(00:01):
Hey pro organizers.
My name is Melissa Kluge andyou are listening to the pro
organizer studio podcast.
Professional organizingchanged my entire life.
After 20 years of working at hugecompanies, I started working for myself.
I opened a professional organizingbusiness, grew it to six
figures, and I never looked back.
Now I get to spend all day, every dayteaching organizers around the world.
(00:25):
How to find clients, how to marketand sell yourselves, how to turn this
business into what you want it to be.
Whether you have been in businessfor 15 minutes or 15 years, you
have a home at Pro Organizer Studio.
I'm excited that you're here.
Let's get started.
All right, so we are not going to beon video today because neither of us
(00:48):
were video ready, but we are audioready, and I'm here with my friend and
frequent collaborator, Cabri Caldwell.
Cabri and I have a little, wehave a little announcement.
Little announcement, little news.
I should probably sprinkle in like a,I don't usually do a lot of audio, I
should do like, da da da da, like somesort of fanfare music or something.
(01:08):
Drumroll, something.
Something, I don't know.
Cabri and I have been working ona little something, and do you
want to tell people what it is,or do you want me to tell people?
I think I want you to tell people.
I feel like you deserve a spotlightin this because basically what
happened is I called Melissaand I was like help, please.
Now,
(01:28):
please,
pretty please.
I did a podcast.
It was probably a couple monthsago by now, but it was about these
two organizers that had been middleschool friends and then they started
an organizing company together.
And we were just talking aboutlike what makes a good partnership.
And, you know, if you go intoa partnership with a business,
like who should it be with?
And.
One of the things that is reallyimportant, I think, in a partnership
(01:51):
is that you have one person thatmay be good at one thing and one
person that's good at another, andyou just kind of augment each other.
Right?
So the things that Cabri maybe isn't goodat, I might be okay at and vice versa.
And that is a lovely combination.
We are doing a really good job of
Collaborating and makingthose partnerships work.
Correct.
You may absolutely hate my like midnighttext messages of like, Oh, ran into a
(02:16):
problem, stuck, help, need help now.
SOS, but it's
fine.
We're making it work.
No, but okay.
We're going to just take a brief detour.
No, it doesn't bother me at all, firstof all, but it might bother someone.
And so that's a thing that you needto figure out if you are going to
be in a partnership, like, causeI send you midnight text messages
or sometimes 3am text messages.
And if that.
(02:36):
Bugs you you you these are the thingsyou just have to know about each
other, but we have similar workingstyles which is Slightly chaotic.
It's a little workaholic.
It's a little chaos.
It's a little bit Messy brain dumps justyou know, middle of the night or late
at night, right?
(02:57):
But we, it works.
Exactly.
It might not work foreveryone, but it works for us.
So we entered into a little partnershipbecause we both have a passion for
making sure that organizers arefinding as many clients as they can.
I say this all the time, andI'm going to keep saying it.
Every call we have, every time I getan email from someone, every time
(03:18):
someone joins Inspired Organizer, itis because The same sentence is said.
I don't have enough clients.
How do I get more clients?
I need more clients.
How do I find them?
And there are a millionanswers to those questions.
There are a million ways to find clients.
And we will teach you all of them.
But the, my personalfavorite way is The internet.
(03:41):
And if you listen to my podcast aboutmy phrase of the year, my passion this
year is making sure that organizersare using their digital foundations.
And I think even a lot of experiencedorganizers still are not taking full
advantage of their digital foundations.
So Cabri and I have started alittle venture that is going to
(04:02):
help you with those foundations.
And we have bought a businesscalled Organizer Near Me.
Dot com.
That's the drum roll.
There's your fanfare in the background.
Insert
drum roll.
So Organizer Near Me is a platform.
Where you can get a listing, you canget either a free listing or a paid
(04:22):
listing that helps augment your SEOwithout you having to do any work.
Now, do I also want youto do your own SEO work?
I sure do.
But do I want to be ableto help you with that?
And does Cabri want to help you with that?
We do.
We purchased this business togetherand we are ready to relaunch it
(04:42):
as of today, when this podcastis going up right now, right now.
Is there anything Imissed about our story?
Honestly, no, I do feel likementioning that I was very
gung Ho in this whole thing.
And that, that literallywas what happened.
I quickly realized I waslike, Oh my gosh, I need help.
(05:02):
There's things that I don'tknow how to do, or I don't
know what I'm supposed to do.
And so it was, Sending up SOS flaresto Melissa, I'm like, please help me.
And that was actually really beneficial.
And I also feel like mentioning thatbecause if we're being honest, me
seven years ago, as a baby businessowner, if you had said, Hey, you
should really focus on SEO, sameexact thing would have happened.
(05:26):
I would have sent out.
Little SOS flares to somebodysaying, what the heck is SEO?
What am I supposed to do?
What does it help?
How much priority should I put onto it?
How much time should I spend on it?
All those questions that, I mean, even experienced organizers have,
it's just one of those topicsthat's so hard to grasp and handle
It's, it's nice to have some help.
(05:46):
It's nice to have something that canliterally deliver clients to you on a
silver platter, where you just get tocall them and be like, here you go.
Here's your contract.
Here's your invoice.
Pay me my money.
Let's get started.
And we really want as much as possibleto be able to demystify SEO for people.
(06:06):
So that's one of my goals this year, but it's not just demystifying it.
It's also actually helping you build someof that Internet credibility on your own.
And we are super passionate aboutorganizers getting their names out to
people to because I very much believea rising tide raises all boats.
And so when we have organizers thatare out spreading the word about
(06:30):
what organizing is and what do we doand what can we provide for people.
It makes more people realize theservices that we have out there.
So it's really just a combination of,we want to help you with your SEO.
We want to help you with yourfindability and we want to help
more consumers actually findorganizers and know what they do.
One thousand percent.
(06:50):
We wanted to relaunch it because wewant people to be able to get into
the queue to be able to benefitfrom some of the work that we have
done behind the scenes already.
This is a relaunch so Organizer Near Mehas been around for a couple of years.
But Cabri got the opportunity to purchaseit and we just knew we had to jump on it
because it was something that we wanted tobe able to really take to the next level.
(07:15):
We are doing a ton of work onSEO so that you don't have to.
So that you can go concentrate onthe other things that you need to
do for your digital foundations, like fixing your website or blogging
consistently, any of the things thatwe are going to tell you to do this
year, you go spend time on that.
And then we'll help build someSEO for you on the outside.
(07:38):
I feel like it's superimportant to mention.
Again, this goes backto like, what is SEO?
How much time should I commit to it?
There's a bigger concept at play when itcomes to SEO, because SEO is your compound
interest in your business, the more timeand energy and effort you put into SEO,
the more it's going to build and it lastsforever when it's out on the internet, I
(08:00):
mean, we've had organizers who will posta blog that is properly properly SEO set
up and customized for that reason alone.
And they'll post the blog andit will still be driving traffic
and bringing leads to themthree years later, years later.
Yeah.
So it's one of those things, demystifying, making sure that you're focusing on your
(08:22):
SEO, giving the tips and tricks thatwe know to help build that credibility
when it comes to SEO, but also helpingyou flex that muscle so that you're
constantly building, but as you'reconstantly building the work that you've
already put into it is also buildingand bringing you new clients as well.
I will tell a story about this.
I actually gave a presentation on SEOyesterday to a bunch of organizers.
(08:44):
And I, I told this story, but so Ihave been an organizer since 2018
and I did a ton of work on SEO.
I really made it my job tolearn a lot about SEO because
I knew how important it was.
And by the way, I knew nothingabout it before I started.
I am self taught on everything, but I have, I created some
(09:04):
major wins pretty quickly.
And one of the things, so because ProOrganizer Studio is my full time job
and Home by 11 is my side hustle I'm notactively looking for organizing clients.
If people happen to find me andthey want to reach out to me, I
will chat with them, but I am notreally going out and being like, I
really need some organizing clients.
(09:25):
Where can I find them?
So I have not done a ton of SEO work on myhome by 11 website in a really long time.
I got a new you know, I kind of redidmy website a couple of years ago, but
I haven't been blogging regularly.
I haven't been updating myGoogle business regularly.
And when I tell you, I still getconsult request after consult request
(09:48):
every single week, I have two thatcame in this morning and it's just
because of the work that I did.
You know, up to seven years ago, that is still paying dividends.
So I love what you said about itis something that you spend one
hour on it now, and you might get areturn from it five years from now
(10:09):
and not even remember what you did.
Yes.
1,
000%. And
it's
so funny.
I'm glad you told that story becauseI feel like I'm the opposite.
I spent so much time focused on socialmedia and networking or influencer club,
like just a totally, like I kind of didthe whole opposite side of the coin and
it had its perks and it had its I guessit's benefits that you could consider.
(10:31):
But when it comes to the influencers thatwe worked with three years ago, like,
are we still getting leads from them?
Absolutely not.
Those Instagram storiesexpired in 24 hours.
The posts are buried underall the other things.
Like, it's just not happening.
Same thing with social media.
If Instagram and Facebook crashtomorrow, like, we'd be in a tough spot.
We put a lot of emphasis on that.
And so it's one of those things likediversifying your income when it comes
(10:55):
to finding leads, finding clients.
This is another avenue thatyou want to spend some time on.
You want to focus on.
And I'm really grateful that I'm prettysure that I did not start focusing on
SEO till I joined Inspired Organizer.
And didn't even really like pushit till probably late in 2023.
And I'm seeing the benefits of itnow, but in my head, I'm like, dang,
(11:16):
wish I would've done it sooner.
Like all the things.
We just have to keep using this financialmetaphor because you know, when they
when they say, like, if you put 100 inan investment fund in 20 years, you will
have whatever 10, 000 what, you know, obviously it depends on a lot of factors.
That is very much the same for SEO.
Because when you think about what ifI would have done this, When I was
(11:37):
a baby entrepreneur, you know, whatif I would have like really put all
these things in place right off thebat, but it is also the kind of thing
that it's never too late to start.
So let's say you haven'tconcentrated on SEO at all.
We're going to startthat savings account now.
Now is better than not starting it at all.
And so there are lots of things you cando and we're going to be talking about
(11:58):
them throughout the year, but we wantto just create a tool that helps you,
especially if you're behind on your SEO,get out there, get some of the backlinks,
get some of the things, you know, theestablishment of the of the credibility
of your business so that you can thengo work on those things on the backend.
But spending time on SEOis never wasted time.
(12:19):
Never.
Yeah,
absolutely not.
Okay.
So let's talk about whatOrganizer Near Me is.
You are creating a listing on our site.
. And we are going to be doing SEO workon the back end to make sure that when
someone who needs Services is looking foran organizer in Pensacola, Florida, that
(12:43):
we at Organizer Near Me are somethingthat's popping up and that they can click
on very easily and go find an organizer.
There are lead generationservices out there.
We want to talk a little bit aboutwhat similarities we have with
other lead generation services andwhat things are totally different.
Okay.
So the main lead generation system websitethat exists specifically for organizers
(13:08):
has always been find my organizer.
It's been around, I don'tknow, probably years.
It was around when I first got started.
The main thing I think that is totallydifferent when it comes to organizing
near me is find my organizer is designed, designed to be a paywall between your
potential client and you as the organizer.
So if you have a listingon find my organizer and.
(13:30):
Judy Sue goes on the interwebs andsearches for an organizer in your
area and your organizer listingpops up, you're going to have
to pay to get her information.
You're going to have topay to get the needed tools
that you're going to haveto have to reach out to her.
And the amount that you pay dependson what geography you're in.
Depends on a lot of factors.
(13:52):
So you might pay Find My Organizer200 per six months for that lead, or
you might be paying them 500 per sixmonths, or you might be paying them 50.
It's all over the board.
Which is another, I would saycon for Find My Organizer.
If you're already in a geographicalarea that has a high concentration
of organizers, you're competing notjust with the people, but now you're
(14:16):
having to pay to compete as well.
And so that's always been a struggle.
The other thing, I don't want this justto be a complete, like find my organizer
bash session, but, for my experience asan organizer and having my own company
with find my organizer, sometimes youget like bogus leads or maybe just,
it's like you pay to get the client'sinformation and you reach out to them and
(14:37):
then you call, you know, this potentialclient and they're like, Oh, I was just
looking, I'm not really that interested.
It has a couple different flaws.
The main benefit to Organizer NearMe and what that looks like is, we
just want to be the bridge betweenyou and your potential clients.
There's no paywall.
As far as like, you haveto pay us to get a lead.
No, you do get added benefits.
If you opt in for a premium membership.
(15:00):
within Organizer Near Me.
But our goal is still the same.
Whether you're on a paid membership,a free membership, we want to get
in front of your clients and be ableto say, here, here's your client.
Here's your organizer.
Y'all are a perfect match made in heaven.
Go make some money.
Very simple, very easy.
It's designed to help strengthen thatmuscle and build the compound interest so
(15:20):
that you can keep organizing, keep findingnew clients, keep getting new leads.
And I know Melissa touched on the listingpart of it, but there's other options.
You can post your own blog.
If you have an SEO optimized blogthat has worked well for you,
you can post it to Organizer NearMe and gain exposure in a new.
(15:40):
A new arena in the interweb world.
Yeah.
So you get the listing, butyou also get a few things.
So you're going to getanother push to your SEO.
You're going to get a backlink froma credibility, you know, from a
trusted, authorized, credible site.
A lot of things that focus on your SEO.
So the biggest differenceis we are not trying to be a
specific lead generation tool.
(16:03):
This is not going to belike a, we have a Betty Sue.
Two miles from you.
It's like Cabri said, it's designed tobe a bridge for your own SEO efforts and
to connect that organizer or the clientthat needs organizing with you directly.
We do not want to gatekeep thatlead from you for any reason.
Because another thing we see with thelead generation services is the client has
(16:26):
already had to enter their information.
Information in the leadgeneration service, then it
has to be delivered to you.
Then there's a delay and youcalling them, then they've already
jumped through a lot of hoops.
We want to create that direct linkwhere they go directly to your site,
directly to your own booking page.
You don't have to just takewhatever we spit out at you.
So that's the biggest difference is thatwe don't want to create any sort of gate
(16:48):
between you and the potential client.
They come directly to you.
And I would even encourage organizerslistening to the podcast to go on
Organizer Near Me and play around with it.
You'll see if you land on anotherorganizer's listing all of the links,
social links, website, email, all that.
It doesn't go to us.
It doesn't, there's no.
(17:09):
There's no wiggle room in there for us tostep in and be like, huh, just kidding.
You got to pay us the money.
No, we literally have it designed towhere it's going to deliver that client
directly into your inbox so that youcan then reach out, begin your process
do a consult or a proposal or sales, whatever your process looks like.
Another thing that has alreadycome up in conversation around
Organizer Near Me and this relaunchis going to be additional benefits.
(17:35):
And so you have your listing, youhave the option to post blogs.
We're also going to be using socialmedia to do organizer spotlights.
Yep.
I'm going to try and talk Melissainto maybe even letting some
people do some like organizingyour me spotlights on the podcast.
Don't know.
We're going to see about that.
Oh, interesting.
When are you going to ask
about that?
You know, it's on my list of a million, like Melissa things to discuss.
(18:00):
I love that idea.
I'm here for it.
I know I was thinking about thatlast night and I was like, man.
That has
some potential because guesswhat else guess what being
on this podcast does for you.
It increases your SEO and it gives youa backlink and it gives you a backlink.
And guess how it does that.
So the way that it does that is because.
(18:22):
Every time I do a podcast, there is a transcript from it.
And then that easy for me to say, there's a transcript from it.
And in that transcript, you haveyour business name and your business
information, and that goes on YouTube.
And then, which is the secondlargest search engine in the world.
And then it goes on our websiteas a blog post and as a podcast
post, and it is up in the universe.
(18:44):
For it to be discovered bythe wonderful Google bots.
Yes, those are all things thatare going to be a part of the
program that we are launching.
We have so many ideas.
Ridiculous amount of ideas.
It's insane.
It's a troubling amount of ideas.
Who would you say would bethe ideal organizer to join
(19:06):
Organizer Near Me?
Obviously, I am biased and I wouldlove for all organizers to join,
but what I would tell you is, andfirst of all, let me just remind
you again, there is a free listing.
There is absolutely no downside.
To putting up a free listingand then seeing what we come up
with and how we're helping you.
But I would say that if you aresomeone who is on the struggle bus a
(19:29):
little bit or on the hustle bus withyou are just not getting enough leads
that are coming in from your website, you are not getting enough traffic.
You're not getting enough organicpeople from your web traffic and you
know that you need to do some SEO,but you are not sure where to start.
Let us do some of thatheavy lifting for you.
Okay, even if you do have goodresults, even if you have done all
(19:53):
of the SEO things and the backlinksand, optimize blogs, all of the
things, if you are really, reallyadvanced, then there's Absolutely no
downside to you signing up as well.
I would love for you to takeadvantage of what we have out there.
If you are someone who really isstruggling to figure out your website,
to figure out SEO, that's where Iwould obviously recommend a premium
(20:17):
listing because you get a lot ofthings with that premium listing.
And we want to be able to encouragepeople who need that extra help.
To get the premium listing so that wecan help you even more via the things
that we're doing on the back end.
Platform really is designed to be ahelper when you're working on SEO,
whether you are somebody who barelyunderstands what SEO is, or maybe
(20:41):
somebody just told you the term SEO.
And you're like, what am I supposed tobe optimizing for search engine, the
Googles and the bings and the Yahoo'sof the world, like if you're level one.
SEO and your concept of understanding,or if you're a level 10 and you are
really good at optimizing your blogs andyou're making sure that your metadata
is correctly tagged and all the otherthings that go into SEO on the backend,
(21:06):
it doesn't matter if you're a level one orlevel 10, this platform is going to help.
put your content in front ofthe right people, connect you.
We're going to be that bridge to connectyou to your ideal clients and serve
them up to you on a silver platter.
And just make the overall concept andunderstanding of SEO more approachable,
more bite sized, easier to understand, easier to tackle without the overwhelm
(21:28):
and the chaos that comes with thattechie language and all the things that.
Surround it.
I would also just throw in a plugwhile we're here for if you are at that
place where you are in total confusionand you do not know anything that's
going on schedule a zoom to talk tome about Inspired Organizer because we
teach every single bit of this in ourcourse and I love talking about SEO.
(21:52):
I love fixing people's SEO.
I love fixing people's websites.
So we should talk about that too.
But at the very basics, just get a listing up.
Okay.
Whether it's free or whetheryou decide to do premium and
we are going to help you out.
We also have a little, we have alittle gift for podcast listeners.
If they decide that theywant to sign up for that.
(22:15):
I'm glad I said it too, becausebecause Cabri I have some news for you.
We have a coupon code forthe people that listen to the
pro organizer studio podcast.
Are you aware of it?
You set it up.
Sure, I was gonna say, I'mpretty sure I set up the code.
I just kind of went blink.
Back to the squirrels.
Here we are.
And can you guys think thatwe have our act together?
(22:37):
Sometimes.
We do not.
We have our act together when it matters.
for the record, but we, wesometimes need a little help.
Okay.
Until March 31st, If you use the codePROSTUDIO, you will get 50 percent off.
(22:58):
Of your membership ofyour paid membership.
Actually, you can use itfor the free membership too.
It's half of zero.
So
whatever you want to useit for is totally fine.
But if you do decide to upgrade to apremium membership, you can get 50 percent
off and that is on either a monthlymembership or an annual membership.
If you want to save a little bitmore money and we would love to
(23:19):
have you use that coupon code.
I went ahead and push it to the end ofMarch because you said middle of March
and I'm unfortunately playing catch up on.
Podcast episodes from like November.
So we gave you a little extra time justin case you didn't hear this until.
Okay.
So this podcast is in caseyou're listening to it in June.
Now after, if you are listening to thispodcast in June and you're like, but, but,
(23:42):
but, but, but I want a coupon code, youcan still use the PROSTUDIO coupon code.
We will just be lowering it from50 percent off to 15 percent off,
which are words that are close.
But not the same.
Probably should have changed that.
That's alright.
But I still wanted to be able tooffer something to podcast listeners.
(24:03):
Correct.
But my personalrecommendation would be to.
Definitely use the 50percent off before the month.
For sure.
And you can go find out what youget with a premium listing if you
go to OrganizerNearMe.com/advertise.
And we will list that, we'lllink this in the show notes.
This is my plug for show notes,by the way, this is a random rant.
(24:25):
I'm going to go on underneath this podcaston whatever platform you're listening to.
There are a bunch of notes that comeup and there are links in there.
They're hyperlinks.
You can just get straight to the thing.
Use those show notes.
It's something that I know a lot ofpeople don't ever look at, and there's
often really good stuff in there.
So we really want you tojoin Organizer Near Me.
We would love to have you inour little family and make
(24:46):
that a big family really soon.
It is already growing.
It is.
I know selfless, selfless plugof just like increased growth
already increased traffic.
It's been exciting to seejust the beginning stages of
the relaunch and what that.
What that turns into what that equates to.
We did give a little sneak peek,an early sneak peek to our inspired
(25:09):
organizer family yesterday.
So they were kind of the firstones to know, but now today we're
bringing it out to everyone andwe are just excited to watch.
New people come in and thoseclicks go up and all the things,
so all the things, all the things.
I want to take just a super briefdetour because Cabri has not only
purchased Organizer Near Me, youjust purchased another business too.
(25:33):
Do you want to talk about it?
Just like really, I want to haveyou back to talk about it on a
broader basis, but I just want tohave you chat about it for a second.
Yeah, no, we definitely need to dosomething on buying or selling businesses.
I was honestly, and this sounds bad.
I was honestly thinking moreconversational on the selling businesses,
only because I know that even in theinspired organizer group, we have had
(25:55):
people pivot transition completely, just close up shop and move on.
But my plug on that, if you own a businessand you spend time building said business.
You don't just have to shut your doors.
You can sell it and youcan make money on it.
And that's like a whole thingthat we don't talk about
enough, but we need to for sure.
Yeah.
(26:16):
Kind of the same concept.
I'm just going to interruptyou just really quickly.
I'm just going to say Iwill not say her name.
She's going to know when she listens thatI, and I have told her this many times I
have told her, I go, you do not understandyou got the steel of the century.
There is an organizer I know who awoman in her area was shutting down
her business and she offered tosell it to this organizer, sold her
(26:39):
entire business that she had operatedfor many, many years for 5, 000.
And I said to the organizer, who is my friend, I go, girl,
I'm glad you got that deal.
But I, if I would have been coachingher, I would have told her you're insane.
You have to sell yourbusiness for more than 5, 000.
So I'm glad you got a deal.
But that is the steal of the century.
(27:01):
So I want people to sell theirbusinesses for more than 5, 000.
I just think there's no knowledge.
Like, I mean, we all grow our businessand build our business, but what happens
if you, I don't know, life changes orphysically you can't organize because it
can be physically demanding or you change, you know, locations and you don't want
to run teams and multiple, like, there'sjust so many things that I think about
(27:22):
that there's opportunity everywhere.
Absolutely.
There is.
So that was kind of like lucky for us.
We ended up buying,it's called Remove LBK.
They are rental moving boxeshere in Lubbock, Texas.
We had some sweet, sweet friends thatI've known since the inception of Remove.
They collaborated with us.
It worked very seamlessly because ofcourse, like moving boxes, organizer,
(27:44):
very, very cohesive relationship there.
They just had other thingsgoing on, life, kids, marriage.
Jobs, all the things and so it kind ofrandomly came up in conversation of just
like, yeah, we were thinking about maybe, you know, offloading this one business
and I was like, what, tell me more.
And so that's essentially howI came to buy pro organizer
(28:05):
studio, a casual conversation.
And it just happens like it wasthe right place at the right
time with the right people.
We had kind of supported themthrough the beginning stages.
They're now helping support us throughthis transition and new ownership.
But it was just like a really, reallynice cohesive relationship that paired
well with me as an organizer and our team.
(28:26):
And so it was kind of, I mean, honestly, the same thing with
organizing near me, I definitely havea theme when it comes to businesses.
But I just have a, I don't know,I just want everybody to succeed
and make a crap ton of money.
I want you to have more thanyou know what to do with.
Yeah, I, I think that we reallyprobably should have led with that.
Maybe I'll throw it in there atthe beginning, but like, I want
(28:47):
organizers to make more money.
That's what I want.
I want organizers.
To live comfortably havea good work life balance.
Money isn't everything, but moneymakes a lot of good things happen.
And so I want people to have, and by the way, I'm not saying
you have to try to hustle to make$200,000 a year as a solo organizer.
What I'm telling you is I want you to makethe money that you need to be comfortable
(29:11):
in the life that you want, and,
but also we wanna help you make the money.
The easiest and the fastestway possible, correct.
And right now talkingabout SEO, that's it.
I want people to have to hustle less andstruggle less and have things be done
for them in the easiest way possible.
(29:32):
Because at my core, I'm anexceedingly lazy person and I just
want things to get done for me.
So I had a boss who used to back when my,
I lived in corporate world.
He purposely, he purposely would takethese big projects that had a lot
of man hours and a lot of tasks anda lot of tediousness behind them.
And he would hand it to like unknowinglythe laziest person in the office because
(29:56):
the person can come up with a very simpleway to get it done the quickest way
possible
versus somebody who's an overthinkeror an overanalyzer or perfectionist.
And so it's fascinatinghow we are enemies.
Yes.
So stop overthinking.
Okay, but this, the movie box company, just in case people don't know what she's
(30:18):
talking about is, if you're imagining astack of sad, broken down cardboard boxes,
that is not what Cabri is talking about.
She is talking about very nice, reusable, plastic totes that stack on pallets.
in the most beautiful way possible.
And it's a truly sustainable, easy late.
(30:39):
It's good for lazy people.
These moving boxes arejust such a cool concept.
And I'm just, I can't wait to seewhat you do with that business.
We're super excited.
I, I am beyond excited.
I'm like overwhelmed with the ideas ofall the things to do with the boxes.
I think it's cool.
So stay tuned.
We might have some other ideas.
Who knows?
We'll have to see.
Okay.
So that's us.
(31:00):
