Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, gotta get started free Spirit and Castleton on a
largenity Bourbon Lochlunosul Tequila Shots Week twelve.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Brent Halverson joins in a second, but.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
I need to get our guest on right now from
the second area of the Colts taking time out here
in the three o'clock hour to start the show. Let's
welcome in Cam buying them on the Andymore Automotive Group potline.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Hey, Cam, thank you very much for the time. How
are you.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
I'm great, just got out of practice. Good day today.
Oh good, Thanks for having me.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
How did that buy week go? What did we do? Cam?

Speaker 3 (00:33):
I went and got away from the cold weather, went
to Hawaii and got on the beach just to get
some warm weather out there. Then went back to Cali
to see my family Offso so it was a cool, relaxing. Yeah.
I didn't get to Yeah, I still had to stay
locked in, but I got away for a few days.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
That's the way to stay locked in, right there, Cam,
let me.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Tell you that. And you know what, there's no I mean, hell,
you know this played long enough.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
There's no rest. I mean, you go to a bye week,
you come back from Berlin. But now you got to
go to Arrowhead and play the Kansas City Chiefs, a
team that's five and five, disappointed about where they are
right now, and probably incredibly hungry.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
So there's no rest whatsoever.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Exactly. Yeah, going through even just during bye week, I
know every single person on the team felt the same way.
But it was hard to get fully, you know, mentally
out of football, even though you're physically away. Everybody went
back home to see their families and just relax and
get away from the game for a little but in
the back of everybody's mind, we knew we had still
had a job to do this coming week, especially with
the challenge and other AFC opponent, and you know, obviously

(01:40):
the history of the team being a super experienced team
and a great team overall that we're going against this week.
So it was hard to you know, fully enjoy time
away because we're like, we're itching to get back on
that field.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Yeah, he was cam bind them with the Colts.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
He's kind enough to join us something any more automotive
group potline. So we see the surface, right, we see
the loss. Last we can denver the five and five
mark and where this team is and the AFC West
right now, what do you guys see of this Chiefs
team that obviously playing against them, the average fan would
not see in this case, Cam.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Yeah, we see a super capable team of you know,
playing whatever type of ball that they want. They have
a quarterback that can do it all good especially from
the defensive standpoint. They have players across the board. Every
single receiver is capable of taking the game over obviously
a tight end. Really a complete team. And then their

(02:34):
record doesn't really show. But this is a really good team,
So we're not overlooking them at all, regardless of what
the record says. We know, we know this is an
experienced team. So they've seen it all, they've done it all,
so we have to go out there and be the
better team.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Hey, Kim, as a player, you know, I sit here
and talk about a team it's five and five, and
maybe they feel a little desperation. Is there a desperate
feel when when you know that maybe you're into a
must win situation type of motive? Is that a feeling
you have as a player actually on the field during
a game.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
N Me, personally, I think all that's just noise and
people say must win. Every single person in this league
goes into every single game as a must win. I
don't think anybody's going out there thinking that any week
is casual, because no week is. Every win in the
league is hard to get and every loss hurts no
matter who you play. No matter how you lose, if

(03:27):
you lose on a weekend, on a Sunday, or whenever
you play, ned never feels good. Every single week is
going to be a test. So no matter who you're playing,
no matter what your record is, every week and that's
just speaking as a competitor and just any football player
across the league, I'm sure everybody would agree with what
I'm saying that every week feels like a must win.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
I'm gonna see if you can back me up on this.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
I have must win situations before for the Colts in
a week number one, and people laugh at me, people
joke about me, people make.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Fun of me. But you would be in my corner
on that right.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
As far as must win, whenever you go out there, hey,
there are certain situations there is no doubt and if
it's week one, if it's Week twelve, whatever, you got
to get that job done exactly.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Every time you step on the field, it's a must win.
Nobody's like I said.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Nobody, there you go, there, you go say you got.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
To win every single week, week one preseason all that
must win.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
I can't buy them with the Colts are the anymore
automotive group hotline. The other thing I was thinking about
is I cannot wait to see this secondary at full strength,
because we're talking about you and Nick and Kenny and
you know, you know, obviously Sauce Gardner out there now
after that one game of Berlin with the Falcons in
mind a week before last, and then the return of Mooney,

(04:44):
what do you feel at full strength, this secondary that
you're a part of is capable of.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
I just think we can be the best in the league,
and I think that's what we're working for. Obviously, the
names carry weight, but at the end of the day,
if we don't go out there and show it every
single week, I know we're capable of and I know
I'm confident that each one of us can be the best,
and we come together as a full group. On the defense,
we can help the pass rush get there so they

(05:11):
can you know, get their sacks and them helping us
out to on the back end. I just think the
secondary will you know, drive the drive the bus for
the whole team and set the energy and if at
the end of the day, if teams can't pass them
on you, you win the game. So we feel like
the rest of the season is in our hands to
do our job and get every single you know, shut down,

(05:33):
every single pass pass game that we lug against.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
How was that first game? Was Sauce Gardner back there
with you guys?

Speaker 2 (05:40):
What defense?

Speaker 1 (05:41):
I know he is still acclimating to a lot of things,
and there are some things instinctual I'm sure he is
going with and other things that he was, you know,
still trying to learn when you guys were on Berlin.
But how was that and what was his effect of that?
Secondary from from what you thought?

Speaker 3 (05:55):
All right, it was exactly what I expected out of him,
be going there and learn. He learned it super fast
and he locked it, locked it down. He did his
job really well at a high level, and he was
able to come in there and put he put a
lot of work, and we did a bunch of extra
hours of watching film during the week. After every single
practice and every meeting, we stayed at least an hour

(06:15):
after just to make sure our communication is rolling and
that everything is perfect. Because he's he's a student of
the game. I don't know if a lot of people
know that, but and you know, most corners they just
focused on covering. He saw a guy him Mooney. The
rest of our secondary other corners in our room pride
themselves on being smart. So it was cool to be
able to have him there. That was a guy that's

(06:36):
eager to learn, and he learned the defense in less
than a week and that's hard to do. So just
the type of player that he is. It showed.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Is that the ultimate test cram right there too, I mean,
was he was basically cramming for a test, right?

Speaker 2 (06:51):
Was that the ultimate it is?

Speaker 3 (06:53):
Yeah? Yeah, that's probably a test times ten pr worse
than cool test. You have to say, go out there
in the NFL game and have to go Yeah, but
he showed he got an A on the test in
my opinion. So he went out there and and learned well,
and he made it easy for me playing safety next
to him, and tackled well. Almost had a pick six

(07:14):
ah that, So he did he did his thing, for sure.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
I'm thinking about me man cram up for a test
back in the day, but I didn't have to go
then do my test in front of everybody, those that
actually know, like are coaches, your coaching staff, and and
those colleagues, and then just a world for old dumbasses
that have no idea what they're talking about, like us
right here. I mean, you're judge camp. You're judged by
by everybody for that moment.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Yeah, put on All twenty two and then then let
us know what you would people think after that you
watch the film. I'll just watch be sure before highlight.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Oh my god, I know, And I feel so bad
every Monday when I come on here and I wonder
if I'm talking like twenty five percent accuracy or not.
So I'm gonna have to start checking with you on
that for sure. Just can't buy him on the Eddybo automotive.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
For it.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
As long as you watch All twenty two before any
any opinion who played, then we're good.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
You want.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
People tell me if I go back and watch the film,
I'd be more educated. I don't know if I'd be
more educated and more confused, to be honest with.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
You, maybe both, But at least you'll be able to
watch the whole game.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
Okay, Cam dude, I'm not the brightest bulb in the pack.
Either that's part of the problem right there, I think,
But I'll tell you why. I got a partner right
here with me from Heaven Hill Distillery. We do picks
every Thursday. Were at the Free Spirited Castleton here in
Indianapolis today. We normally do this. Brent Holferston has a
question for you can't bind them? Bring go ahead?

Speaker 4 (08:42):
Yeah, Hey, Cam, I appreciate you taking time to join
us here briefly today. First first thing I want to
say is congrats. Great game over in Berlin. That big
hit costs for a funnel is awesome. I did see
a little movie trailer that you were putting out kind
of recapping that Berlin experience out there looked pretty good.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
I saw this morning roll through on a reel.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Yeah fair, it was Yeah, just with ever recap of
the trip. It was fun just being able to travel
with the team.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
Absolutely.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
I wanted to ask you how has your transition been
to the Colts. How's it been so far coming from Minnesota?

Speaker 2 (09:17):
What you know?

Speaker 4 (09:18):
How's that transition going for you? I mean, looks like
you're tearing it up on the field. How do you
like Andy Man? How's things going?

Speaker 2 (09:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (09:24):
I love Indy so far, just the whole city everything.
You have, everything you need. You have nice suburbs where
you can go out and relax, then you go downtown.
It's still a really nice city, good food, so it
really has everything you need out here. And for me,
I'm a chill, homebody type of guy. So just being
able to be in a place where it's nice and
relaxed and not too much going on, I love it.

(09:45):
So I feel like home ever since I got here.
Was able to get a house and everything pretty quick,
so I didn't feel like I was swimming around trying
to find too much at once, but I just think
everything becoming teammates with new people. I was welcomed really
quick and just felt like I was family as soon
as that step in this building, and that helped the
transition more than anything, because that's, you know, the workplace,

(10:08):
that's where I'm spending most hours of my day. So
once I was able to get to know all the
people and learn people's names and not feel like the
new guy, that everything felt really really comfortable once I
was able to do that. So once I, you know,
I learned everybody's name, became friends, I was like, Okay,
this is home for me.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
That's awesome, man. Well, we're lucky to have you. We're
happy to have you here. I do have a personal
question for you, though, what is your favorite city or
stadium to play in, the outside of Lucas Oil of course,
and just in what you've played in in their interim
in the NFL, what's your favorite place to play?

Speaker 2 (10:44):
Oh? Wait, good question?

Speaker 3 (10:45):
Is it? Is it cheating if I say Minnesota just
couldn't sit?

Speaker 2 (10:48):
That's all good?

Speaker 1 (10:51):
I was thinking you might go with another NFC. He's
egining for lamb ball, right that's.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
Played there.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
I would say that because of the history there, but
I played there when it was cold and that I
got you someetheless, but I hate playing there. If we
play there November or later, it's the worst. It's the
worst place to play there.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
You go right on.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
I think I can say that's one of my favorite
places to play if it's in September October.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
I can buy anto that.

Speaker 1 (11:31):
I hear that here's my worst to watch.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
And I'm not.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Going yeah right, Ken, I'm not gonna put you in
this because you play there coming up on Sunday.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
But I absolutely hate Arrowhead with a passion. I had the.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
Most miserable experience there ever, back when the Culture were
in the postseason against them during the Andrew Luck era,
and everybody talked about how great it was and all
this is just and I thought that place was a
toilet and it sucked.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
But this is you.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
This is just me right here. I was not a
fan of that. So go out and whip a little
ass this weekend, just specifically for that alone.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
I had zero fun there.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
But yeah, you got you gotta.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
I knew because that was a horrible experience.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
I mean, you know, obviously things didn't go well back
then for the Colts. That was one thing, but it
just was not It wasn't any fun. And I know
that's supposed to be one of the pinnacles of places
to play, certainly in the NFL. What's been your experience
at Arrowhead of your past? How many times have you
played there?

Speaker 3 (12:31):
I played there one time my rookie year, preseason, and
it was like ninety degree, super humid. So that was
a tough game because yeah, I think it was the
last preseason game my rookie year, so I had to
play every snap special teams and defense, so I was
out there dying and it was hot. It was one
of those games. I was in survival mode as a rookie.

(12:53):
That's all. That's really all I remember from that game
and going out there and they played they played their
starters too, so it was like I wouldn't say welcome
to the NFL moment, but it felt like a real game.
And the crowd, you know, you hear about the Arrowhead
crowd and they were super loud in the preseason game.
So that was one of my first that's probably my
first cool NFL stadium experience because I was able to

(13:16):
go against mahomes of the rookie go against Tyreek there Kelsey, like,
you know, that team that was a symbol that was
winning all the Super Bowls. It's cool to be able
to go against them as a rookie and really be
able to test myself against that competition early in my career.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
Yeah, that's camp bond them right there.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
Hey, before I'll let you go, did you have time
to think about in your bye week or your next
celebration at all?

Speaker 2 (13:39):
On the fel course, of course you can't say, not
even a hint, hint.

Speaker 3 (13:45):
It's another yeah, nineties, nineties type of thing, so you
guys would know exactly what it is when you see it.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
You guys got something ninety TV show, Oh, nineties TV show.
You're gonna do something like Saved by the Bell for
us out there? Awesome. I'm thinking of fresh fresh print,
fresh Prince Air.

Speaker 5 (14:09):
I thought, I.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Thought, maybe you're going to do the electric slide or.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
Something like that out there with everybody, get them a
little line back action.

Speaker 3 (14:16):
It might have been done already. That's my thing. I
can't do anything that anybody's done. Mine has to be
original NFL content.

Speaker 1 (14:26):
Is there doc Is there documentation about what's been done?
Is there a history of celebrations that you have to
look at and go, well, hell, I can't do that now.

Speaker 3 (14:34):
You have to read things people suggest it's been done already,
so you have to be That's why I don't tell
people because somebody might steal it. Then I can't do it.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
I love it. I'll tell you this.

Speaker 1 (14:45):
We got to see this so big big playtime coming
up on Sunday, okay, because that's what we got to
see that.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
I thought, you know, i'd be I turned twenty one
of the nineties.

Speaker 1 (14:56):
I thought, maybe you could do do something of me
stumbling out of bar or something like that, like you
did a little little several little jelly leg try a
walk out of a bar or something like that right there.
But nah, that that's cool as hell. I had no
idea that you actually have. There's work behind those celebrations
that they make it serious.

Speaker 3 (15:18):
That helps us get more more celebrations and more turnovers
and more we think about it.

Speaker 1 (15:24):
Man, the thing you did was a week one. What's
the thing to do on your back? What was that
thing again where you're kind of bounced on your back?

Speaker 3 (15:32):
I don't know, I just I just thought it was funny.
So it was just like, it's like a breakdancing move
where you roll off your back and go sideways. It's
just something one of those things that's random. And that's
why I thought it was so funny. Nobody would expect that.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
Well, not only that, but like five percent of anybody
can do it for one exactly nobody.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
Else could do it in the league. So I'm like,
all right, at least I'll be unique.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
You're helming it up and got gear on and everything
like that. I can't I can't have that. Hey, we're
really happy that you're here.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
For one.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
I mentioned this all the time. I have a great
deal of fun. And I don't know if you've become
a Pacer fan or not. I know they're going through
kind of a transitional stage right now with their team.
But I thought, I feel about you the way I
felt when Obi topping. I mean it was you're like
an essential piece to what is a championship level type
of team. I mean just I think that, both on
and off the floor out of you and you have

(16:25):
the op you show that all the time, and man,
that's really appreciated I know by the fans around here,
both the work you do on the field and off
the field to embrace everybody.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
It's it's really cool, man.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
And not everybody does it, not everybody has the inclination
to do it, but you do it at a very
high level, and that's that's really cool.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
On people love it here.

Speaker 3 (16:44):
Yeah, that means a lot. That's to go. I just
want to be a light wherever I am, so I
appreciate you saying that. That is one of my goals
to you know, just impact people around me and play
at a high level. I think all that comes from,
you know, doing things right, ray haveing joy in everything
that I do.

Speaker 1 (17:00):
All Right, I'm gonna be looking for some kind of
Carlton dance or something like that.

Speaker 2 (17:04):
Maybe on Sunday. I don't know, something from the nineties. Ah,
I'm telling you I'm there. Hey man, thanks for hopping
on here.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
I appreciate that more than you know, especially doing this
live after practice. Uh, get back to doing what you're
doing and we'll check in sometime soon. Whenever you come
on man and just pop on. We'd love to have you.
I appreciate your time. Kennedy, Yeah, you got go get
in this weekend jam buying him right there, the Colts
on the Andy Moore Audimo.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
He is a super guy. Super I would go hang
out with him, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (17:35):
He would sit right here with us, right here, and
it's just got sharp. That's what I mentioned regarding Obie.
I think Obi can hang with anybody, and and I
have a great deal of admiration because I've always wanted
to be that too. I've always wanted to be able
to hang with anybody, you know, no matter what the crowd,
fit right in and it's fun as hell.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
And I've always tried to be that.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
And when you see that at folks that are at
that particular level, it is really cool and he's absolutely one.

Speaker 4 (18:06):
He is, and that's what makes it all about it,
Like you even just said, I mean, it brings just
that breath of fresh air.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
You get a guy like that.

Speaker 4 (18:11):
Yeah, like I say, his first year here too, and
and just getting the feel of things right. But he's
open arms, bring it on, you know. And that's love
to hear it, love to see it, love to hear that.
I think I got close to.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
The Carlton, but I thought that had been done, so
I didn't say that Carlton, but fresh Prince.

Speaker 4 (18:28):
I just I love that there's that much thought that
goes into it. Like he said, you're kind of pumped
up to make it happen, so you can all do
it because they spend a little bit of time. You
see him out there there, you know, all these teams
they got there, they got the dance down.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
Man. I love that.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
I do, there's no doubt about that. Hey, how are
we doing here today at the Free Spirit? Alan Miller's
going to join a little bit later on. We're good,
always good to be back here at the Free Spirit.

Speaker 4 (18:49):
I saw dub and Nally and Miller up there earlier,
so they ought to be joined us here shortly.

Speaker 2 (18:53):
But great, great spot here.

Speaker 4 (18:55):
I mean this is you know, we were fortunate to
do at least a show here every year, and it's
good to be back here again this year. Make again,
great great staff, great food, great drinks. And uh, speaking
of drinks, we've got some samples flowing.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
We do a lot, a lot of samples, so people
come on by and join us because the samples are flowing,
you know. And getting back to Cambinam, I love it
because I mean he just he fits right in. You
jumped right in. He jumped right in conversationally. Man, that's
I love that yet. And then that is that's a
personality that everybody needs. You need a little infusion of

(19:29):
different personalities, absolutely right, John, and he has it.

Speaker 2 (19:32):
It sounds like it altogether. You got that.

Speaker 1 (19:34):
There's Brent Halverson. I'm jamb We've got samples flowing. That
was Cambinam the podcast at one oh seven five thefan
dot Com. We appreciate Matt conteing the Colts for putting
him on the show today. A lot of stuff there
for you if you missed any of it too. Otherwise,
besides Brent Halverson's great friend Kevin Todd at five for you,
guys have become really tight. You and Kevin Todd. Kevin

(19:55):
Todd loves you. Kevin Todd actually likes you more than
he does me.

Speaker 4 (19:58):
Oh man, Kevin's such a good new anxiety what he's got.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
Going on today.

Speaker 1 (20:02):
I'm thirty for Kevin Todd Mike Chapel at five, but
otherwise it's all of us at two.

Speaker 2 (20:07):
Three nine ten seventy. Uh.

Speaker 1 (20:10):
The email address is jmvia one oh seven five. Thefan
dot com be text line is open at three one
seven nine ten seventy. I should remind you we have
Motley Crup tickets to give away. I should remind you
we have weird Al tickets to give away. Also, Bullseye
pre game party for the Big ten Championship game coming
up on December the sixth, We have passes for.

Speaker 2 (20:32):
That a little bit later on for you as well,
that you can win.

Speaker 1 (20:36):
And we've got Pacers last night speaking of winning second
win of the season over the Hornets, but everybody is
concentrating on the scoreboard and the scoreboard of Isaiah Jackson,
what he is doing and what Miles has yet to
do in Milwaukee. We'll get into that. I you at
home later on tonight. Perdue in the Bahamas versus Memphis

(20:57):
later on tonight.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
So hey, don't go anywhere.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
We are loaded, including our picks coming up at the
four o'clock gall where that is Corbin back in the studio.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
I've got Brandon and Alicia.

Speaker 1 (21:09):
Brandon is brand new to this program, so we're gonna
blame everything that goes wrong on Brandon.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
Thanks Brandon. Alicia is here as well.

Speaker 1 (21:16):
Dev's the onside engineer. Let's go ahead and get this started.
The free samples flowing. We got a larsity Bourbon locks lunas.
Don't have to keep the shots. Week twelve selections coming
up here at the top of the hour. Don't go anywhere.
Stream the app bas D Radio Triple A Membership Lounge

(21:40):
Corbyn is back in the studio. We are at a
Free Spirit Castleton's our location right there. Corbin's bringing the
thunder on the re entry tunes right here, Brandon. You
can tell Brandon looks like the teacher in Beavis and
Buddhead over there, you guys, I can't get that out
of my mind. I want to say, okay, you but

(22:00):
head Brandon's cool though. Alicia's here too. We got stuff
to give away. We have largitebourbon locks, Luna's tequila shots gear,
We've got dev of the on site engineer and cam
bydom of the Colts, which just outstanding if you missed
any of that the podcast at one O seven five
thefan dot com. We're also doing a toy drive. Do
you guys have toy drives?

Speaker 2 (22:21):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (22:21):
I know, I see Derek can be to do or
in the house right here too. Yes, I'm sorry, Well
he's rocking the sheet. Just had surgery and he's rocking
the shirt. Hey, go out and buy some toys and
stuff by box right there. Would you get you toys?
We are doing the toy drive that's going on right
now too, and the box is here. If you have
any toys, drop them in there. We would love to

(22:44):
fill that bad boy up for those that need a
tier at the Free Spirits in Castleton.

Speaker 2 (22:51):
There's Brent Holver some looking at week twelve.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
So I'm curious your thoughts on the Colts in Kansas
City to Camp Bonham and after Cam bind them.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
Well, curiosity, I will say it kind of crossed my mind.
I like his I like a swagger, you know. I
think he's got swaggert And we were just talking.

Speaker 4 (23:12):
I think off break a little bit, but just what
he is, you know, the celebrating and building up to that,
and that really makes him go after it. That's awesome, man.
I mean that gives a little extra flare here. His
first game ever was a preseason game as a rookie.
He gets a chance to go back there now and
he's gonna go full fledge again.

Speaker 2 (23:29):
So it's going to be interesting. Uh. You know again
that that the toilet bowl that you speak of out
and every second of it it is a It is
a loud place to hay though.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
It is loud, you know, and it's gonna be a
little chilly there, so you know, it didn't sound like
Cam was a big fan of the the weather elements.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
A boy he's from California. Yeah, I don't think he
digs on the Lambeau cold well, and it's gonna probably be.
I mean I would look up some weather and just
a little update there for him.

Speaker 4 (23:54):
But you know, I think it'll be a it's a
true test, right, I mean, we know they're going in
different directions. Cults are sitting Daton two and five and
five for the Chiefs, and the Chiefs of you know,
they just haven't lived up to what has been become
accustomed to is being the Chiefs and always being up top.
So I think it'll be interesting, but I think it's
going to be a big tough task.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
Well there's no question about that. I think that most
of the football world. Brent kind of views that right
now as a are you guys for real?

Speaker 2 (24:22):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (24:23):
Absolutely, My here's the outcome of this game kind of
hinges on whether or not we And that's why I
mentioned to him, I said, you know, knuckleheads like mirror
and to go, well, you know.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
You're for real or maybe you're not.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
I did love to hear what he had to say
about the secondary because with a healthy sharvarious ward back there,
I get fired up about what can be with another
week's work of work for Sauce Gardner. I'm excited for
what can be against the Chiefs. I think I'm more

(24:53):
excited than anything else. A the things that have really
broken the Colts, even though they won and Lynn has
been quarterback pressure on the offensive line and decision making
Daniel Jones, lack of ball security. I don't know how
much of an issue. I'll say this, If that is
a tremendous issue, there's no.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
Way they went on Sunday.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
It can be an issue for a team that simply put,
just does not consistently at all get after the quarterback
like Kansas City and their defense does not.

Speaker 2 (25:22):
So I would look at it there first.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
But the ultimate weapon is the MVP, and that's Jonathan Taylor.
For a team that is going to be able to
play off the run in the style that.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
We expect, that may end up being as it should be.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
If you're the MVP in that conversation, near that conversation,
or if you're the front runner right now like Jonathan
Taylor should be, that is the talk that should be happening.
Is Jonathan Taylor, like he did versus the Falcons in Berlin,
going to be able to ultimately will you with his
performance to win in a tough environment against the team

(26:02):
that's simply put, that's not how the Colts are looking
at it. But simply put, the Chiefs just aren't what
the Chiefs used to be. So good, so I have
Patrick Mahomes, but not what they used to be. At
least they haven't shown it yet.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
Yeah, you're right. And I you know, the Chiefs said
they got a lot of weapons though.

Speaker 4 (26:17):
And you know Rushie Rice, I think he's one of
the best that's out on the field these days. You know,
Kelsey's definitely shown some signs of age, but he's still
Travis Kelsey still got those hands.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
It's he'd put up some numbers. He's putting up some numbers.
He is, you know.

Speaker 4 (26:29):
But the running game is where they lack. And that's
the that's the strength of the Colts right now. And
it's and I say the strength of the Colts. I mean,
Danny Dimes just look great to you. So they're kind
of well rounded. But I think that running game, if
they can kind of contend and get to Cam and
Sauce and really contain those receivers, and this could be
a great ball game. I mean, it really could. I'm
looking forward to watching. I think it's gonna be one

(26:50):
of the best on the board.

Speaker 1 (26:52):
Last night, Pacers get their second win of the season.
I just get this. And Matherin had a double double.
Twenty four and twelve I think was the number for
Bennigmatheram and Jake and I were having this conversation during
the Love heating and the air crossover back at the
top of the hour.

Speaker 2 (27:08):
This was just ask of me from Jake Riley JMV.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
Do you think the matherm proved of the Pacers with
his absences value to the team And as a result,
do you think that makes sense to sign him to
an extension for a long term if he continues to
play the way that he is playing Love the show again.
That's Jake Riley. Honestly, you see him as a guy

(27:31):
that never stops and I'm talking about working on his
game and you want those dudes that are how should
I put this ceilingless? And I don't care if he's
never going to be Kobe Bryant. I don't care if
he's never going to be an elite level player. He's
going to keep going after it like he ultimately can be.

(27:56):
You need that And I have zero idea what would
compel any buddy not to want to have him a
part of this team. I think that would be such
a major mistake. I think as he grows, I think
he can conform. I think as he grows and Tyrese
Haliburton comes back that Tyrese Haliburton can make him even better.

(28:20):
I just think right now, you see a guy that
really is in the present for the Pacers with the
injuries and the.

Speaker 2 (28:26):
Guys that are out.

Speaker 1 (28:27):
I mean, he is perfect because that's really what Pascal
Siakim has been forced to do. Yeah, the ball sticks,
the ball stays because these guys are having to create
on their own.

Speaker 2 (28:39):
He doesn't have a problem with that.

Speaker 1 (28:41):
But I think it's way too damn over blown to
believe that he can't be a part of a team
in the fashion in which a lot of people don't
believe him to be. I think it would be a
major mistake. In fact, I'm more worried about this, Jake.
I'm more worried about what happens if he gets so
good he becomes how they view too expensive?

Speaker 2 (29:04):
Can he become too expensive?

Speaker 1 (29:07):
You know, considering what he has to do in games
right now to be the guy, what he has done
when he has been healthy, is that going to make
him way too valuable on a market, you know, way
too monetarily expensive for the Pacers to want to try
to I mean, is there a threshold for them?

Speaker 2 (29:30):
I don't know there's any way.

Speaker 1 (29:31):
The last thing I want is to see him kicking
ass and taking names somewhere else. I mean, it's one thing,
and everybody's going to love to hate Miles where Miles
is right now. But the last thing you want to
see is this guy. And also, I would tell you
that he has a personality unlike the Pacers, of which

(29:54):
is necessary. And nobody's soft in this I'm not saying
that at all, but he is. It's hardcore basketball. You
can't tell if they win or they lose. He's got
the same demeanor and he is hardcore. He has talented hardcore.
You don't let dudes like that bail. You keep guys

(30:17):
like that. I mean the last thing that you want
right now too, when you think about that, I mean
you have Neimhart, and Nimhart has proven himself.

Speaker 2 (30:25):
He's going to be a part of the equation.

Speaker 1 (30:27):
But when you think about it, we're all questioning Walker
and Shepherd, are we not? Even after games last night,
we still questioned Walker and Shepherd. I think greatly a
long term with this team, you don't want to have
to question another. I mean, you're talking about four dudes
right here. You know in drafts you don't want to
be three of the four, you know, not here, not
a part of it, not being a part of the

(30:48):
plan for the future. I think Matherin is way too valuable,
and I think at times you want to believe in
what you have heard about.

Speaker 2 (30:55):
Him of the past, and I just buy that. And
I think it's probably.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
Too strong for me to say he can conform, because
I don't think a true score and a go to guy,
and as people have said and suggested accurately that he's
a dog, I don't think he.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Has to conform.

Speaker 1 (31:14):
I think he wants to be a part of a
winning team, and if you want a winning team, you
make sure that guy is. I don't know what else
he's going to have to prove to you, because honestly,
you're not going to see what you guys want to
see without Tyrese Hallibert this year. Hopefully there's enough evidence
there there is to me, so, Jake, that's how I

(31:35):
feel about it.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
I feel very strongly about it.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
Last night with Miles Turner and the Isaiah Jackson comparison
on double doubles this year, whoever put that up there
is probably going to have their ass and a sling
considering a Steve Simon responded to Bob Kravitz's message on
X about it being weak. Sure it's weak, and the

(31:59):
organization and game day operations. You do have to be
above that. Nobody's soft in this. Nobody can't take a joke.
We all know how everybody feels.

Speaker 2 (32:13):
Now.

Speaker 1 (32:13):
The reason why Miles isn't here is because he got
soft tossed monetarily. So he bailed for the cash and
he got an embrace and of love from Milwaukee, and
he said all the ridiculously wrong things on his exit,
I mean, just stupid stuff. He needed coach up like crazy,
and he didn't get that.

Speaker 2 (32:34):
I said this to Jake a little bit earlier.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
You know, ultimately, Miles, you guys are gonna get to
point your finger and smile and go, hey, you made
the wrong decision, because when when Jannis leaves, that thing
is going to be a complete mess. And believe me,
he's got this year and that's who I guarantee you
that's going to be it. And then Miles is going
to be stuck with some combination or whoever they trade with.

(32:56):
I mentioned this earlier, like Kral Anthony Towns and you know,
whomever you throw in for the Knicks to make contracts,
meet up or whatever.

Speaker 2 (33:03):
But this is gonna be like one year.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
And he is still not going to be what they
expect when they went this far with him. He's still
going to put up them numbers like he put up here,
but he's not going to be effective there like he
was here because there's no Tyreese Halliburton there. Face it,
he was effective here because of Tyrese Halliburton.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
That was it.

Speaker 1 (33:25):
Tyrese Haliburton made his career. There's nothing wrong with that.
But it's true, made his career, and now everybody around
here has but hurt about it. He's butd hurt about it.
And believe me, I'm all in on a good tit
for tat, but organizationally speaking or game day operations, you
probably shouldn't do that. And I would agree as much

(33:47):
as Steve Simon, for example, thought that was weak, and
I'm assuming both Kevin Pritchard and Shad mu Kennan probably
felt that was weak. Tyree Alliburton probably was digging it, right,
He's probably digging in a little bit. Some of those
former teammates were probably digging it. Frankly, I don't care,
but I can just tell you that organizationally speaking, and

(34:09):
game day operations normally are viewed differently. That's just not
like you and I out there being jackasses on the
internet and we can do that. We're allowed to do that,
all right, It's okay. You know there are no repercussions
for us. Well, I mean, I guess there is for me.
For some of you anonymous jackasses, there's not. But there
are repercussions and they're going to be repercussions here because

(34:32):
there's zero way organizationally they were digging that. And you
could tell by Steve Simon and his response to Bob
Kravitz so silly. But I will say this, I could
play both ends of it. I can get down with
the tit for tat, but the tit for tat is
a very close, very close cousin in this case, Brent

(34:52):
tit for tet to grudge. So I'm right there in
the category of grudge holding tit for tatter. This is
that's part of my repertoire right there at place. And
I'm good at that right there, tit for tat and
uh grudge holder. So that's kind of the way that
it is, and that's the way you should look at it.

Speaker 2 (35:11):
It'll go away in a minute.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
But yeah, I'm assuming that somebody is probably getting a
stern talking to about that for Pacer game day operations.

Speaker 4 (35:22):
Yeah, guessing, well, like say it's a tit for tat
if you will and uh, you didn't go now.

Speaker 2 (35:27):
You got me. If you're us, you can do that.

Speaker 1 (35:29):
You can get away with it, right, I mean I
can get I say all kinds of stupid stuff right here.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
You can get away with it. Well, that's what it's
all about. Yeah there.

Speaker 1 (35:36):
I mean if I were to say, hey, that's a
bunch of jack assery on the begin and they're not
gonna like that.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
So I'm assuming that organizationally much like it.

Speaker 1 (35:44):
Especially when a part of ownership says, hey, that's weak,
then you know that's going to be edgeton stone. So
that's not something you could say.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
Well, was a joke.

Speaker 1 (35:54):
It was hilarious, So I thought it was funny. It
doesn't matter what you or I think it's funny. It's
gonna matter when the owner or part of the ownership
when they don't think that's funny. Brent, what we got
top of the hour here, buddy, Top.

Speaker 2 (36:06):
Of the hour.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
We're gonna have mister Ally, mister Miller, join us for
a week twelve picks, and we've got a very interesting board.

Speaker 2 (36:13):
Three big games stand out to me, John.

Speaker 4 (36:14):
That Pittsburgh Chicago game is gonna be pretty big, but
the Colts Chiefs I think is gonna be the one
we really talk about. And that Eagles Cowboys game I
think is gonna be interesting one too. So there's some
great games out there. We'll go through at top of
the hour and see what the Ryans have to say
about things.

Speaker 2 (36:28):
All right, we'll come back with how we do. Let's do.

Speaker 1 (36:32):
Let me to the last week. Hey, we're at the

Speaker 1 (38:34):
We'll be the to kick off the following week.

Speaker 4 (38:37):
We got a new special spot. We'll be going down
to oh and a.

Speaker 2 (38:41):
New special spot. Yeah, I like the new special spot.
Fourth will be the next Thursday.

Speaker 1 (38:47):
And should we go ahead and say it, And since
we've got a little health from there back next Thursday,
celebrate your family, watch football and drink a lot of
Heaven Hell products.

Speaker 4 (38:55):
We'd love you for that. Enjoy the day. It's a
big family day. But the following Thursday, I believe that's
the same number. Fourth, we will be down at the
Garage Pub in Columbus, Indiana.

Speaker 2 (39:04):
What we're going to Columb' the state now I love it.
Bartholomew County. Here we come. That's right now. Where's the
garage and Columbus exactly?

Speaker 4 (39:17):
It's right downtown kind of across, uh until we're well, yeah,
it's right down there.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
It's I'm gonna say four speed. I can't even think
of that's it? Or not pretty sure it is.

Speaker 1 (39:25):
I might have stopped by Thompson Furniture and talk to
my man Spencer and get a new couch and allow
share or something.

Speaker 2 (39:31):
Look at that a little shot down there. You probably
hit good Will on the way.

Speaker 1 (39:34):
Oh, I love I've been thinking a nice good Will
down there, a bouth all of you County. Oh, I
guarantee you. I'm good Willed up right now too. My
whole wardrobe is like good Will. I'm so proud of that.
I love it.

Speaker 2 (39:45):
Look how Texas Medium is on me right now.

Speaker 1 (39:48):
Good Will has no idea the douche they've turned me
into right here, but I absolutely love it. Hey, Ryan
Miller is a part of this group right here. Now,
let's hippy up and over there with Tommy s which
is outstanding.

Speaker 2 (40:00):
Good to see. I fell us. What's sorry? I had
to talk to Tommy?

Speaker 5 (40:04):
Yes, I love to about a couple of things, more
importantly as vikings about what they did to me last
weekend a little bit. But we'll try it. We'll try
to get it back this weekend.

Speaker 2 (40:15):
I think you should. We will your Laurel called me
on Saturday night.

Speaker 5 (40:19):
Did we were We were having a little we were
having a little backyard party.

Speaker 2 (40:22):
My phones were down, buddy, I know, I know three
and a half.

Speaker 5 (40:25):
Hours you heard the shout outs man and I I,
I was like, I can't understand. But then I was,
I started, we started. I was with Laurel, the inebriation
that I was.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
She is pretty deep in the Luna's Old tequila at
that point in time, probably right.

Speaker 5 (40:43):
I think she had maybe a quarter of bottle of
Oh My, and I was. Then I was on Elijah
Craig and we were mumbling. By nine o'clock, sure, just
was it was. But it was a beautiful night, and
you know, and.

Speaker 2 (40:57):
Then Ryan Miller went to the m CL went to
bed at nine o'clock. Heavens no.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
Last Sunday, Yeah, last Nday Sunday before that, he didn't shave.

Speaker 6 (41:08):
I mean, looks at the patches in his beard. I
don't even realize it's rowing anymore. I don't. I don't
look in the mirror. So your responsibility. Hey, the packers
drive me nuts. Yeah, they drive me nuts. To this
year started off hot and they just not looked good.

Speaker 2 (41:21):
But is Jordan love? He is?

Speaker 4 (41:24):
The play calling has been very suspect this year and
I really play calling, Matt.

Speaker 2 (41:30):
Yeah, we are we.

Speaker 6 (41:33):
About time to run run pass punt strategy. Yeah, it's just,
you know, that's a lot of punny.

Speaker 2 (41:40):
They're onto everybody's onto it too. They know are playing.
They figured it out. Yeah, they're like they're calling right,
they're running. Yeah, that's frustrating. You guys kind of suck.
I think you got a little. I can't.

Speaker 1 (41:50):
Yeah, I can't stand to play him any I mean,
hick them. You have no idea where you'll get him. Yeah,
don't bet him right now. They don't bet.

Speaker 2 (41:59):
Sens is holding him to under. We don't have that
ability to not bet. We're going to we have to.
We got a bet.

Speaker 6 (42:06):
Well, the one bet I did have was uh craft
and that's gone.

Speaker 1 (42:12):
Yeah, Hey what he's done. Though they didn't they won
last week. They did, and they didn't lose against the spread,
but they didn't win against the spread.

Speaker 2 (42:20):
They pushed minus seven was a push.

Speaker 1 (42:22):
Last Yeah, the match box twenty of bets right there.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
Push.

Speaker 6 (42:25):
We appreciate the giants. We didn't actually have to wait
until we were losing by ten in the yes Quorter
like most of the league, right, we didn't get into
that scenario.

Speaker 1 (42:35):
You guys, You guys want to do some picks coming
up here next? Yeah, Nally Miller sit tight and Brent's
gonna be here to Free Spirit. We'd love to see

Right now, Hey, are week twelve picks coming at your

seven five the fan. Look here, Corbyn's in the house

Speaker 2 (43:26):
New to the show. He's over there. We need some toys.

Speaker 1 (43:30):
Anybody got in g I Joe's any Star Wars guys,
anybody got the Death Star of the Millennium Falcon.

Speaker 2 (43:35):
I got all some of your famous toys back in
the day. You got them all Man, all the Star Wars,
you got the at A t Walker. I got them
all g I Joe stuff too.

Speaker 4 (43:43):
Yeah, but Star Wars was my big thing, and I
got all the figures, they all of the case.

Speaker 2 (43:47):
And what toys you guys play with back then? I
mean that was I mean Star Wars and g I
Joe ged Joe. I was a big j Jo kid. ThunderCats, ThunderCats, silence.

Speaker 1 (43:59):
There was what was the dude that you could see
his inerns, that he had the clear chest and you
could see his inerns and he had no wiener? What
was that? You could see his you could see his insides,
but what No, it was like a doll and it
was clearer, and you could throw his chest and you
could see the No.

Speaker 2 (44:19):
Just a dude. In general, your parents are weird.

Speaker 1 (44:21):
Didn't get it, but well, it wasn't really it wasn't
anatomically correct because he didn't have a wiener?

Speaker 2 (44:30):
Was it the six dollars? Somebody tell me what happened?
And that was that was a real Yeah? I know
that was a real toy. Did you talk to anybody
about this before today? Or you just throw it was
a toy? Sure? I mean we had some weird ass
toys back.

Speaker 5 (44:49):
The Stretch Armstrong was weird all years we have been,
all the years we've been on this radio. Yeah, and
then you've looked at me like, yeah, said down, don't
this is?

Speaker 6 (45:00):
This is well I have personally, I really enjoyed my
Stretcher arm Strong. I thought that was a very cool toy,
and now as you look back in history, that's an
extremely cool toy. However, as many times I've talked about
the streks Stretch Armstrong, I have never had to mention
to anyone he didn't have a wiener?

Speaker 2 (45:17):
Why is that make him correct? Why that?

Speaker 1 (45:26):
I was just curious, had you ever cut these stretched
Armstrong open to see what's inside?

Speaker 2 (45:30):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (45:31):
Yeah, I was big.

Speaker 2 (45:37):
This might be the last I was curious.

Speaker 1 (45:42):
I was big during the Star Wars era so I
had all the Star Wars. Yeah, and I remember how
hard it was initially to find the Jaha. Remember the Jawa,
and they made two different ones, one without the cloak
and one with the cloak.

Speaker 2 (45:57):
Does that make me a nerd?

Speaker 1 (46:01):
You did mention the at a though, Hell yeah, that
was the that was I had that. I had the
Death Star. Like, the Death Star looked exactly like.

Speaker 2 (46:12):
The apartment I wanted to live in when I grew up.
But it was like, that'd be a great looking apartment.
And then have the half I hope you grew up.
I hope you grew up on the top.

Speaker 1 (46:21):
And then it had a trash compactor below and had
like the trap door and an elevator.

Speaker 2 (46:26):
I thought, man, that'd be a great apartment. What not?
We're different eras you guys. Ready week twelve picks.

Speaker 1 (46:34):
By the way, free spirit Brent Hall versus our location
in Castle Guys, what are we doing besides giving? We
want people to bring toys? Yeah, bring some toys for
this time of year. Yeah for those toys. We got
some samples. We can help holidays, spread the holiday cheers.
So bring some toys out for the kids.

Speaker 4 (46:48):
Uh, come join us here, A great great place and
it's awesome to be back here guys. Awesome staff, awesome drinks,
awesome food, and a great place to see music.

Speaker 2 (46:57):
Yeah, we'll talk a little.

Speaker 4 (46:58):
Bit later about what's coming up here for spirit going on.
But hey, real quick, let's go back last week. We
had a great week at the Upstairs Pub.

Speaker 2 (47:04):
A little bit to yes. Uh so you went eight
six and one, ass, so we did have a push.
That Packer Giants game was a push. So you were
eight six and one. I went nine to five and one. Uh.

Speaker 4 (47:13):
Matt went eight six and one, Mike seven to seven
and one, and Jake the uh they brought him in
for relief. He went six to eight and one, so
he was alone on the toll little totem poll. But
a great time last week at Upstairs Pub. And uh,
like we just mentioned earlier, off next Thursday for Thanksgiving
following weekend, we will be at the Garage pupp and
Girl and that is on four Street in.

Speaker 1 (47:33):
Columbus, Columbus, Indiana, coming up the week after this too.

Speaker 2 (47:37):
And we had a great time on cur Quart at
the Upstairs. That was fun, man, that was fun.

Speaker 1 (47:41):
We have to see a lot of your old school
friends and my high school friends came out Don fish
Er Tom Fisher talking him boss appearance.

Speaker 2 (47:48):
That was crazy. It was a good time fellas. You
guys ready to Miller and I were gonna make it.

Speaker 5 (47:53):
But we were trying to figure out our cloaks and cloak,
cloak or unclothing, it's true, man, quote or uncloaked.

Speaker 2 (48:02):
Right there? Did you have Boba Fett?

Speaker 1 (48:04):
Remember Slave One was Bubba Fett's ship Slave one.

Speaker 2 (48:10):
And it kind of flew like it was weird, flying
like this right here.

Speaker 1 (48:14):
And then tie Fighter had that little ejector thing where
it was like wings for the fall off.

Speaker 2 (48:18):
I do remember that.

Speaker 1 (48:19):
And then they had Dawth Vader's tie Fighter which had
tilted wings and not the straight up wings.

Speaker 2 (48:24):
It looks like a tie any other not of you
guys right here knowledge full?

Speaker 1 (48:32):
Yes, Hey, hold on a second, I just got mister Goodbody.
Look up, mister Goodbody. That's what I'm talking. That's the
toy with the innerds and it shows you everything on
the in the interior of the chest of a male
and then.

Speaker 2 (48:46):
You go below and you go, hey, where did you
the music? Bob?

Speaker 1 (48:50):
Yeah, mister body, Corbin, you're ready, let's go in and
hear the band here weeked. I'm telling you Week twelve
largely barbin locks. Lunas don't have to kill a shot.
Does it really started in Houston later on tonight?

Speaker 2 (49:04):
Is that true? It does?

Speaker 1 (49:06):
Men? The Bills notoriously have struggled in covering this year
five and a half point favorites on the road. They've
got to get things going, and get things going right now, Brent.
So I'm all going and lay the five and a
half and give me the Bills. I'm apprehensive. I don't
trust them, but you have to. That's weird right there.

Speaker 2 (49:25):
Yeah, you know that was only.

Speaker 1 (49:26):
Like Captain Kangaroo. Guys, I've never having on this show.
The Bills are sitting at five and five against the spread,
so they're fifty to fifty percent covering that spread. I
think they go after and get it tonight. It's still
start off Thursday night.

Speaker 2 (49:38):
I made too much about it, the fifty to fifty
five and.

Speaker 4 (49:41):
Five against the number, So you know, hey, I like
it too. I think they're gonna go into Houston. Houston's
banged up, still know, CJ. Strowd, You're gonna get a
little bit more, Davis. I'm gonna go ahead and take
Buffalo twenty four seventeen. They cover that five and a half.

Speaker 2 (49:53):
Give me the Bills, Mills, Bills, Miller's Yeah.

Speaker 6 (49:56):
I think they finally came through last week. They've been
struggling a bit. Obviously, that Dolphins game screwed them up,
but they came back against that Buccaneers team.

Speaker 2 (50:05):
I think they're gonna ride it through. I think I'll
take the Bills, all right, Guys, Ravens.

Speaker 1 (50:08):
Gotta get on a run here, make up some lost
ground earlier this season with Lamar Jackson, their quarterback being injured.
Thirteen and a half point favorites at home versus the Jets.
The Jets are an absolute disaster, per usual, big fat
number to lay, but I'm gonna do it right here
because I can't trust the Jets to cover that whatsoever.

Speaker 2 (50:26):
Led the thirteen and a.

Speaker 1 (50:26):
Half can be Baltimore at home because they got to
get things going and get things going in a big.

Speaker 2 (50:31):
Urry brand they really do.

Speaker 4 (50:32):
And that division is the worst division in the NFL
right now, so it's really anybody's game. I think Baltimore again,
that's a big fat number, but it is the Jets,
right so I'm gonna take Baltimore lay that thirteen and
a half. May it close to thirty four to twenty
they covered by that hook?

Speaker 2 (50:46):
Yes, sir, Now.

Speaker 5 (50:47):
We's got's stay with the Dogs on this one. I'm
taking the Jets and the points.

Speaker 2 (50:51):
Miller.

Speaker 6 (50:51):
Yeah, as much as I man, I can never take
the Jets or anything, I'll take them with that thirteen
and a half points because Baltimore is just not getting
it done.

Speaker 1 (50:59):
Great player, there a lot of largity bar but Loxlin
is old to keep a shot.

Speaker 2 (51:02):
So the Bears are two and a half point favorites
at home.

Speaker 1 (51:05):
It sold the field against Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh, Man, one week
they're on, the next week they're off. Aaron Rodgers is over,
there's no doubt about it. But kinda kind of realize
that this is all on him right now. I'm gonna
go ahead and take that two and a half and
give me Pittsburgh on the road against the Bears, Brent, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (51:24):
It's gonna be interesting.

Speaker 4 (51:25):
Rodgers has that little slight fracture in the left wrist. Again,
that's not his throwing hands, so that's not gonna do anything.
Rogers does own the Chicago Bears. I don't think they
get it done though. The Bears, they're looking good. They've
won three straight. Ben Johnson's gonna play in a whole
different set of ball right now, so they're sitting on
top of the NFC. I'm gonna say. I'm gonna say
the Bears go ahead and get this win. Twenty four

(51:46):
to twenty Bears cover.

Speaker 2 (51:47):
What do you got now?

Speaker 5 (51:48):
I personally don't think that Rogers plays. He is a soldier.
He is good. I think it's gonna be too much
with that wrist injury.

Speaker 2 (51:56):
Yeah, he's got fractured left.

Speaker 5 (51:58):
I think that he said it's uh, he didn't practice today.
Bears Bears. I hate saying that.

Speaker 2 (52:05):
Bears keep coming through at the end of games.

Speaker 6 (52:07):
I don't think they're going to dominate this one, but
I think they're just gonna get the job done. And
I hate to say that the Bears keep doing it,
but they do. And I had it as due.

Speaker 2 (52:16):
Here goes to Bears.

Speaker 1 (52:17):
I hope we're wrong and I hope you're right because
about look at the year long numbers. I've been right.

Speaker 3 (52:25):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (52:26):
I love it.

Speaker 4 (52:27):
Mony money is actually on Pittsburgh too. That number was
at three, it's down two and a half. Takes a
lot to move it off that three big three numbers,
so you could be onto something, mellow, Do you have
something to add there?

Speaker 2 (52:36):
No, no, No, you're good. Cool.

Speaker 6 (52:40):
Well, I was curious about, like, actually where the numbers
were for the year and percentages?

Speaker 2 (52:44):
Oh yes, everybody else isn't that's all you ever.

Speaker 6 (52:47):
Track, like the actual like locks when you give me, Yeah,
I was.

Speaker 2 (52:50):
I was locked on cold.

Speaker 4 (52:51):
I haven't atturningy larcening locks and neither one of us
have you haven't done any all year?

Speaker 1 (52:55):
A friend, winners, I've just been in cop just said
I'm taking everybody money right here, Mellow, I don't have
all that.

Speaker 2 (53:01):
Yeah, you're not seventeen he's seventeen games ago.

Speaker 1 (53:07):
Hey man, I'm making everybody money largely barbart Lox Lunas
Wilt keep the shots. In Week twelve, Free Spirit guys
are here. Patriots seven point favorites on the road in Cincinnati.
Got have a big number for the Patriots to do.
And Drake may has been fantastic this year, but maybe
a little bit of steam last week. However, I'll lay
that number. Give me the Patriots on the road as

(53:27):
the favorite in the Queen City. Brent Yeah, this was
questionable here because we've got a little Joe Burrow. He's
practicing now, Joe Burrow. I don't think he does either,
but it's still out.

Speaker 2 (53:38):
There to be announced.

Speaker 4 (53:39):
He's been in practice, yeah, but he's been back and
this is well advanced. He has always been announced that
he was really shooting for Thanksgiving, which is next week.

Speaker 2 (53:46):
But who knows? Did Joe do anything wrong?

Speaker 1 (53:48):
I will tell you though that well, Floka's a little
bit injury. He's banged up too, and he's eighty four.
He is eighty four, so that doesn't come into play
a little bit. Could play Sunday, could play Sunday.

Speaker 2 (54:01):
It's out there. And that number went from eight and
a half to seven.

Speaker 4 (54:03):
So there's a bunch of money on Cincinnati usually tells
you those wise guys know a little bit more of
what's getting ready to happen. This is a big game.
I'm gonna go. I mean, I've been I'm torn on this.
It really comes down to who he is playing, right.
You know, we don't have no Jamar Chase for spitting,
which is an absolute idiot. I'm gonna take the Bengals
plus the seven here, though, give me Cincinnati Bengals plus

(54:24):
the seven.

Speaker 2 (54:25):
Brent Holverson is torn. He is torn on this one.
So I'm gonna take the home home dog. Now.

Speaker 5 (54:32):
I hate the Patriots more than my old hound dog
that pete all over everything. But I'm taking the paths
on your stuff everywhere.

Speaker 2 (54:40):
Did she on your car? Is the worst? Which one Chesney? Yeah?
The peer hat?

Speaker 1 (54:48):
You ain't not the mother hound o p and all
the time? No what you got?

Speaker 6 (54:53):
I think without Jamar Chase, I mean I Brent Holverson,
you jumped in on our bets on that Jamar Chase
catch your pass for a couple of weeks of the
year was just absolutely outstanding money. I think without him, man,
that's all done. Pats have been playing great football. I
think Pats get this done.

Speaker 2 (55:09):
All right.

Speaker 1 (55:10):
Lions ten and a half point favorites Ford Field versus
the Giants. Laid the ten and a half. I'm taking
big numbers right here. This could be a swing week
for me. Not to make anybody any money, but I'm
on lead to ten and a half. Give me the Lions.

Speaker 2 (55:20):
Rent Yeah, the Detroit Lions.

Speaker 4 (55:23):
Uh, they're due to come back and they're at home.
And and Jered Goff, he is a inside player. I
mean he'll come out and light it up. I think
he's gonna light him up to give me. The Detroit
Lions lay that big ten and a half by that
half point though, Detroit thirty seventeen to get the cover we.

Speaker 2 (55:39):
Got over the announce my loutazool lock of the week.
Oh lock it up, buddy, Yeah, lutazool lock of the week,
Detroit Linon.

Speaker 5 (55:46):
I probably won't drink lutazool again after Laurel and I
on last Saturday night.

Speaker 2 (55:50):
But because we called you to keep up as I
called this out.

Speaker 5 (55:56):
But I'm gonna tell you right now, it's just that's
what's still my almost gagged by saying lunuzool lock of
the week, but that was That's it, Miller.

Speaker 6 (56:06):
This is a statement game for Dan. Honestly, Giants are
coming in there. I think they're absolutely outmatched. They can't
hang away. They were hanging in the fourth quarter for
those games, or before the fourth court for those games.

Speaker 2 (56:17):
Lines are gonna crush.

Speaker 1 (56:18):
Them all right, largely, brother locks, winners wilt together the shots.
Tommy Yes, listeners for you right here, buddy, Tommy Yes
of coaches taverns up here with us right now, Packers
six and a half point favorites lambeau Field over the Vikings. Man,
I'm so pissed at the Packers. They drive me nuts
this year when I pick them, they oh, I don't
they do whatever? Push last week? Give me the six

(56:42):
and a half and give me the Vikings. Screw the Packers.

Speaker 2 (56:44):
Sorry, Brent, Hey, it's all good, man, they have nuts.
We talked.

Speaker 4 (56:49):
We talked earlier because you know, again, the play calling
has not been good for green Bay, and.

Speaker 1 (56:54):
It's a little switch of it last week. But you
know now there's alf Nerd over there work. Yeah, he's
good not and he needs it too. I mean he's
a great, great coach, great guy. I'd like to see
somebody else come in and call those plays because you
know that two weeks ago he was over there with
the Texas instruments and his coverage was slicer and all
that jazz on the back. He looked like he was

(57:15):
seeing ghosts, kind of like Sam Darnold with those four picks.
But I'm gonna go ahead and tell you what here,
I am going against John, give me those green Bay
Packers at home in the confines of lambeau Field. The
vigor against the Vikings twenty seven, which they scored six
times this year. This will be number seven twenty seven
to seventeen. Packers win well.

Speaker 5 (57:37):
Outside of anything else, Minnesota Vikings right now have to
show and prove this weekend.

Speaker 2 (57:44):
And nobody is more angrier.

Speaker 5 (57:46):
On Degennerate Road than Tommy s from Coaches Tavern when
the Vikings played terrible or don't win. I know it
as long as they compete. But I've got Minnesota and
the points.

Speaker 2 (57:57):
Miller, I'm gonna lose some friends. I'll bring tay for
this one. Tommy, what is it? What do I circle here?
I never do this. I never do this?

Speaker 6 (58:08):
Yeah you no, So I'm going to go ahead and
I'm gonna.

Speaker 2 (58:14):
Take the Green Bay Packers. Yeah, I like that one.
That's a great. Let's go on something I do because.

Speaker 4 (58:20):
I've got my Lunis Tequila Fantasy pickup of the week.
Cool Emmanuel Wilson, Right, you know, Josh Jacobs is a
little banged up. I think he's gonna play. But Emmanuel Wilson,
he is the guy that is getting a lot of work.
And with with with Jacob's banged up, he's gonna get
a little bit more work. He could get a lot
of it.

Speaker 1 (58:37):
He excepped in last week, got ten Terris with your
forty seven yards getting receiving and rushing. He is and
he's gotta He brings that change of pace back action
in there too.

Speaker 4 (58:45):
So even if if Jacobs, thank you, Josh Jacobs plays,
you're still gonna see a lot of Emmanuel Wilson, Manu.
Wilson's available in a lot of those leagues, and be
sure to grab him today.

Speaker 1 (58:56):
Thirteen and a half point favorites the Seahawks and shim
don't all in the world Nashville versus the Titans. Man,
the Titans aren't worth a darn, but I think they're
going to cover this right here because Sam Donald's not
been grab last week.

Speaker 2 (59:07):
Maybe out it a little bit.

Speaker 1 (59:08):
So give me that thirteen and a half of giving
me the Titans in Nashville home a home field advantage, right.

Speaker 4 (59:14):
I remember last week, I think you took the Titans
and that didn't work out.

Speaker 2 (59:17):
They are not a good football team. Cannot do it.
I cannot add is a big number.

Speaker 4 (59:23):
I don't like those big numbers like that, But I'm
gonna say this is gonna be a comeback game for
mister Darnald who's just been seeing ghost again and throwing picks.
I think they're gonna go in there and tear them up.
Thirty fourteen Seahawks win and cover nels.

Speaker 5 (59:36):
I agree with Halvey right here. Seattle Seahawks could.

Speaker 2 (59:41):
Talk to me over there. Miller, Yeah, he was terrible
last week.

Speaker 6 (59:45):
I think the Titans are still the worst worst coach
team in football. Nothing's changed there. That's such a big number, man,
I gotta stay with the Seahawks. How do you bet
against or how do you bet for?

Speaker 2 (59:56):
The Titans?

Speaker 1 (59:57):
Jaguas kind of drive me nuts too, because they're back.
They good one week, not good in the next. I mean, really,
there's a an extreme really good one week really bad.
The next three point favorites on the road against Arizona,
and Arizona basically is given up here. I don't get
any question about that. And Len the three give me
Jacksonville the home. I checked that the road favorites in

(01:00:18):
Arizona coming up on.

Speaker 2 (01:00:20):
So I agree with you, man.

Speaker 4 (01:00:20):
I mean, I think it's gonna be a close game,
but numbers three, I think it's probably a four point game.
But I do think Jacksonville they've got sitting six and
four Arizona going the wrong way. You got some quarterback
issues going on there. You know, we've got Jacoby Brissette
back in there again. I'm gonna go ahead and take Jacksonville.
They cover this by a point twenty seven to twenty three.

Speaker 2 (01:00:40):
Jacksonville.

Speaker 5 (01:00:41):
Now, as much as I hate taking him and it's
the division, I'm taking Jacksonville.

Speaker 2 (01:00:48):
What do you got over there, Miller. It's a weird game. Jacoby.

Speaker 6 (01:00:50):
Obviously he's getting all the completions, but man, they just
aren't putting up enough points and their defense isn't stoping anything.

Speaker 2 (01:00:56):
Gotta go with Jacksonville.

Speaker 1 (01:00:57):
Oh, yuck and yuck here largely prevern Locks, Lozultak, the Shots,
Browns and the Raiders in Las Vegas. There's zero way
do anything with this game unless we weren't put to
the test right here.

Speaker 2 (01:01:10):
Well, I have the three and a half and give
me the Raiders for nothing else. They're at home. That's it. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:01:15):
I think Schadur getting his first NFL start. I think
he's gonna have a rough day in Vegas. And this
is the ugliest game on the board. It's also the
lowest point total thirty six and a half. I think
the Raiders get it done. I think it's gonna be
a right at that number. Give me the Raiders twenty
Cleveland sixteen. They cover by half point. The Raiders now

(01:01:37):
ugly game.

Speaker 5 (01:01:38):
I think Max Crosby might have his first felony ever
as a human sing against.

Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
I don't think.

Speaker 5 (01:01:48):
For what he's gonna do to Schadu. But I've taken
the Raiders. What do you got, Miller.

Speaker 6 (01:01:53):
Man, I mean, Miles Garrett and the defense over on
the Browns are their best chance to score points in
this game.

Speaker 2 (01:02:02):
I gotta take the Raiders, though, Eagles, they're both bad.

Speaker 1 (01:02:06):
Eagle's three point famous on the road in Dallas later
the three give me the Eagles sprint.

Speaker 2 (01:02:10):
In that one. I'm going to get you here.

Speaker 3 (01:02:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:02:14):
I like Dallas in this one.

Speaker 4 (01:02:15):
I mean, you know Philly again. They've won four to row,
they're eight and two, they're seven to.

Speaker 2 (01:02:19):
Three against the spread. I mean they're doing it right.

Speaker 4 (01:02:21):
They just don't look like the Eagles that did it
all last year. I think going into Dallas, Dallas has
got They've got a potent offense and George Pickens man
he is he has really stepped up this year, getting
out of Pittsburgh and into Dallas, putting him bothside. Ceedee lamb,
you got Jamal running the backfield. Dallas Cowboys win this
game twenty seven to twenty six in an upset.

Speaker 2 (01:02:41):
Give me the plus three.

Speaker 5 (01:02:42):
Ryan Nelly, this is my This is my larcity lock
of the week. You want to bet the dogs the wife,
leave the kids alone all you can bet it all
the house. Dallas Cowboys luss three. Miller, Well take them.

Speaker 6 (01:03:02):
That was pretty convincing. It was pretty convincing. I'm gonna okay,
I'll switch. I'll take Dallas Cowboys plus three. Eagles got
called for a false start in the tush bush last week.

Speaker 2 (01:03:12):
Right, well, they didn't get called for that.

Speaker 6 (01:03:14):
Now they got called for one false start on one day,
which means times are changing.

Speaker 5 (01:03:22):
The officials are actually looking at me.

Speaker 1 (01:03:24):
I know that that game against the Packers, though they
did not call and they were all.

Speaker 2 (01:03:28):
Moving well, everybody except for the center was yes, yes,
that's a big thing. Hey cool, Can we have more
tush push conversation here? Let's yeah, bent over, let.

Speaker 1 (01:03:40):
Me get information here. Falcons in the Saints coming up.
You guys are all getting to be in trouble right here.
One and a half point favorites of the Saints at home.
I think the Falcons, I mean they are they probably
win this by double figures. But I'm gonna go ahead
and take the Saints at home in this brand. Go ahead, Uh,
Kirk Cousins, he's back, he's back. He's making all that money.

(01:04:02):
He's gonna get paid, so do something. I thought he
didn't look good coming in last week.

Speaker 4 (01:04:07):
The Saints they're you know, they're not doing b They're
both these teams again.

Speaker 2 (01:04:11):
Another game.

Speaker 4 (01:04:12):
It's nothing, They're not good exactly, gonna be a close
one twenty three twenty Saints win.

Speaker 2 (01:04:16):
That means they cover the one a half. Gave the
Saints another garbage game. I'll take.

Speaker 5 (01:04:19):
I'll take Falcons in the one and a half.

Speaker 6 (01:04:23):
Well, Kirk Cuttins puts up some fun games sometimes. Let's
just see what he could do with the week of
practice with the Falcons.

Speaker 2 (01:04:28):
Six and a half point favorites.

Speaker 1 (01:04:30):
The Rams Man they are legit, Matthew Stafford top of
the MVP list.

Speaker 2 (01:04:35):
They get the Buccaneers at home.

Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
It's so far. I'm gonna go ahead and six and
a half point favorites at home. Give me the Buccaneers
give me Baker Mayfield of the Buccaneers with that six
and a half on the road, Breads, that makes sense
to you, it does. Tampa didn't cover last week. I
actually liked him last week. They're still missing receiver help.
Mike Evans being out is a big, big loss for him.
Chris Godwin has to get back, and I haven't seen

(01:04:57):
anything up on him right now, so i'd keep an
eye on that.

Speaker 4 (01:05:00):
But the Rams they barely stuck by last week. They
went by two. They did not cover against those Seattle
Sea Chickens. I don't think they cover this one too.
I think they win the game. You give me six
and a half. I'm gonna take all those points, twenty
seven to twenty four. Rams win Bucks cover.

Speaker 5 (01:05:14):
Now, I'm taking Bucks on the points, Miller.

Speaker 6 (01:05:19):
I appreciate you, guys. I love Baker Mayfield. I just
I feel like he's gonna snap back this week. I'm
gonna take the Rams.

Speaker 2 (01:05:25):
All right. Panthers and Niners. You know it's funny.

Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
There's a redeeming quality with the Panthers this season. Seven
point dogs on the road in Santa Clara. I'm gonna
take that seven and give me the Panthers gonna run
the football a little bit, do what you need to
do at the very least.

Speaker 2 (01:05:44):
To cover the spread.

Speaker 1 (01:05:45):
Brt Halvers, Yeah, I mean they they they're quietly winning games, right,
I mean it's pretty wild. They're they're six and five,
which I don't feel like. Yeah, even against the spread.
San Francisco also set their seven and four. They're six
and five against the number. Party's back. He played last week,
looked good.

Speaker 4 (01:06:03):
I think San Francisco's too much for him here, San
fran thirty twenty over the Panthers.

Speaker 2 (01:06:08):
They cover the seven gon over there now ninety game
with the spread.

Speaker 5 (01:06:11):
But I'm gonna take the Niners at home to cover
that seven milk.

Speaker 2 (01:06:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:06:15):
If it was the other way around, I'd honestly go
for the home team.

Speaker 2 (01:06:18):
On the other way around, I'll go for the home
team on this way round. San Francisco's didn't take care of.

Speaker 1 (01:06:21):
It all right, largely Breba Lockslunas. We'll have to keep
the shots and we get to the Colts in Kansas City.
We had to can't buy them on a little bit earlier.
He's very he was great. I thought her ready he
was so good on the show. He'd be so pissed
to know that as of right now, the Colts three
and a half point dogs on the road at that
toilet known as Arrowhead.

Speaker 2 (01:06:43):
I the Colts are gonna cover.

Speaker 1 (01:06:46):
Yeah, this is such a cop out, but they're gonna
lose twenty eight twenty seven. The Desperation of the Chiefs
wins out twenty eight to twenty seven.

Speaker 2 (01:06:56):
Brent.

Speaker 1 (01:06:57):
So you take the Colts plus three and a half, Yes,
but the final score, yes, I have plus a three
and a half.

Speaker 2 (01:07:04):
They lose twenty twenty got.

Speaker 1 (01:07:07):
I've got I'm pulling up with a wheelbarrow for a
sack right here. Though you really suppressed that's a that's
a that's a okay, I'm not picking. I just think
that's how this is going to go down. He was
very convincing, though he was, and I was I told
you about kind of petered a little bit here and
him talk about that, talking about how they're getting the
celebrations ready for the place.

Speaker 2 (01:07:28):
I don't think it's going to happen this week.

Speaker 4 (01:07:29):
I mean, is uh uh neutral and is uh medium?
Looking at Kansas City's look this year, I think this
actually money wise speaking money only, I hoop the Colts win,
uh I think Kansas City gets this game pretty easy.
Thirty twenty. We'll call it, uh Kansas City covers. Though,
give me Kansas City Chiefs. I should mention it, by
the way too now the day.

Speaker 2 (01:07:52):
For the injury, Yeah, I don't really care. I mean,
it's concerning.

Speaker 5 (01:07:58):
It's concerning a little are I'm still I am still
somebody wrecked about the pick exactly Well, I mean.

Speaker 2 (01:08:10):
We're obviously, But however, I will.

Speaker 5 (01:08:15):
Say this, I do believe that that Kansas City, with
that loss last week and their whole season is on
the line, I'm still gonna take the Colts because I
just can't do it. I'm take three and a half
obviously as a as a gambler, I'm gonna bet it
up to four and a half. Uh but or four,
But I'm taking the Colts to the points.

Speaker 2 (01:08:35):
Talk Tommy miller.

Speaker 6 (01:08:36):
Man, that's a that's a tough one. I think both
these teams are going to do very similar things. On offense.
You're trying to take a lot of time off the clock.
You're trying to push the ball down the field. Nothing aggressive,
just control the game. Chiefs obviously greater than Andy Reid.
I just feel like this is the Colts here to
do this kind of to be able to win this

(01:08:57):
kind of game.

Speaker 2 (01:08:58):
Yeah, that's a lot going on. Some defense does play
does it very scary?

Speaker 1 (01:09:09):
Now, now you can say all that he wants, but
then he says that, and yeah, I love it.

Speaker 2 (01:09:15):
It'd be Riley Leonard. So yeah, I will. I will
tell you guys this.

Speaker 1 (01:09:21):
If the Colts win this game and do it convincingly
as Miller was talking about, then I think we can
start talking about deep run into the postseason.

Speaker 2 (01:09:31):
That's what that's gonna make everybody believe.

Speaker 6 (01:09:33):
Chiefs to a five six And let's not never forget
the Giants started out of season five six and won
a Super Bowl.

Speaker 2 (01:09:40):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (01:09:40):
So if the Chiefs go five and six and they
lose at home, it's over.

Speaker 2 (01:09:45):
The Giants and eight Manning when starting say three.

Speaker 1 (01:09:49):
It's over, it's by three or four. Let's live in
the real world here. They're over at five and six.
So yeah, they're over man And then I mean, all
of a sudden, then everybody's talking about the Colts says, hey,
this is legitimacy. This is a team that can go
deep into the postseason. Good, I'm going to make plans
to go to Santa Clara.

Speaker 4 (01:10:08):
Brent, Well, I'll tell you said it earlier too. This
is that game though, even though they are the five
and five Chiefs. This is that test.

Speaker 2 (01:10:15):
Game for the Colts.

Speaker 4 (01:10:16):
Yes, this is a game if they go into moving
over there, Miller, if they go into that game, if
they go in to beat the Chiefs, that is going
to be the the what does take people over that hump, Yes,
serverbial hump of the Colts not being that true eight
and two team.

Speaker 2 (01:10:30):
This is gonna be the challenge for him. I think
it's gonna be tough. Sit tight.

Speaker 1 (01:10:33):
We'll talk about this on the other side my chapel
with the latest on Daniel Jones going to join us
coming up at the top of the hour as well.

Speaker 2 (01:10:38):
Free Spirit.

Speaker 1 (01:10:39):
We're in Castleton, Largity bourbon locks, Alunos, the Wilt tequila shots. Yeah,
there is a lot that feels like it hinges on
this game coming up on Sunday. Back to you guys
now with the Pacers last night, I you tonight, perdue
later on tonight as well. Don't go anywhere. It's ninety
three five one oh seven five the fan. All right,
we're back at the Free Spirit we're in Castleton. We'd

(01:11:01):
love to see you. The samples are flowing.

Speaker 2 (01:11:05):
Derek White. So Derek White, our friend.

Speaker 1 (01:11:10):
He goes to Berlin Brent Halverson and brings back liquored
up chocolate. Now, this is not a part of my diet,
but I am trying to figure this out. Can anybody
back wherever you are right now?

Speaker 2 (01:11:25):
Can you look? That's up?

Speaker 1 (01:11:26):
It's called weed egger. Is that correct? I need glasses.
I can't see anything, but it's uh, yeah, thank you,
it is hell.

Speaker 2 (01:11:37):
I don't even think that helps, right ed.

Speaker 1 (01:11:40):
Egger beederg no neier neater egger. Good Lord, look at
me with these glasses. I take your time reading. Look
somebody's grandpa right here. Neater egg glasses neater egger.

Speaker 2 (01:11:54):
They work, don't they? Yeah? They do. I can see
and I can't see anything without I'm pretty amazing.

Speaker 1 (01:11:59):
And so this is uh chocolate with Scotch from Derrek
White right here.

Speaker 2 (01:12:04):
I'm a bit scared to eat this. Why not? I
don't know, man, Just do that brother, last time.

Speaker 1 (01:12:11):
It's not it's not all.

Speaker 5 (01:12:17):
I want to make sure I realized by myself praying
to God and trying to figure things out.

Speaker 2 (01:12:22):
This is heaven Hill Distillery.

Speaker 1 (01:12:24):
But I'm going to make sure you're cool with that
that comes from Berlin, and he brought us some other
stuff to what what else do we get? I love
the fact that he knows us as drinkers. He knows
us as drinkers. He brought us this, and.

Speaker 4 (01:12:39):
I love it because this is something that I've not
seen that one before. So that's a special treat from
across the pond?

Speaker 2 (01:12:46):
Is that from Stalin right there? That is because I
got the same thing.

Speaker 1 (01:12:50):
You can look at this online right now, Triple A
membership lounge.

Speaker 2 (01:12:55):
You can check this out.

Speaker 1 (01:12:57):
Timvulin, did you open up the box and see what?
Should we start? Take a shot of it here? I
mean I kind of feel do you shoot that? Or
that's one that's always a sipp right here? Listen, I
come from Green County. Everything is a shooter.

Speaker 3 (01:13:13):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:13:13):
The cool thing about this.

Speaker 4 (01:13:16):
Seven yon block cast edition so it's got that extra
barrel twist too, with a little sweetness of some seven
young blok Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:13:24):
Well, shout out to Derek White, brother man. He had
to bring all that back from Berlin for us right there.

Speaker 2 (01:13:32):
Thank you very much. Shout out to Mike Poe too,
bringing a special bottle in like twenty minutes. Call my
wife Fluido. Mike was wanting to donate to the toys
for the Welds.

Speaker 1 (01:13:48):
Mike Poe was a good friend to you people too,
was just going to bring some all you people on
the show.

Speaker 2 (01:13:54):
Great absolutely great guy.

Speaker 4 (01:13:56):
You're blessed to be able to come out and we
get a lot of great people come out and join us.

Speaker 2 (01:13:59):
And that's that's a part of what we do too.

Speaker 1 (01:14:01):
I mean, we have friends, we create friends, have friends,
long lasting friendships.

Speaker 2 (01:14:07):
And I've always loved this.

Speaker 1 (01:14:08):
For example, we have Naliam Miller with you know obviously
the Free Spirit and Joe's Grill locations, and there's Tommys
over there. Tommy s comes out to everything from coaches, tavern, downtown.
It's like a brotherhood that I absolutely love.

Speaker 2 (01:14:22):
It really is.

Speaker 4 (01:14:22):
And you know get I love getting me get a
lot of text too, you know. So this is from
Kelly Eisenhower. Wanted to say thanks to you helping with
the benefit. He is the Hurricane Melissa for Jamaica. Here
at the Free Spirit, which was two weeks ago and
now I believe raised almost fifteen hundred bucks. You got
fifteen suitcases full of closed personal items.

Speaker 2 (01:14:39):
I was here. It was a great show.

Speaker 4 (01:14:41):
Brian Shaw came out and brought came through eight full
suitcases full of stuff. I mean, just amazing and great
people to a great cause I know. And on the
on the other side, we got mister Clay Von Dilligan
sent us a text when he heard mister Nally hopping
on air too.

Speaker 5 (01:14:56):
So yeah, Clay and I are going out of fantasy.

Speaker 2 (01:15:00):
Love it, love it, I said, don't put anybody on radio.
I agree, all right. A couple of things.

Speaker 1 (01:15:05):
I want to double back to our picks because we're
kind of kind of off a little bit regarding the
Colts and the Chiefs. How do we feel about that
going into Week twelve in Kansas City? Is this the
litmus test that most.

Speaker 2 (01:15:17):
Of the national media believe this to be? No? No,
I do you do? I do don't, Meller, I don't
think so.

Speaker 6 (01:15:25):
Because of this year and what we've seen throughout the NFL,
we do not have name one great team, name one
team that can't be beaten at all.

Speaker 2 (01:15:35):
As it's college it's like college football. This is very great,
this is very even. We haven't seen a year like
this in a very long.

Speaker 6 (01:15:41):
Time where you don't at least have one or two
teams where like, if you can beat them, you may
have a serious show. And then you take those two
teams and you take everybody that's challenged them, and those
are your contenders for honestly, the AFC and NFC Championship games.

Speaker 1 (01:15:55):
It is so the moment and that's why I love
when you look at carly ERSA Gordon, you know, allowing
them to go for it right now with Sauce Gardener
and making that move, because that defines what Miller you
were just talking about. You're going forward in the moment
right now because you don't know what the hell is
going to happen. And the greatest example of that is
the Pacers were last year they go all the way

(01:16:17):
to the Game seven of the NBA Finals, and this year,
everybody's happy they won their second game last night at
Gamebridge field House because they're you know, absolutely it felt
taken over by injuries. It did feel good, but it
just is another reminder of if you've got it right now,
take advantage of it right how volatile those opportunities are,

(01:16:38):
and this is your season.

Speaker 6 (01:16:39):
For so many teams, this could be that season, to
actually make a deep run, to be able to get
to the final game, to be able to win the
final game.

Speaker 1 (01:16:48):
I don't think anybody does this cross position the whole
mentality of building for the future. Do you just build
for the now and worry about the future. Whenever the
future starts to cross your path, You've got to play
it in the now right right now?

Speaker 2 (01:17:00):
Yeah? Absolutely.

Speaker 4 (01:17:01):
I mean, and what they've built, what they've got going on,
it's special. It is reason I say, it's that litmus
test if you will, if you look at I mean
Kansas City, that's just everybody thinks of the past, and
they have been Kings for the last eight years.

Speaker 2 (01:17:12):
Right.

Speaker 1 (01:17:12):
This is one of those games though, that they're five
and five, they lose this, they're they're now going to
have a hard time even making those playoffs. You look
at teams like Denver, they're in the best Division two
absolutely right. And if you look back so that they
started off ohing two, they lost two games at home,
They've won the next four games at home. They've got
they didn't have Rushie Rice, They've got their team coming

(01:17:33):
back together a little bit.

Speaker 4 (01:17:35):
That's why I think it's gonna be tough I do
think it's gonna be a tough game, tough environment, tough
place to play. I went there and watched the Packers play,
and it is a tough It is a toilet bowl
of a stadium, and the fans and everything, but they're
they're loud, they're proud. I think it's gonna be a
tough place to go into. And as we heard Cam saying,
playing that weather, if you get some elements out there,
it makes it tough too.

Speaker 2 (01:17:54):
All right, fellas, sit tight, We'll come back with you.

Speaker 1 (01:17:57):

guys are too close.

little room here to think about it? I think I
start thinking about it. But no, seriously, that was a
That was a sprint right there. That was a sprint.

Speaker 2 (01:22:49):
They were ready to go. It was impressed. I was ready.

Speaker 1 (01:23:58):
This newze kind of popped a little bit earlier today
with his limited participation.

Speaker 2 (01:24:03):
What do you know.

Speaker 7 (01:24:06):
That they're just being cautious one thing that that, and
again they're very very aware of how these things are
viewed and digested. I get every impression from from the
people I've talked with this is this is precautionary. Maybe
maybe there's a tightness and a calf whatever, and they're
not going to push it. They're simply not going to

(01:24:28):
push it. I think he'll be fine. This is me
being playing a doctor. But you know, if we see
things all every week where Kenny Moore gets a day
off or Horse Buck gets a day off, or entire
Franklin whenever the quarterback is on the participation report, it's
not a good thing and it raises eyebrows. But I'm

(01:24:51):
pretty confident that this is not a big deal other
than Daniel Jones has a has a sore calf.

Speaker 1 (01:25:01):
So I started to camp bind them a little bit
earlier and I asked him, I said, so if your
team and the rest of the world says, hey, this
is like a do or die situation for you, like
everybody's describing Kansas City at five and five in the
NFL's most competitive division, the AFC West, this is kind
of a must win situation for them, And he says,
you know, I think we as players go through that

(01:25:22):
every week. So is this just your average week for
the Chiefs at home against the Colts, Because obviously this
game looks much different than it did to start the
season on the schedule for everybody, including the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (01:25:36):
Is this just your average Sunday afternoon of Arrowhead.

Speaker 7 (01:25:40):
No, if you hit your radio show in Kansas City,
you'd be harping on must win, folks, must win. Yes, yeah,
I mean certainly they're not eliminated or whatever. But to
fall to five and six, and this is like in
golf when you're like in third or fourth place. You're
only a couple of trokes behind, but there's like four

(01:26:01):
guys between you and the leader. They're they're third, So
they've got to not only pass the Chargers, but but
you know, find a way to that. They're a Denver
so and they're running out of games. You know, there's
only seven games left, So desperation is a very good word.
I think going to five and six would really make
it difficult for them to get back, and it just would.

(01:26:26):
So yeah, I think that there could be a pucker
factor with the Chiefs. Although I say that, but my god,
they've had so much success with Mahomes it's crazy. He
has never lost three straight games, and they haven't lost
three straight games under any Reid since since the twenty seventeen.

(01:26:47):
So this is this is a hunger territory for them.
So the coach are going to get Kansas City's best shot,
because if the Chiefs lose this one, they have some
really tough sledding nurse to play.

Speaker 1 (01:27:05):
Man so much success over the years in one score games,
and it's certainly not the same Where do you point
the finger?

Speaker 2 (01:27:15):
And I will also might tell you something else.

Speaker 1 (01:27:19):
You know, everybody kind of used this game, and I
would agree as a liptus test of sorts for the Colts.
But I would also suggest for the offensive line and
the ball security from the quarterback because we've seen the
past two games and what that type of pressure has
done to this Colts offense. And then the Chiefs rarely

(01:27:41):
consistently get after the quarterback.

Speaker 2 (01:27:43):
So even with Steve smagnuloh.

Speaker 1 (01:27:45):
If they're able to do that, I think all of
a sudden, you're waving a red flag coming up after Sunday.

Speaker 7 (01:27:51):
Well, the thing is, yeah, I mean the Colts can
spin it hair where they want. You know, they we mentioned, well,
what what did you do over the bye week to
look at this? Are you? Are you concerned? Well, we're
not over the concerned uh so. But when you've got
when you've got a weakness, not a possible, a weakness

(01:28:12):
on protecting the quarterback, whether it's the offensive line, whether
it's Jonathan Tator not picking up the blitz, whether it's whatever,
or or Daniel Jones not recognizing the blitzer or not
getting rid of the ball when he should, it's a
weakness and teams are going to keep coming at that weakness.
They're just until you fix it, they're gonna come after you.

(01:28:33):
So whatever the problems have been, I still think it's
I have I don't think the tackles are holding up
like they should on the edge. So but until you
get that fixed, people are gonna come after you. And
and Spagnola's he's going to come after him and say, well, have.

Speaker 2 (01:28:51):
You fixed it?

Speaker 7 (01:28:52):
And if not, it's they're gonna be all over Daniel Jones.
And and we've seen that that when he has protection
and they can do things, they're pretty good in any
quarter any quarterback, and that includes my homes if you
get in his face and bring him down there. Their
two Super Bowl losses have been because they couldn't protect

(01:29:14):
him and they got him beat up against what was
the Tampa in Philly. So that's that's this is not
complicated either way. You know, the Coats have got to
fix their issues and you've got to keep your quarterback
to where he can he can throw to all these
receivers and Tyler Warren and use Jonathan Taylor and don't

(01:29:34):
get behind uh in this quore to where you can't
use Jonathan Taylor. So it's not complicated. The issue is
not complicated. But fixing it this is on the coach,
the coaching steven, the players to get it fixed. Until
you get it fixed, you're gonna deal with this problem.

Speaker 1 (01:29:51):
To Mike Chapel of CBS four and Fox with the
Donald Andy Moore at the Motive Group hot line, I
do agree with that.

Speaker 2 (01:29:57):
So I talked to cam bind them a little bit earlier.

Speaker 1 (01:29:59):
And as expectation is at the highest level for went
healthy and everybody's out there, what the secondary is going
to look like?

Speaker 2 (01:30:06):
Is that your expectation for what we're.

Speaker 1 (01:30:08):
Going to see against Patrick Mahome's coming up in Kansas
City Sunday.

Speaker 7 (01:30:12):
Yeah, this is I wrote about this yesterday and I'm missing.
This is their best cornerback starters since win, well since ever.
I can't you know your odd powers and and and
when you had Kelvin Hayden and and uh Marlon Jackson
on those guys, but not to this level, not to

(01:30:33):
this level at all.

Speaker 2 (01:30:35):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (01:30:35):
And it does give them options what they can do.
You know, when you had Mooney Ward and when he
was playing without the concussions, when they needed to, they
put him on the other team's best receiver. You know,
last the last game with Sauce Gardner, he wasn't on
Drake London all the time, but when he needed to be,
he was and he played well. So this way you

(01:30:57):
really don't need to flip them around unless you think
one guy's got a better matchup. So you've got the
two sides, You've got the two outsides taken care of,
and then you've got Kenny Moore in the middle. Now
what they're gonna do about you know, Travis Kelsey. I
don't know whether that's Kenny Moore or Jalen Jones, I
don't know, But all of a sudden, you're awful strong

(01:31:19):
in the back end. And now Jalen Jones is your
is your fourth guy, and Maky Blackman is your fifth guy.
That's a that's pretty strong. And I really think they're
gonna play a lot of dime, a lot of extra
dbs to deal with all the different threats that Casey's got.
So it's really as strong as they've been in the

(01:31:40):
back end in a long long time.

Speaker 2 (01:31:43):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (01:31:43):
And the only downside obviously is not having the force Buckner.
That's just that's just huge, and it's there's no way
you can compensate for not having him other than if
the back end holds up another half half second or second,
it should. It should give the pass rush on the
outside a chance to to get to the quarterback and

(01:32:05):
get him on the ground.

Speaker 2 (01:32:06):
But I like that.

Speaker 7 (01:32:09):
Go ahead.

Speaker 1 (01:32:11):
Are you concerned that the Forrest Bucker doesn't play again
this year?

Speaker 7 (01:32:15):
No, I know, I think he. I think he will. Uh.
It was you know, it's funny how he put he
puts out there where we went to Panama and had
that sim stim cell infusion or injections, whatever you gonna
call it. I think he plays. I do, although whenever
you see Nick, you know, that's never a good thing.
I can think of a couple of players with next

(01:32:37):
that it didn't turn out well. I think I think
he will.

Speaker 2 (01:32:42):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (01:32:42):
And going to Panama just shows that he's he did
that lot was it last year with his ankle, that
these players they will go to great links uh to
get back on the field. And I think he plays
only because I know Buckner and and it takes something
extremely significant for him not to play, and with a

(01:33:05):
neck it's it's significant. I hope he plays. I think
he plays. That's only based something around him and knowing
them how I do as far as how bad he
wants to play.

Speaker 1 (01:33:19):
To my chapel of CBS four and fucked with the
Armies on Andy Moore Automotive Group po line. This is,
at least on paper, the best secondary the Colts have
had since win.

Speaker 7 (01:33:31):
That's what I don't I think you know on paper ever,
I mean I can't think when you're talking, you know,
if you're talking to four starters, which leaves Kenny More out,
which I don't want to do. I don't know. I mean,
they never had that collection of talent in the secondary. Yeah,
you had Bob Sanders and Anthelm, but they was a
great player Girodd Powers, Raby Cannon again, Hayden in, Marlon Jackson,

(01:33:58):
but never like this, never like this, I mean, and
I mean, look look what it took to get this together.
Sixty million dollars for Mooney Ward and sixty million dollars
for Cambine and two first round draft picks and Adie
Mitchell for Sauce Gardner. I mean, that's that's that's a
commitment that we have not seen here ever at that position.

(01:34:23):
So you should have you should have high expectations and
high potential on the back end. And again, it's easy
to get Kenny Moore Ross in the shuffle of all
these big names. But Kenny Moore's darn good. He's darn
good one of the top three or four slots in
the league. That's still so again, it should it should

(01:34:48):
vode well for the rest of the season when you've
got some really good quarterbacks coming up starting Sunday. Uh.
And how often have we seen these receivers running open.
Nico Collins were crying out. I still have visions to
him running down in the middlefield. That should not be
the case. Moving forward.

Speaker 1 (01:35:10):
To Mike Chapel, CBS four, Fox fifty nine, he's on
the Andy Moore out of boutive group potline. Who Jonathan
Taylor do you think I look back at the Pittsburgh game,
he had forty five yards of the ground, they turned
the bowl over six times.

Speaker 2 (01:35:25):
It was a mess. It was still a one score game.

Speaker 1 (01:35:27):
By the way, but it was a mess of the loss.
And then you know what he did in Berlin the
last time out the week prior to the bye week.
Where do you think he sits right now in terms
of MVP thoughts? In knowing that running back since twenty
twelve hasn't they haven't won anything and it's normally a
quarterback ward, what do you think he sits right now

(01:35:49):
in terms of that public opinion across the NFL landscape.

Speaker 7 (01:35:53):
I'm going to have seen the latest Vegas odds. I
would think it's like Matthew Stafford, Drake May and then JT.
I'm not sure who else should put up there, whether
it's trade Face, Josh Allen maybe I don't. He's had
a couple of bad games. But the problem, the issue
facing JT moving forward is it's hard for him to

(01:36:15):
have a bad game like another Pittsburgh game and not
have it really count against him. I mean, Sam Darnold
throws four interceptions last week, and if he if he
has a couple of games where he's all those head
and back on it. Then he's back in the discussion.
So it's it's just to see the perception on running

(01:36:37):
backs is you better be awfully good, you know, twenty
five touchdowns and yards and and be on a team
that wins the division, which I think is important. I
still and I don't. I don't mean to be a hater.

Speaker 2 (01:36:51):
I'm not.

Speaker 7 (01:36:52):
I still think it a quarterback is generally gonna win
it because because the balls in his hands and and
every thing that goes on offensively starts with him and
with the Colts, if you lose Daniel Jones for a month,
you're in you're you're you're in real trouble with with

(01:37:13):
what they have a backup. And that's I don't mean
to dump on right at Lennard, but but he's a rookie.
If you lose JT, I think they could maybe put
together a running game that's it's got. It would still
be bad, it would still be bad, but I think
they could operate their offense a little bit easier, a
little bit easier without Taylor, although my goodness, the season

(01:37:37):
he's on now, it's it's off the charts. It's just
that he can't. It'd be hard to have another Pittsburgh
game to where they get behind, they don't give in
the ball and then he just loses more ground.

Speaker 1 (01:37:51):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (01:37:52):
I still think Offensive Player of the Year is is
where it's headed. And I know I'll get a lot
of I'll get a lot of hate over that. But
I certainly understand the bias towards quarterback because I've got
that bias.

Speaker 2 (01:38:05):
I do.

Speaker 7 (01:38:07):
But but again, I think if he stays at this
level and Matthew Stafford slows down a little bit, I
think he's got he's got a decent chance. But he
would have his numbers had to be so over the
top to to to get the better of a quarterback.
And I just don't know. The game's not in just control.

(01:38:29):
The quarterback controls everything, and it's possible for the Coats
they have a good game without JT going off. And
I'm curious, he's got to throw up some really great
numbers for the rest of the season to be in
that mix of the top one or two, maybe three
guys at the end.

Speaker 1 (01:38:47):
Hey, Mike running it to throw it this weekend as
opposed to throwing it to run it and close it.
Might there be a flip of sorts with the offensive
play call mentality from Shane Steichen.

Speaker 7 (01:39:03):
Possibly possibly that's not what they've done. That's that's not
generally what they've done. They they they have been throwing
uh to start in JT, really going off in the
second half. But you know, they're they're very good, they're
very crazy, they're they they're very good at finding what
best ways to go about this. And again, like I said,

(01:39:25):
you're gonna you're gonna face a desperate team. I think
this is one of those that that you need to
get off to a really good start or at least
not a bad start, and somehow and somewhat neutralize that crowd.
You know, I've been there, aw ahead in that place.
It's like going to a college team with with how
loud it is, and boys, if you give if you

(01:39:47):
give that crowd a reason to really come down on you,
they will. So this is I think we'll know into
the first quarter whether this is going to be a
decent games where maybe you or someone mentioned that this
being a litmus test on the Colts because some people
still naturally may wonder how good they are. I remember

(01:40:11):
them going out to Sofy and throwing up thirty eight
on the Chargers, and they should have beaten the Rams,
who might be the best team in the league. So
I sort of think they're gonna win. I picked them
to win on our podcast an answer because they've already
except for Pittsburgh's as a black hole. You know, they've
played well on the road, so I expect them to

(01:40:34):
play pretty well on Sunday.

Speaker 1 (01:40:37):
To Mike Chapel of CBS four and Fox Fouty nine,
he's on the Andy Moore Automotive Group pole Line. Can't
bind them called in at three o'clock, Mike, and you
know this to be true. What an outstanding personality, really
good player, outstanding personality.

Speaker 7 (01:40:52):
You know, it's funny. I'm always kind of selfish when
they make these player moves. I want them to bring
in a guy that's a great lot from guy. And
if he's a good player, that's great too. But it's
there's probably a half a dozen, maybe ten guys in
that locker room that our go to. And you know,
Michael Pittman, uh and Bernard Ryland's good. But boy cam

(01:41:16):
bind him is He's always bringing stuff. He's he's always
giving you good stuff. He's always in a good mood.
I mean I'm sure there are times he's not a
good mood, but we don't see it. And he's a
pretty dag I'm good player too, So again it's it's
another one of those moves that Ballard made, you know,
sixty million dollars for a safety and he's so far

(01:41:37):
he's been worth it.

Speaker 2 (01:41:39):
Do you think.

Speaker 1 (01:41:42):
I people ask me this all the time in closing Mike,
and you would know this better than anybody. I think
that given the situation, Jim Mersay, if he were here,
would be doing the same thing, would be allowing the
Coals to make moves a sauce gardener in the fashion
in which carly Orse Gore has done.

Speaker 2 (01:42:01):
You you agree with that with me on that.

Speaker 7 (01:42:03):
Yeah, if Jim, if Kim were in, we're in, we're
in his you know, in good form to where he's
he's really healthy.

Speaker 2 (01:42:11):
And all that.

Speaker 7 (01:42:12):
Yes, uh, he he He was always about giving the
team the best chance to win, and sometimes it was
it was investing money in guys uh that didn't really
deserve it and it didn't work out almost to a fault.
But yeah, this was again this was Chris Ballard really
wanted to do this and and carly Er say was Gordon.

(01:42:36):
She she was, She was along each time when when
this came up with him. This isn't something that he
sprang on her. So but but she gave, you know,
Albert Burr had that. She gave the full support. And
that's what you want, just give your team, uh a chance.
They did that. They did the stuff in the off
season because they thought they needed to. They did sauce

(01:42:57):
Garter because that hey, we're waiting to well seven time
and we've got a chance to do something. And uh,
you say that that's a bold move, and it just
showed you how committed they are, not not not desperate,
but they saw the opportunity to do something to maybe
take this team over the top.

Speaker 1 (01:43:19):
To Mike Chapel with CBS Forum Fox fifty nine, he's
on the Andy Moore Auto Motive Group potline, there's always
a pleasure and enjoy the game this weekend and we'll
finally see one another again coming up a week from Sunday,
which is nice in the press books, nice.

Speaker 7 (01:43:32):
Looking forward to looking forward to it.

Speaker 1 (01:43:35):
Thanks Mike Mike Chappel of CBS Forum Fox fifty nine.

Speaker 4 (01:43:57):

Speaker 1 (01:44:03):

Speaker 2 (01:44:07):
Is it Collins Roth's house? Oh man, we'll go tear
that thing up. Sean Collins was another great guy out there. Yes,
he is absolutely no doubt about that.

Speaker 1 (01:44:15):

we were not doing this. You may do it on
next Wednesday when I'm out. Now Wednesday, I'll be a

Speaker 4 (01:44:30):

to go to this it was a hot spot. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:44:49):

Speaker 1 (01:45:48):

Speaker 2 (01:45:53):
Great job, and it's just it's awesome.

Speaker 5 (01:45:55):
It is.

Speaker 2 (01:45:55):
And the talent that they're bringing in there is unbelievable.

Speaker 1 (01:45:58):
So and we can he telling different ways due we
absolutely could talent. A lot of talent rolling in there,
that's right. So yeah, shout out to Christian two. I
think yacht Rock Review is in January or February, but yeah,

make that cash living at lunch. Let that cash fall off, buddy.

Speaker 4 (01:48:14):
I'll tell you what John, I mean. Motley Crue was
kind of the soundtrack to me growing up. You know,
it was Motley Crue in the all through the eighties
and early nineties, and then I found the Grateful Dad.

Speaker 1 (01:48:23):
So they still hold a big place in my heart.
I have a great story, tho. I don't know I've ever
told you this.

Speaker 4 (01:48:27):
Yes, So back in I think it was probably two
thousand and five or six, I had a pleasure. I
was working at National Wine and Spirits at the time,
and this now came out with a tequila called Trace Rios. Okay,
and Jim what's Jim's name, Jim, Well, I can't think

to you probably got a little. He came up to
me in the Bahamas. I was at the sports book
and I was going up placing a bet, a couple bets,

(01:49:10):
and he came and said, what's your one play you like?

Speaker 2 (01:49:12):
Man? I said, I love the Colts culture, like minus
three or something. I forget you.

Speaker 7 (01:49:15):
You were playing.

Speaker 2 (01:49:16):
They smoked him.

Speaker 4 (01:49:17):
He won, so I won fifteen hundred bucks whatever my
little time money is. He won fifteen grand on the Colts.
And he came up and thanked me. And I sat
at the bar with him and his wife, the ex
adult star Cool and we sat there and he I
was expecting to sit there and just get hammered and drink.

Speaker 2 (01:49:34):
No. She was with me on the oh we were
married then, well it was before Luisa.

Speaker 3 (01:49:39):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (01:49:40):
I had my girl there. But we sat there and
he drank chardonnay.

Speaker 4 (01:49:43):
Him and his wife drank shardenay and I'm over there
slamming his tequila. It was awesome, man, and I got
I got sixth place in the UH Poker tournaments.

Speaker 2 (01:49:52):
That was awesome.

Speaker 1 (01:49:53):
Selod I was taking as Britt Holmerson right there, Nollly
and Miller hanging out. But our good friend Kevin Todd
is on here. Kevin toddles every word? Kevin, you believe
that Motley Krue brenholverins is a story right there?

Speaker 2 (01:50:03):
Do you buy it? What's what's that you buy? That
whole Motley Crue story with Brent Holverson? I don't believe
anything comes out of his mouth, Kevin. Man, Come on,
all right, I believe about Bro Brent.

Speaker 7 (01:50:21):
I swear.

Speaker 1 (01:50:22):
Oh man, you guy. You guys are on the same page.
I love what you guys are working. Man, you guys
are doing hell of a job. Kevin, where will we
start going into this week?

Speaker 8 (01:50:32):
Listen, let me tell you we have a great matchup
tonight Buffalo at Houston. And let me tell you every
one of your listeners right now that calls, I'm gonna
give them Tonight's information absolutely free. All they need to
do is dial eight eight eight three two zero seven
five one seven. That's eight eight eight three two zero
seven five one seven. They get tonight's game, Buffalo at Houston,

(01:50:54):
absolutely free. And let me tell you guys something. If
your listeners have been with me since week one, a
five hundred dollar better right now is up fifteen thousand dollars.
A thousand dollars better right now is up over thirty
thousand dollars on this season.

Speaker 2 (01:51:08):
That's how strong the information is.

Speaker 8 (01:51:10):
And not only that, I'm documented eighteen and seven on
Thursday Night NFL since last season, and I guarantee I
win this game tonight, folks, or I will give you
the rest of the month of November absolutely free. All
you have to do is give me a call at
eight eight eight three two zero seven five one seven.

Speaker 2 (01:51:27):
That's eight eight eight three two zero seven five one seven.

Speaker 8 (01:51:31):
And I'm gonna tell you guys a known fact when
it comes to sports wagering, ninety eight percent of the people.

Speaker 2 (01:51:35):
Out there they lose.

Speaker 8 (01:51:37):
It's a fact. Only two percent make money. I'm in
the top one percent of that two percent. You give
me a call right now. I will give you tonight's winner,
Buffalo at Houston, absolutely free.

Speaker 1 (01:51:52):
Oh, Kevin Todd right there, got it straightened out for it.

Speaker 2 (01:51:55):
My brother. You are. I'm up.

Speaker 1 (01:51:57):
We're keeping track too. Man, you're laying it out for
everybody right here.

Speaker 2 (01:52:01):
You got it.

Speaker 8 (01:52:02):
Well, let me tell you right now, I love this game.
And as always, I'm gonna give your listeners a free game. Now.
If you remember a couple of weeks ago on the
Friday Night Lights, I gave you North Carolina over Syracuse,
I'm gonna give you another Friday Night Lights game right now.
It's Hawaii at UNLV, and I'm gonna take Hawaii here
plus the three. They're coming off a huge win at
home against San Diego State, winning that game thirty eight

(01:52:24):
to nine. And let me tell you, they're playing this
UNLV team who was off to a huge start six
and oho since then they've lost to they've won two.
Plus the fact that Hawaii is seven to two straight
up and seven to one to one against the spread
in this matchup, and Hawaii is one of those teams
that has a really good offense. They out gain you
UNLV's offense by over one hundred yards. Give me Hawaii

(01:52:46):
here plus the three not only to cover but to
win the game are outright but more important. Right now,
I'm telling you I love this game. It is Buffalo
at Houston. It's yours free. You give me a call
at eight eight eight three two s zero seven five
one seven. Let me build your bankroll. Let me start
your week off winning. Folks, my clients right now, they're

(01:53:06):
moving four to five times. They're normal. Wager on this game. Gentlemen,
they gonna be a part of something special. Get a
part of my inner circle. Give me a call right
now at eight eight eight three two zero seven five
one seven.

Speaker 4 (01:53:19):
Kevin Star, I got a question understand with the with
the big slate that we have out there again, you know,
I mean going through and picking these games. How do
you hone in and pick those specific games? I know
you've got a great inner circle that you're dealing with.
What's some keys to you do to eliminate and find
that one or two spots that are out there.

Speaker 8 (01:53:33):
Well, what you gotta do is you gotta look at
the injuries. You gotta look at and you gotta break
these games down. You gotta analyze them. You gotta look
at the weather, and you gotta look sometimes these teams
how they played the previous week. You gotta look and
you also got to look at how these teams do it?
Look ahead games? Who do who they got on deck?
That's how we break these games down. And I'm telling
you right now I love this matchup tonight Buffalo at Houston.
You give me a call at eight eight eight three

(01:53:55):
two zero seven five one seven. I'm gonna give them
tonight's game, Buffalo at Houston, absolutely free.

Speaker 1 (01:54:02):
Kevin Todd right there every Thursday as he's with us
on the Andy Moore Automotive Group pod line. Hey, Kevin Man,
we appreciate that as always, go to it and we'll
do it again next Thursday.

Speaker 8 (01:54:12):
Well, next Thursday's Thanksgiving won't be around, So Thanksgiving to
you guys.

Speaker 2 (01:54:15):
Have great holidays, and I'll speak to you guys in
two weeks. Got it, Thank you, Kevin.

Speaker 1 (01:54:20):
Kevin Todd right there, Kevin Todd on the Andy Moore
Automotive Group pod line.

Speaker 2 (01:54:25):
He's right next week. Is that is it's hard to think.

Speaker 1 (01:54:28):
I mean, it just comes quickly, right, I mean, and
so what did you buy what he was talking about?

Speaker 2 (01:54:34):
Right there? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:54:37):
You know again these guys it's always tough, you know,
they got the interesting is it's all information something comes
down to.

Speaker 2 (01:54:42):
I mean, we can all see who's injured. And who's not.

Speaker 4 (01:54:44):
But it's all information, things that you know that we
don't know that's gonna happen.

Speaker 2 (01:54:48):
You see it in the line moves and stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:54:49):
I'm always intrigued though, how they got the inner circle.
I'd like to be able to I want to go
sit down at a table and hear when these lines
makers put these games out and they go, we know
everybody's gonna better on the Chiefs or whatever. The big
the big name teams are the Steelers, the Packers. They're
gonna raise it up based on a name, right. I
would love to see that be that line being formed.
And I want to meet some of these wise guys

(01:55:10):
that are making these plays.

Speaker 5 (01:55:12):
Well, I can tell you right now that I do
a lot of larceny and sometimes wunazel and I look
at these lines and I it's on the dogs and
the favorites, and then yeah, you gotta look at the injuries.

Speaker 2 (01:55:23):
And hey, I do like that's awesome. I have a
question for both of your right, you gotta you gotta
have the right juice, right juice.

Speaker 1 (01:55:31):
Everybody covering the cults right now, says Daniel Jones, and
his limited participation in practice is going to be Okay,
it's going to be all right, are you guys mind
that or a little bit more skeptical?

Speaker 4 (01:55:42):
I am, because I didn't really know much about it,
and then when it was kind of loosely thrown out there.
I mean, it's always it's it's a little voice for concern.
But there's also a lot of chess match going on, right.

Speaker 1 (01:55:51):
Yeah, we're gonna throw some stuff out there, a little poker, right,
just show a little bit of a card here and there.

Speaker 2 (01:55:56):
Put injury reports out. Yeah yeah, but uh yeah, good
to hear.

Speaker 4 (01:56:01):
I mean, he's he definitely need him back behind center
to have a chance going into Kansas City.

Speaker 1 (01:56:05):
Hey, we should remind you to the game is going
to be here at the Free Spirit. You've got Memphis
and Purdue. I you gonna start as well, but Memphis
and Purdue and the Bahamas Memphis one and two in
the season, Purdue ranked number one. Memphis, however, seven and
one in their past history versus ranked teams.

Speaker 2 (01:56:22):
Be interesting to watch.

Speaker 1 (01:56:24):
That starts at six o'clock from the Bahamas, that is
Purdue in Memphis.

Speaker 2 (01:56:28):
You can watch that ride here.

Speaker 1 (01:56:30):
I you also right here and Thursday night football right
here as well.

Speaker 2 (01:56:35):
A Free spirit.

Speaker 1 (01:56:35):
We'll come back with Nally and Miller coming up on
the other side. Brent Halferson rejoins for a final time
as well. But right now fifty Betty fifteen nine and
courtesy of Herrozuja Park Racing and Casino and Anderson, you
guys are ready to do it.

Speaker 2 (01:56:47):
Here it is your Hero's Zja Park Race of the Day.
I think it was Lee Adams that was the winner,
right Lee was the winner.

Speaker 1 (01:56:55):
Eleven sixty bet doll exact to sixteen eighty fifty cent
try went for thirty two thirty.

Speaker 2 (01:57:02):
Shout out to Lee right there with the hero Zeza
Park Roati of the Day.

Speaker 1 (01:57:04):
I know we're winding down uh stuff in the month
of November at Herozoozia Park. We gotta thank our good
friend Tony Wrenz who is outstanding and putting this together.

Speaker 2 (01:57:14):
And I know Brent and I love Tony Wren's a
great deal.

Speaker 1 (01:57:16):
Tony wren shout out to you for doing this and
we cannot wait to do it again coming up in
twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2 (01:57:21):
We need to get Tony, we need to get a
date set and we got to get Tony out. I
need this. It's been too long. I mean, he's such
a great dude. It's a great lily comes out during
concerts season. I feel like it's been a minute. You
see him up off in your box every now.

Speaker 4 (01:57:35):
He's a big music fan. He does always, no doubt,
and he lives really close to fac man he is.
He's a great, great guy. Absolutely.

Speaker 2 (01:57:43):
So what do you guys got going on here tonight?

Speaker 3 (01:57:44):
Now?

Speaker 1 (01:57:45):
Isnll I and Miller here with the free spirit largely
bourbon locks and lunaszul part quila shots were in Castleton.

Speaker 2 (01:57:50):
What do you got going on here tonight?

Speaker 5 (01:57:52):
Well, tonight, we got IU and Purdue going on. It's
a yes at six o'clock early Bahamas and Bloomington.

Speaker 2 (01:57:59):
Right, here's what you would in Memphis and Purdue.

Speaker 4 (01:58:04):
Yeah, tonight, I use a thirty three and a half
point favorite. He was a fourteen and a half point favorite.

Speaker 1 (01:58:10):
Yes, and uh well, and he look at Memphis, Memphis
seventy and one of their last eight against ranked teams,
produce number one Perdue looks really good right now?

Speaker 2 (01:58:19):
Penny, Penny Hardaway or Penny Still.

Speaker 1 (01:58:22):
The coaches at the Memphis Tigers. So he Penny, do
you remember back in the day, there's no doubt. Do
you remember Baskerville Holmes who was a player for the
Tigers back then.

Speaker 2 (01:58:35):
I think they're one and two on the season and
off to a bit of a struggling star. But U yeah,
again in the past, might be the best.

Speaker 5 (01:58:44):
One of the best NCAA coaches outside of Tom Izzo
in the.

Speaker 1 (01:58:49):
He is he is right there.

Speaker 2 (01:58:51):
He is right there among them. There is no doubt
about that.

Speaker 3 (01:58:54):
You know.

Speaker 4 (01:58:54):
It's pretty cool, Uh, Mount Vernon Marauder, Luke Urdle, He's
going to be going to play for Purdue next year,
which is gonna be fun to watch him play. He's
a stud too, so I always love seeing kids come
through that we've had a chance to see locally.

Speaker 1 (01:59:06):
And uh, moving on to a big squad, left handed,
sweet shooter over the absolutely loose. From what I hear,
Luke is a very accomplished shooter, and it really he
kind of fits the mold of.

Speaker 2 (01:59:20):
Matt Pain absolutely out of high school. I'm sounds Paul, and.

Speaker 5 (01:59:23):
I remember you and I during the the ESPN outing
during the summer, and you were out there I was
and I you and I went back to back on threes.

Speaker 2 (01:59:34):
And then I hit two and then you hit two.

Speaker 5 (01:59:36):
And you were just that much just for donations. I
lost like two hundred dollars that I said. We started
doing free throws and I think I buried two in
a row, and then you know, Nick Lulo showed.

could take a little quick bites and stuff and I
can evaluate. I'm not gonna likely eat an entire bowl
or anything. I am because there's a lot of great chili,
some great chili.

Speaker 2 (02:00:35):
