With more than a decade of executive experience in the early childhood education and care sector, Linda has honed her skills in building and managing high-performing teams across diverse networks.

Her expertise lies in people and culture transformation, talent acquisition, capability development, and employee and industrial relations.

Linda's accolades include the HR Director of the Year award at the Australian HR Awards in 2019 and she has also obtained an MBA in Human Resource Management from Griffith University.
