For people feeling overwhelmed and trapped it’s often hard to find the motivation and or bravery to talk about it to anyone. We’re often scared of being judged, shamed or humiliated. I choose to put my self on this ‘platform’ sharing what I do etc and I am more than happy and willing to risk the so called ‘shame’ and judgement for talking about issues that so many people consider taboo.

I’ve always said this but if you haven’t heard - it’s not about how you LOOK it’s about how you FEEL!

Since recording this my situation has gotten a little worse (to say the least) but again, as I always say - it’s not what happens to you, it’s how you deal with it! Still standing! Still Refusing to be a Victim! #MentalFitness
