She helps those who have felt oppressed in their sexuality, gender or identity expression and helps them live a liberated life through mindfulness and fitness 1-1 and group coaching programs.

Cuyla is the founder of the Queer Leader Community where she offers free Facebook and LinkedIn groups along with a monthly mastermind to help solve our individual and collective challenges.
