How to Practice Lectio Divina:
1. Silence: Settle into the quiet with God.
2. Read: Read or listen to the passage and simply rest in the words.
3. Meditate: Read or listen a second time, and notice if a word or phrase stands out to you.
4. Respond: Read or listen a third time, and notice your response, or if you sense an invitation from God.
5. Contemplate: End with a prayer of gratitude or surrender, and consider how to carry what you experienced into the rest of your day.
