Flourishing Together brings together two special guests in this episode. First up is Kristi Zuhlke, founder and CEO of KnowledgeHound. Kristi was the first woman founder to go through the Junto program and has been involved with the program as a mentor ever since. They discuss her first recollection of leadership and how she approaches personal growth and leadership.

Next, Kayne speaks with longtime Junto mentor Kayne Grau. Kayne has been an executive, investor, entrepreneur and mentor for the last 15 years. He’s currently the EVP of Sales at TradeRev. Kayne and Raman discuss the growing appreciation for emotional intelligence as well as humbling leadership moments.
