Let's take a look, start out with Georgia.
We look at Muskogee and Harriscounty sales results.
We don't have an inventoryproblem.
More homes sold in the firstquarter of this year than the
first quarter of last year,actually 77 more look at this.
The average sales price forhomes in, in these areas is up

almost 12% or$24,000 days onmarket dropped a little bit.
I'm sure that no surprise to anyof y'all and the total sales
volume.

What is the value of the real estate that's sold in
the first quarter is up 33million.

Oh, we've had a great first quarter in Musk SCO and
Harris county.
Let's take a look at Russell andLee.
Now we're looking at Russell andLee county and these stats come
from the east Alabama borderrealtors.

Again, do not have an inventory problem in Russell

And Lee county

Actually had 63 more transactions this quarter than

This quarter.

Last year.
Look at this average salesprices up almost as much as
Columbus.
It was already a little higher,but the average sales price in
the Phoenix city market is$252,000.
That's the highest it's everbeen.
Days on market drops, 12 daysand the total sales volume, the

The homes that been sold in the first quarter of
this year is up 27 million abovewhat it was last year.

The biggest takeaway from thisinformation today is one.

properties this quarter thanthis quarter last, last year.
