David Gilbert

This week we have David Gilbert on the podcast. David is a performance and life coach that assists his clients in embodying their peak state of performance. He specializes in the use of peak states (i.e., flow) to maximize productivity and life satisfaction.

 

David also recently launched The Golden Life, an online community that applies the practices of peak performers and principles of spiritual alchemy for personal transformation. Here members develop their ability to see the treasure that lies behind our greatest pains and struggles, find accountability partners in the pursuit of optimal experience, and learn how to alchemize the power of peak states into daily life.
