Gideon says a bad word, Andy goes on a run, Derek's kids call him by his name, Tyler has a very relatable "You know what I hate?" - it's a fun one. We actually recorded this back in February, so you can hear the joy in our voices that the last 7 months has drained from our bodies.

Season 3 kicks off with quite possibly our best episode ever. There comes a time in a man's life when he needs to stop making people. That moment recently came for Andy, and naturally Tyler and Kevin decided to chaperone the whole experience. Derek had work or something, he will regret not being there to his dying breath.

If being a dad is "the most important job you'll ever have," then it's time for a performance review. Tyler does some very basic internet research on how to do one of these, then pulls Kevin into the office with HR to talk through his performance this last quarter.
