He attended the University of Florida where he later started his first company Rootex, a content marketing agency. He co-founded OneSixOne Ventures, which started by hosting events for early founders in North Central Florida in 2017. It later became a formal accelerator program and venture capital fund, investing in pre-seed B2B SaaS and GovTech startups. Outside of work, Pablo enjoys salsa-dancing, power-lifting and training BJJ.
