In today's episode I talk with the lovely Jessica Demunck. Jess is a Life Coach, Teacher and Storyteller who supports young women to understand the story of their lives, embrace their innate authenticity and take back authorship.

We talk about Jess's experience of anxiety and how through yoga see found a connection and a calmness within herself. However in true style of The Prozac Yogi we cover everything from medication to meditation and not just yoga. We dicuss the views around mental health medication in the workplace and indeed our personal experiences.
