So as we all pretty much know by now, inventory is extremely low nationally. Due to the fact that there are no homes on the market in most markets, a lot of real estate agents are having trouble getting accepted offers with all the competition. All that being said, if we did a deep dive into even the most difficult of markets, we'd find that there are still a very selective few still having massive success. But HOW?? The answer is simple, they're doing something to stand out with their offer. There are many different ways to get your offer to rise to the top of the pile, not limited to just the offer itself - but the different interactions you have leading up to the offer.
