Jolel Miah is the founder of Mental Health charity 'Our Minds Matter'. His selfless dedication to the cause has won him many accolades, and the charity has been recognised as an official hub by the Mental Health national campaign 'Time To Change'.
A current PhD student, Jolel campaigns heavily for Mental Health awareness through public speaking, as well as providing support to the community through his role as a weight management specialist, where he uses specialised behaviour change intervention methods.
In this insightful conversation, we learn about his quite remarkable ability to fight through adversity, his unwillingness to waver from the things which matter to him the most, and his insights into how to be a top performer in the workplace.
