In addition, Dalton is an accomplished speaker, author, and innovator in the healthcare industry. Dalton has worked for several hospital systems, most notably, the Duke University Health System, consistently in the top ten for healthcare delivery in the United States and globally. Dalton is an industry thought leader and has made exceptional contributions in work culture, quality improvement, and customer experience.
