William Ivor Fowkes is a playwright and author based in New York and Connecticut. He has been a FINALIST for the Reva Shiner Comedy Award and the W.Keith Hedrick Playwriting Contest and a SEMIFINALIST for the Playwrights First Award, the Promising Playwright Award, and the Princess Grace Playwriting Award.
