What's up Long Island! Today, we enter Phase 1 of re-opening our economy here on Long Island. As one of the hardest hit places in the country, and one of the longest shutdowns in the country, this is AMAZING NEWS!! On this podcast we discuss what phase 1 entails. We also discuss our fun and interesting Memorial Day adventures, and weekend fun. A lot of changes have been upon us with re-opening and we're starting to experience them first hand. We discuss what it was like to do something so simple, like getting a bagel and a cup of coffee in the morning. It's amazing how such a simple thing that was a part of every day life previously, is not a very uncomfortable and harrowing experience. We wrap the podcast up with a quick discussion regarding what's happening in the Long Island real estate market, Which seems to be picking up a bit.
