Every 3 years our (the people who work in the crew for television and features) contracts are re-negotiated with the AMPTP (Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers). This year, we've asked the AMPTP to stop the abuse with the 14-16 hour days, the lack of proper rest periods, the "new media" contracts, no meal breaks, and unlivable wages.
