why most leadershiptraining doesn't work.
It's why most teams are nothigh performing, because they
don't consider the firstprinciples.

(03:28):
And the first principles of highperforming teams is brains,
because brains are drivingeverything and brains have a
distinct set of operating rulesthat are often completely
ignored.
And, again, why we often seefailure in leadership

(03:50):
development, team development, failing cultures, failing change
programs.
Brains have this distinct setof first principle operating
rules.
Here are some at a high level.
They are designed, or they haveevolved, to prioritize this
thing inside your head.
It's designed and evolved toprioritize saving energy.

(04:14):
That's its number one operatingrule.
At every turn it looks to saveenergy.
That's why we procrastinate, for example, because we
procrastinate on things thatdon't give us instant rewards
and that take up a lot ofcognitive energy.
Our brain is also a predictivemachine.
So, coupled with um, its desireto save energy it predicts, it

(04:40):
projects itself onto the worldaround us Because that's easier
from an energy perspective.
So this is sort of why habitsare so dominant.
So brains are run by habits.

(05:01):
It's a survival machine.
Another priority is to surviveand that's why many people are
finding AI so threatening andthey're not even prepared to
properly look at it and what itcan do, because there's such a
strong threat response that thePFC is just basically wiped out.

(05:21):
So brains run teams, they runcultures, and as leaders, what
we need to do, first of all, isunderstand how our brain works
and then understand how we canstart creating cultures and
teams that promote, first andforemost, high performing brain
function.
And, of course, this is wherethe brain states model comes in.

(05:44):
So just having a working,science-based but practical
model that everybody canunderstand, brain state
intelligence, and we're headingtowards brain state intelligent
cultures.
That's what leaders canaccelerate.
But, you know, scale this fromjust themselves into the culture

(06:05):
and in the final chapter oftrain your brain for the eye
revolution, I start to talkabout this how brain state
intelligent cultures and highperforming human ai teams will
become like the sigma six of themanufacturing era or complex
manufacturing era, and those whounderstood lean sigma six were

(06:32):
the most highly in demandexperts around.
So we can do the same, we canbecome the same in the ai era,
and that's what the leadershipaccelerator allows you to do.
So there's so much depth andcomplexity in what it takes to
become an ai era leader.
But we've got you covered acrossevery single thing inside of

(06:54):
the accelerator and we're justbreaking it down step by step so
it's really easy for you toimplement and really easy for
you to for you to implement andreally easy for you to put into
practice every day.
We're going to support you soyou can do that.
And what's really nice aboutthe new accelerator is the

(07:15):
gamification of it.
The people we're partneringwith they're experts at
gamification, so I think thatbrings a real unique edge to our
training.
Not only is the content so welldeveloped and so expert, it's
actually now going to bedelivered in best-in-class

(07:38):
gamified way.
So if you want to become anin-demand expert, or you just
want to get paid what you'reworth, or you want to have the
best chance of getting your nextpromotion or your next pay rise
, just come and check out theaccelerator.
We're going to help you step bystep.
We're going to show you how tobecome an AI era leader.

(08:01):
We're going to show you how toget your own brain state
intelligence sorted out and thenshow you how to start creating
high performing human AI teams.
So I'll put a link beneath thispodcast that takes you straight

(08:23):
to the accelerator and I hopeto see you inside there soon.
Bye for now.
So I'll put a link beneath thispodcast.
It takes you straight to theaccelerator and I hope to see
you inside there soon.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
