What’s your word of the year—and how will it shape your choices in 2025?

In this episode, I’m kicking off 2025 with a bold declaration: this is the year of thriving. Even though the year didn’t start perfectly (sick kids, too much screen time, and that winter slump), I’m here to remind you that it’s not about how you begin—it’s about the intentional choices you make along the way. My word for the year is “thriving,” and for me, it’s more than a lofty aspiration. It’s a daily practice and a standard I’m committed to, not just for myself but for my family, my business, and every area of my life.

Whether you’re setting your own word of the year or just looking for inspiration to make 2025 incredible, this episode is here to encourage you to aim high, take intentional action, and create more of what you truly want.

Tune in to hear:

  • How my word of the year keeps me aligned and how you can use a similar approach to create meaningful changes
  • The intentional trade-offs I’m making this year, and how they’re helping me prioritize what truly matters
  • Ways to identify habits, commitments, or tasks you can let go of to create space for what truly matters
  • Why attending or hosting IRL events can be transformative for personal and professional growth
