Great news! As of Aug 24th kratom has been removed from their list of Thailand’s controlled substances! 8,000 kratom cases and convictions overturned, and over 1,000 prisoners set free! There’s even a new Thai study being conducted on kratom extract to see if it can be used to ease withdrawal symptoms of people addicted to opioids like heroin and morphine. The latest from the AKA in response to the rogue FDA requesting the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Expert Committee on Drug Dependence recommend that kratom be globally scheduled.

In Pennsylvania two ground shattering cases are on the way; Caleb Sturgis case is moving forward with a judge denying summary judgement to Socal. Clearing the way for the Sturgis family to take this case to jury trial in the wrongful death case of Caleb Sturgis. Joshua Fulton, owner of Coastline Kratom, Kratom Crazy, Best Kratom, who was targeted by the FDA for a seizure of over $10 MIL, has pleaded guilty in Pittsburgh to conspiracy to defraud the FDA. PLUS MORE!
