John spent the first 10 or so years of his career recruiting salespeople for insurance companies. During that time, he grew his business into one that led the industry. John had met one of his managing partners, Emmett Laffey, socially many years back and they've combined to take the Berkshire brand to Long Island. John talks us through his real estate career running the Laffey International brokerage, and now the Berkshire Brokerage.
