The new twenties don't resemble the last too much, so here's a special new podcast brimming with uplifting funk and soul to ease you in. This is the first of some occasional genre-specific episodes that we'll be doing alongside our regular output. We hope you enjoy it, there's influential music from the likes of The Meters, Cyril Neville & The Bothers Johnson, and a couple of newer cuts that keep the funk alive in more recent times...
