Hey Soothers! A while back I had this idea to, every once in a while, interview intuitives and healers on their health and self-care routines. I don't know about you, but I'm the kind of person who could read an entire magazine based on people's morning routines alone, so I thought it would be fun to do this for us on this podcast, too. Energy and self-care and health routines are also just extra important to the intuitive empath, to help ground and settle us. And the first person I thought of was my dear friend and colleague, energy healer Missy Toy Ozeas! In this episode Missy and I go into extremely granular detail on our morning routines, our diets, self-care routines, skin care routines, and more! Enjoy!
Missy and I have also launched the Empath Visibility Accelerator (EVA)! This is our 12-week program for big-hearted HSPs and empaths who want to be more visible in their work in the world, especially if you have spiritual and intuitive gifts but are a little scared to talk more publicly about them. We get it. In the 12 weeks we'll teach you the exact tactics we used to go from very socially anxious, extremely shy women who hid behind corporate careers working for others, to visible spiritual workers showing up bravely in public. EVA starts July 10th, see you in there!
The Sunday Soother podcast is a spin-off of The Sunday Soother, a weekly newsletter that creates conversations around compassionate personal development and helps readers access their spirituality, magic and mindfulness in practical, actionable ways.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
