Joe Randene, a U.S. Navy veteran, is on his second tour of Greensboro, and he's already making an impact in the short time that he has been back.
Randene is a major weight-loss success, and he's running for others, and he's running to inspire others, too.
Randene completed the Allison Woods Halloween Hobble 100-mile race in Statesville on Oct. 6-7, and he'll compete in the Triple Lakes Trail Race 40-mile event in Greensboro on Oct. 20.
