In this episode we have 2 major storylines going along at the same time. First the team is in pursuit of a groper. The groper has knowledge of someone else breaking the law and uses that to leverage a better deal with the court for himself by throwing this new man under the bus. The team then follows up on this new man who is using his power and position with green card applicants who are women to extort sex from them. The team pursues him intensely. They catch him in the act. However, they might've jumped the gun a little too early when arresting our green card extortionist.
